It is great place for having coffee or work. Tables are conveniently located near sockets and not close to each other. Always good choice of coffee and staff are very polite.

The place is nice, the drinks are good, but how the cashier and servers are dealing with the customer is very frustrating. We had an issue with our order and instead of a compensation they asked us to pay for a second order. Jamal and simon are the two workers we dealt with. Very poor customer service

I visited this branch at 6:30pm and it was packed. I had to grab my tea and sit on a bench outside. Great location and nice offerings. I was tempted to try their turmeric latte first, but there was some confusion among staff on whether it is fully gluten free or not, so I had to stick to a safer option. Will definitely come back!

Flat White in The Pearl, Qatar, is a great place for studying with its comfortable setting and excellent coffee. However, it would be perfect if they could lower the music volume a bit.

I Love their desserts but not their coffee that many people do because its not what coffee taste am looking for . Bur their desserts Specially Dates with cinnamon mini cake and Strawberry pecan linzer, am sure the other desserts are yumm and delicious 🤤 too

I recently visited Flat White The Pearl Brunch and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience. Despite being assured of high-speed internet, it was non-existent during my online meeting. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, the floor manager's dismissive response was disheartening. They claimed no responsibility for the internet issues, leaving me with no choice but to leave without placing an order. I had high expectations for this establishment, and the lack of accountability and poor customer service were truly dismaying. I hope management addresses these issues to prevent similar incidents in the future.

I’ve been here several times .. but that’s my first time to feel creepy and uncomfortable at my stay regarding the staff .. they were staring at the customers all the time without even calling them or asking for something One of the staff as well asked the customer to pick up the order as it is ready .. when she went for pickup section they said no it’s not??

They are cheating the customer. They are giving small size coffee when you order medium size. Moreover, half of paper cup is empty.

If you're in the area and looking for a decent cup of coffee, Flat White Specialty Cafe would be a good choice, but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit.

Ordered flat whire and a brownie, both were terrible. Their regular coffee takeaway cup is samll and the other option is mini.

Coffee is quite good though very expensive. QAR 24 for a flat white is exorbitant compared to Melbourne prices (which are high). The coffee is good, they use a La Marzocco and the baristas are competent if not inspired. Worth it if you're just dying for good espresso but probably not otherwise.

It’s my favourite to go place lately. Ive been to the two other flat white branches, gate mall and aspire. This one has the friendliest staff. Helpful and always smiling. I like the takeaway salads ( morrocan and quinoa chicken). Since it has been hot lately, ive always drop by for a glass of iced flat white.
