We went to brooks to try out their dishes. We ordered 6 items. The review is as below. 1) Chicken Nuggets - Cold, dry, not fresh, bland taste 0/5 2) Chicken strips - Cold, bland flavour, the sauce on top do not provide any additional taste. Seems to be put there just for the looks. 0/5 3) Beef Steak Fries - The minced beef was tasty but it was extremely oily. Not the normal beef fat type, oil was literally dripping from the fries. Ruined the dish completely. 2/5 4) Chicken poppers - Again cold, not fresh, oily fries, no flavour at all and sauce doesn't add anything to it. 0/5 5) Red Velvet Twister - Very low quality of Ice Cream used, cake didn't even taste like red velvet and there was fried semya which was like rocks and sands while biting. 1/5 6) Brooks Mud - Again Low Quality ice cream, it had a bit better flavour due to the chocolate. Nothing special. 2/5 This was definitely one of the worst experience I have had in a cafe. I probably would never go there.

Underutilized spot with repetitive menu. I hope the investor is not nearby or doesn't have any concern about it. They are sustained with online delivery services only I think. At last we ordered a falooda and fortunately found some hair in it. Below average spot with their pricey menu.

Nice place to cool your mind with some delicious drinks. I liked the kulfi and falooda. (Can’t say woooow). The spoon is bit sharp edged, so take care while you have falooda or ice cream. Juices are tasty. Staffs are friendly with nice product knowledge which is appreciable. Mezzanine is small for dine in but they maintained it well. Dont expect comfy cushions to ease your time. :-) Go have a healthy drink.

It was a nice experience. The only problem is you have wait a long time for parking but we can't blame the restaurant for this a solution to this problem is ordering online. The interior was also very creative. The staff was also very friendly. If you have children it's also a good place for kids as well.The space was limited. But still Highly recommended

If you are in qatar , Brooks cafe is a must visit place . The quality of this cafe is just amazing and the best sellers are to be highlighted (Rabadi Falooda , Coconut pie icecream , Chocolava , etc ) There are lots of new arrivals this summer .

Brooks mud is a must try, the ones in the offer is having more chips not the item. Better take one offer item and other main meal.

On 29th May 7.45 PM, I placed an order from brooks cafe on Talabat for dinner, I had placed an order for sandwiches and a mango milkshake and a Blackcurrant ice cream in a glass jar. In the ice cream glass jar during my last bite I found 4 small sharp pieces of glass and felt inconvenient to bite and found these sharp glass pieces. And I immediately spit the bite and removed the glass pieces and took a picture and called the cafe immediately and complaint they asked me to send the picture of the broken glass pieces then I sent them the picture and received a call asking sorries for the mistake happened and said they will send a new one. I denied to take another jar of ice cream from them. I would like to take severe action against them for this mistake happened.

The shop is small but the staff is very warm and welcoming. The different ice cream shakes and milk shakes are a must try . Cold coffee is one of the best in Qatar. Even hot coffee is equally good The karak chai is also good . They face fierce competition i. Their surrounding but they really are living up to their brand value .. .very good conversation with the delivery person. .. sandwiches especially chicken tikka is good. Try even chicken sandwich ..

No option for 0 STAR. Had a real bad experience.Ordered for a frozen delight ice cream, the texture of the ice cream was bad, instead of checking out the ice cream….the staff had the audacity to give us a free explanation!!! Never going back here! Couldn’t eat the ice cream and paid in full for the same.

For all ice cream lovers, this is a must visit place. Kulfis, faloodas, and various other mouth watering flavours. Great service, good staff, parking could be a challenge but not an issue.

Good for quick bites, the shakes comes in nice looking bottles but tastes average. Very clean, good presentation, prices are not that cheap, but not very expensive as well. The crew is great, really helpful and very cheerful. Kudos to the staff and the owners

One of the best place to have shakes & ice creams, options are good and they're definitely green with these served in glass jars & wooden spoons. The jars are reusable & you feel good not contributing to the plastic waste or wastes in general compared to other places. Friendly staff and everything feels & looks neat and fresh.

They also smile a lot which is great customer service. Thank you for making my taste buds go crazy... I love the chicken paratha and definitely the passion mojito..
