I booked a two bedroom villa for an overpriced pricing expecting 5 stars experience but I absolutely did not. The rooms and especially the bathrooms were dirty as we walked in. The outdoor furniture was very dirty and not cleaned before our arrival. Cleaning was awful. There was a constant bad smell even after cleaning and when we complained they said they will send staff to clean again but they never showed up. Speaking of cleaning staff, they 'clean" an entire villa in less than 30 minutes if you don't stand there telling them where to clean!! I often still had sand and food crumbs still on the floor after they left. They use the same water they used for other villas. Room service speak like they are offering you food like you begged for it. For breakfast, they never brought the full right order! Always missing an item and would take a while to bring. I had them add items I didn't order instead of the ones I did order at times. The one taking my order often hurried me as I asked my family members what they wanted instead if an item wasn't available. The food was overpriced for the quality and we ended up ordering from delivery apps. Some reception staff need training to sound more welcoming and friendly. I absolutely feel like I paid way more than I should for this stay and I probably would not return given other options !!

Long way from Doha, went to a leaving party in the club house. Food was good however wasn't kept hot for long. Overall impression was resort was clean and staff were friendly. Did not stay but comments from colleagues were they were nice. Lots of construction near by.

this is a resort which is located in north of Qatar. the resort’s service needs to be improved. the place is 6/10. i advise you to rent the villa with the pool. there a play ground such as football and tennis court, kids will enjoy there but make sure to bring your own balls. the villa space is not big, but i loved the beach side. the brunch was nearly good. the destination takes 31 minutes to arrive from AlHazm or tawar mall. there is a big pool. unfortunately i went there during the beginning of covid-19 crisis, so some rules were applied.

I’ll start by saying what a beautiful place, However …. The service is absolutely terrible, we have to ask for everything like 5 times before getting anywhere. The tennis court had only 3 lights working and staff seem to care more if you’re a day pass user and not if you’re a resident. I asked for a towel pool side, got told to go back to my villa to pick one up ( the guy was holding like 10 with him, but only day pass users have access to them). There was a few other issue but you’ll get the point. We really looked forward to this as it was our first time, but am afraid we’ll not be going again.

I would recommend the villas with a pool. Beautiful place, peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again 😊

We had a nice stay at the resort. We checked on Thursday and checked out Friday. The stay was very peaceful and comfortable. The beach is really nice. Pools are family friendly. We took 3 BR villa No. 03. Apart from the first-floor master bedroom other rooms are comparatively small but enough for same family. If opting for 3 families, then the rooms found insufficient. They not served meals at room even though agreed during booking, so we visited the restaurant. Staff are friendly.

Visited this resort with family for a day pass with access to lunch buffet and beach. The buffet was crowded with people with tables being so close to serving area, food was very bland and below average, the grill located oitside had two meatvoptions and hardly keeping up with demand, the service was ok. Over half my family had abdominal issues afterwards. The beach had limited showers located in the open, only change rooms are private. Bathrooms were very limitted to only one I could find near the Infinity resturant. The parking was far from the beach and shuttle carts were limitted and hard to find. The location of the resort is very bad given the extensive construction sorrounding the resort for 3-5km. The value/cost of day access for food and beach is very high given the quality of food and services provided. This place is not to be compared to 5 or even 4 star hotels and resturants.

I been there along with my family and friends family. We have booked day pass from Qgrabs. Really the customer service is amazing. The foods are so delicious. The swimming pool and changing rooms are well maintained. The kids are enjoyed well. Good place to hangout with family.

Hospitality is made up of small details that put guests at ease and make them feel good. Lack of trust is one of the worst ways to make a guest feel uncomfortable. A waitress questioned whether a voucher we had been given in reception was true and in front of us she called reception to see if it was true. We called the manager who properly apologized and forlornly offered us a plate of delicious fresh fruit.

Place is the best I ever spent time in.

Day pass . The experience was great . The thing which stood out was the location and how well they kept the place in-spite of the crowd . Well mannered staff . Great service and food by the infinity . Only draw back was the water in the pool . A great place to hang out and it come in entertainer . A Friday we’ll spend with family ..

It was great experience. I wish the beach is not low tide. But access to swimming pool, gym, spa and recreational activities was great.

Amazing peaceful. Staff was extremely pleasant and absolutely none of the food tasted bad. I visited during Ramadan and I would say after already going to over 5 iftars in Doha this was exactly what I was looking for. Food was very tasty and it was not the typical Arabian food you get in most places. It is a very family friendly resort with the added privacy factor. I felt so comfortable. Very modern spacious Villas. My wife and I never go anywhere twice because there is so much to see in the world. I will however be visiting here again.

Nice very clean resort, we went as 1 day pass , towels included, Food is really good at Awtar restaurant, we asked for birthday cake, staff was really helpful...will visit again, but in Summer 🥶

Awesome experience starting with the kind welcoming of Mr.Tamer and Mr.Raju which personally assisted us with everything to make our staying comfortable and pleasant. Wonderful place and relaxing. One of the nicest accommodations for this type of resort. Very quiet and tidy. Pleasant people. A small note, they need to revise policy of asking patrons for deposit when the accommodation is fully paid which I found strange. Otherwise, a very nice experience so far

Went for a beach day pass, "beach" is exagerated as we stayed by the pool becuse the gulf water was muddy and slimy i don't if itvis from the construction nearby or thAt'd how it is naturally. Pool is nice i liked how it is shaped like a river. My two year old toddler enjoyed the kids pool and the playing area. We had linch at gheir buffet, food was nice with a large variety.

The good thing about the resort is that is quiet without djs in the swimming pool & beach area which makes it ideal for having a relaxed time. The only downside is the sea floor which is muddy like a lake and the food served at the pool is pretty average.

The villas are lovely, very spacious and clean, the pool is huge length wise but is only 1.5m at its deepest, the staff are super friendly and great people. However if you are coming here for the sea you’re wasting your time, the sand is muddy and theres no ocean to actually swim in without getting really dirty. The resort restaurant isn’t great, and you’re better off going out for food or ordering something from outside the resort. If you want to swim in the sea, this isnt the place for you, but if you just want to chill and relax around/in the swimming pool it is great for that.

It was too good to go there and spend a night.we enjoyed each and every moment over there.wish to go there and spend weekend again.

Place is family friendly. The only thing that I can not accept is a male employee with drag look serving food at beeakfast buffet. It's Qatar and this should not be accepted or allowed by authorities.

The infinity restaurant has just begun offering good dining and seating options by the seaside. And the good part of the story ends there. But their food is simply not worth the trip you make all the way. Unless you want to enjoy a drive and grab a bite for the sake of it. No variety of cusines or mastery of a single standout dishes. They haven't realised the value of great customer service, commercializing dining opportunities or even building a loyal customer base. We are in 2022 but this property and management is maybe stuck somewhere in 2010 or 2012 in terms of their outlook and standards. Plus it is also a dry hotel (for those whom it matters). Thanks.

Best place for a family to get away from the streets of Doha. A day at the pool for kids and adults.Added perks are friendly staff, and room service. The breakfast was excellent. We had a good time thanks the staff for that.

I had an absolutely wonderful time at Simaisma Resort! The experience was simply fantastic. The food was incredibly delicious and the best I've tasted. The swimming pools were impeccably clean, making them the top-notch pools in Doha. The staff was exceptionally lovely and helpful throughout my stay. I can't wait to visit again soon! Highly recommended!

The resort is disappointing, I booked for my family for swimming day First the buffet restaurant was expensive and not worth the money at all , food wasn't nice, and poor service as well. Second, the swimming pool is ok , needs general maintenance for the seats , bathrooms, and pool tiles are falling in the water . Beach was very muddy your feet will sink into the mud . Wasn't a nice experience at all .

Have been to this place for a corporate event for group of 20 people. Very friendly and helping staffs. With all the needed amenities location is very nice. For sure its a worth. Mr.Tamer was very attentive and of great help in arranging the needed.

Had a winderful experience here. The place is beautiful, except for the beach was un swimmable because of the beach floor having too many stones and decayed plabts at the bottom. But had a great experience staying and watching the sunset.

Rooms are good.. but not even spaces of rooms. Single family can stay. Also kids play area also have to pay money, Even kids trains too. But the swimming pool and beach view are good.

Pool is great but poor changing rooms with only outdoor showers, beach is fine but don’t try to swim as the ground is slimy, brunch quality is average, finally its overpriced.

Amazing Resort with amazing service

Very nice pool and some of the most welcoming stuff I have seen. Lots of green, basketball, tennis and football court. Kids playground. Nice gazebos and chairs by the beech.Good music on the speakers outside. Negative points : impossible to swim by the beach due mud and rocks in the water, not a place to go for sea bath, unfortunately. Very limited menu for food, and no alcohol of any kind. Gym is small, but there was no-one there. I recommend the place, if you don't want to sea swim and eat too much. Relaxing

This beach is not good for bathing because its muddy same like many other beaches in Qatar. As of renovations are going on so the place is dusty and roads are all closed but everything will be ready before the world cup 2022. Its a good place for fishing and just hanging out with family and friends and also for cooking but not for swimming or similar activities. Best time to visit is by evening u can take good photos as well.

Hands down to the most discreet hotel I visited in Qatar!! 5 stars to everything since my friends opted to chose this resort for a private party. This is your go to place when you want private loud parties, no one will disturb you since they rented a villa. My only regret is I didn't took as many pictures as I like. I don't know the price that they paid but I'm sure it is worth it!!!!

We only came for a Pool Day and used Entertainer. So 350 QAR in total including 150 QAR vouchers F&B. Really good deal. Music is really good and the pool is big. Place is very clean and the service is excellent, everyone puts on a big smile. Menu is really good value for money. The Pizza is excellent, really good dough. Will be back again.

The facility is amazing with a private pool, spacious rooms, 4 bathrooms, a hall an a kitchenette Easy access to the big pool and the beach Jet ski is also available at 300 QR for half an hour There is also a free playground for the kids, only electronic games are paid.

Our stay at Simaisma, Murwab resort was superb. Perfect location. Rooms were beautiful, spacious,well maintained and bright. Staffs were very courteous and friendly. Very clean and well maintained pools with "Amazing"life guards(nobody notices there hardwork- thankyou guys) who are always attentive and concerned about the safety of young pool users.The whole property is very well maintained. Breakfast was 👌👌We really enjoyed the stay...Thanks for the delicious birthday cake.. Will visit again Thankyou team Simaisma Beach resort

Outdoor swimming pool is very nice.. Day-pass fees for the pool is little high, but it’s was great experience there..

Overall 4 star. Staffs were very attentive and helpful. Food not great for Indian taste. Pool was amazing and seating arrangement definitely a thumps up. Kids for sure will have a lovely time. Didn't get time to enjoy the beach side and play area for kids.May be next time.

A good choice for a nice vacation in Qatar. Safe for all ages..luxurious rooms and good service.. Swimming pools are attractive, neat, spacious and kids friendly.. Seabed was muddy when we visited, so no scope for beach experience though the view and huts, hammocks all give a good atmosphere.. Kids friendly resort with play area, high chairs, pool etc. Free breakfast,delicious food. Spa service available.
