Best place to enjoy shisha with tea coffe and juice. View of cornish gives a nice feeling. Vast area for dining and playing cards . Limited menu but good place for traditional dining and hangout.

Good place and historical

If you want to have hookah/seesha in a low budget this is the best place you can come... Prices are so less - hookah/seesha starting from 30 or 33 plus 5 qr for pipe so total 35 or 38.. For snacks they have few options and some beverages as well... I am attaching pictures of menu you can have a look on it... I would say if you are going than please try boil chickpeas which they serve with some lemon, salt and cumin powder. They have inside and outside sitting arrangements but you want to have hookah/seesha you can't sit inside.. Also when i went i didn't saw any family or couple...all boys and mens.. If you are going bring some games with you will be more fun because you will find lot of groups playing cards their...

Traditional place with a nice view, very cheap items

Halul Cafe is a fantastic spot near the sea with a breathtaking view. It's perfect for evenings during the summer. They offer a variety of shisha options, and the best part is you can bring your own small items for games and entertainment. A must-visit for a relaxing and enjoyable time.

Nice coffee, An old popular cafe for coffee, tea, karak, and eating some traditional meals from certain types of Qatari food. There are mostly elderly Qataris, as well as many foreign tourists from all countries of the world

The only best thing about this cafe is that it is at a very good location apart from that I can't find anything good. The first issue is the parking...then their service is very poor... Just to order a sheesha you have to ask the guy multiple times ....if you need to refill or you need faham you have to keep looking for the guy and remind him again and again that you need faham or whatever you have ordered Then one more negative part is you can't pre book a table and it's always over crowded during the weekend plus their setup is also very poor and totally unorganized If the owner pays attention to such issues and fix them it can become one of the best sheesha in Qatar

Nice place for cup of coffee or shisha, however if you want to eat, better find another place.

This place is one of the most economical and affordable dining place in Qatar with a great ambience.Offers smoking and non smoking area and another open backyard area for families .It got limited parking options around but walking distance from the MIA park.Accepts credit & debit Cards and a well mannered staff & cashier.

Halal is the only remaining traditional coffeehouse in the cournich area of Doha city. It maintained the traditional layout and decoration of fishermen after-work chit-chat destination and still offers the same list of drinks and finger food. Prepare yourself to enjoy the breeze of the sea in front of you while listening to people stories around you. I have been visiting this place since 2007 and it maintained its quality and affordability. Parking could be a problem at peak times like evenings and weekends but can be found on cournich free parking spots in front or behind the place.

I had sandwiches and kebabs and tea from there , in which all of them was bad. All they got is some nice ambience for sitting near beach in evening and a good spot for sheesha lovers. ( Maybe perfect spot)

Best place for sheesha and playing cards and chit chat with friends

Place mainly for sheesha. Can play board games. Can chill out with frnds. Best ambience during winter time. Service will take time. Sheesha costs about 35qar.

Shisha price needs to be reduced due to their atmospher. There are better smoke joints compared to Halul for same price.

Very different type of chicken, it smelt like sausage like but it was nice. The meat was a bit chewy but it was good. We had sulaymaniyah tea which was top-notch and mango juice which was amazing too. Beautiful qatar skyline was eating in family area outside (behind the entrance of the cafè) however there were still people doing shisha.

Beautiful atmosphere, but the place needs more attention (cleanness and quality of furniture). You get there whatever you expect from a public cafe.

5 Star for Beautiful View and Most Bizarre Locale. Staff is Friendly and Service is Good. Card game and Cup of Tea Accompanied by your Friends definitely fire away the work Stress, what else couldn't be expected from a Café. Indoor and Outdoor Sitting is available. I am in Love with the Halul Cafe, highly recommended place if you want a Place sit and Sip with Friends.

Great place to unwind with great tea, smooth shisha and calm atmosphere. My wife and I went there for morning tea and a bit of light breakfast at 7am. The place was moderately busy and clear to us it was a hit with the local Qatari's men in Doha. We ordered 2 Karak teas, 2 chapati eggs and 2 beef mix burgers. The waiter was really nice however the food took 15 minutes arrive. All in all, the food was pretty decent, a tad bit under seasons and the burger buns could have been toasted a little bit longer. After the food, I ordered a apple and mint shisha at 30QR. It was smooth and well prepared and the guy with the charcoal was attentive. The total bill came to 60QR which was great value for money. The food could have been better but it is clear that they specialism wasn't the food and so their menu was very simple. It is a great place for some tea/coffee, shisha and casual conversation with friends.

Nice to come here to have a seat and drink tea or coffee in the evening while waiting for fishermen to arrive in the port. It is just beside the fresh fish market where many people come to buy and negotiate. It has nice view here at the back part of cafe where you can somehow chill and relax.

Wonderful place to pass time nearby the sea shore

Have come to this Cafe a number of times, but this one time the experience was spoilt by Mr. Hassan , a waiter at the place, where we told him that the tea was not upto the mark. Instead of excusing or letting it be, the guy has the audacity to ask his customers, to go to the place where the tea is better. Pathetic customer service. Had it been in any International authentic place, the guy would have been dealt in apt manner by the management.

It's quite pleasant to spend time with friends here. If you smoke shesha, If you know how to play cards, here is the spot for you.

The worst egg sandwich i have had so far in my life…and believe me I have been to many countries and I’m middle aged too. If you buy any thing to digest from there, stick to water and karak maybe, and save yourself the waste of time, energy, and money too

The oldest coffee in Doha , the coffee have ahuge list from food to drinks ,and it have a great view ,but everyone there is smoking so is not a good area for non smokers
