Superb taste..Their cakes are most impressive in Qatar in terms of taste, looks, materials..all our family members ensure to visit here occasionally to ensure we never let go off the taste..worth a visit and a good sit down.. peaceful indoors and ambiance make it more soothing..

Bateel is a really good place to get your birthday cakes quick. All their cakes are really good. Their best is their Mango Cake! It’s the best!!! The cream and the cake is so fresh and tasty. I was never a fruity person for cakes but this cake is so yum! #bateelbakerydoha Edited (4th March) - I used to always vouch for their Mango cakes which were fresh, soft and yum. But recently I had a not so great experience with my birthday order for Mango cake. Inspite of calling them and ordering specifically for a freshly baked one, it was so evident that they send me their old stock. The cake was a bit hard and did not have a fresh taste. I was disappointed.

We had Mango Mousse cake from here which was superb taste and Main highlight was fresh mango pieces, kids enjoyed it.

Very bad experience the lady on the cashier ( the Philippino ) she is extremely rude to the customers she ignores us and she talk to us impolitely, this place not recommended at all don’t waist your money and energy

Great and quiet place

Staff is very rude. They don't stand and speak to you. Rather they keep walking away as you are speaking to them. They sit and talk to each other and don't listen to customers orders.

Nice breakfast ever

I have ordered Black Forest Cake yesterday via Talabat. Cake was 90% cream and Only 10% cake. Very disappointing cake compare to the price i.e. QAR 165. Not recommend at ALL. Waste of money. They does not deserve even one star.

Whenever i visit to your white place metro store branch,the sales person is always missing. No one is there in the counter and its empty.

Staff poorly speaking English. Very dirty place. After 15’ waiting they said they don’t have a dish I ordered.

One of the best bakery in Qatar. They are well known for their cakes and pastries. Amazingly set interiors with huge dining space gives a premium atmosphere. They also serve breakfast and other dishes apart from bakery stuff. We tried their honey cake ,tiramisu and cold coffee. We absolutely loved honeycake. Prices are on the higher scale but its worth trying. Staffs are very polite and friendly. Honeycake : 4/5 Tiramisu: 3/5 Cold coffee: 3/5 Ambiance: 4.5/5 Highly recommended!

Visited the salwa Road branch and bought the fruit cake-which was okay. Also bought some samosa, chicken puff and sausage roll. Samosa was worst(it was spoiled already(even foul smell) and they are still selling). The other items was not spoiled but tasted worst. Tried calling them to report - but never picked up the call...ALWAYS RECOMMED OPERA FOR CAKE AND ANY OTHER SNACKS..NEVER BATTEEL.

Friendly staff and good service, delicious cake

4 years ago this place served amazing butterfly chicken curry and biryani. They've removed these from the menu since. Their steak sandwich used to be delicious. This time we went, it was barely warm, it was basically cold. The bun was different, it had too many seeds on it. The chips were swimming in oregano. Their beef burger is terrible. It looked like a paste patty rather than actual mince which was really unappetising to look at and the taste was really unpleasant. Batteel, if you're going to charge 60 riyal for a sandwich, it has to be HOT at the very least! Sadly, I don't think I'll ever return here again.

Tasty breakfast. Very nice cake selections and bakery. If your looking for a birthday cake they have amazing selection and reasonable prices.
