Perfect afternoon tea 😍🥵. Delicious sandwiches, tarts and sweets. Also, the pizza is one of the best, I ordered one for my kids and they finished it and ask for another 🤣. For sure I would love to come again here.

Perfect spot in the mall court makes you want to sit there for hours. First time for me here, tried their latte and it was good. Strawberry cheesecake was great actually not too sweet and using good type of cream cheese as I think. Place is well decorated, but the chairs are not that comfortable. Great Service is also something should be mentioned.

There is nothing less than 1 Star unfortunately to rate this poor and pathetic service . I came three times here, and every time i just get the worst customer experience in my entire life. A piece of advice, do not spend your money in this place, hundred of other coffee shops around are really 1000 times better in terms of service.

Whoever is in charge with the cakes doesn’t even have any considerations to their customers! I had high expectations that they’ll be able to write the dedication I asked them for my friend’s cake since they seem like a prestigious cake shop. However, they messed up with the writing. It looks horrible that I didn’t even think how they just let it like that knowing that it is for someone’s special occasion. It is so unprofessional of them! That is why when I picked it up it was already wrapped and they didn’t even bother to show me first. Lesson learned check it first because they’re not reliable with anything you ask them! I was embarrassed with what they did with the cake. They don’t seem to care with their customers. I’m so terribly disappointed!!

Great staff, great food, great coffee, great location, and great decoration! The chef personally came out and greeted us, was super kind, and was enthusiastic about his work! When I visit Doha again, I will definitely come here and bring my friends ✌️

Staff were unattentive I didn't have cutlery and went up to staff to ask for some and was told to wait whilst there were staff standing around. The management need to ensure staff are working. Dirty tables and seats too. For the prices they are offering the standards should be that low. I have seen better hygiene and customer service in my local chicken and chips shop. Appalled! I tried to record a video but I did want to get other customers in the shot or staff faces. You can see 2 of the many dirty tables near our table. It wasn't even that busy so there was no excuse to have dirty tables.

Best Coffee Quality with nice location + Delicious coffee + Friendly environment

Caffé Concerto has the best cakes. I ordered the White Forest, Strawberry Gateaux, and Black Forest. I highly recommend these 3 cakes as they are delicious and full of flavour. The service and delivery packaging is always good. Definitely going to order again!

I loooove this place 😍 They have amazing selection of coffee, cakes and real gelato 🍨 - pistachio is the best! And the coffee shop is beautiful. Tho a little bit on the pricey side (a cappuccino, and 2 scoops of gelato was 50 QAR) I think once in a while it is worth the splurge.

. I was very impressive by the it's architecture even it places in a small alley inside the downtown. This restaurant is one of the famous restaurant in the city, hence it seems always full of customers.

Just ok for the price.lots of inconsistencies in the menu with images,what is shown to be a set menu is not always included. Corporate discounts do not apply to a lot of items surprisingly! Egg items did not seem fresh. Croissant wasn't fresh. No match as compared to Paul, which has a branch meters away in the same mall.

A favorite. Love their selection of cakes and their coffee menu. They open at 8am for those early birds looking for breakfast! My favorite seat is the semi circle couch near the entry where you can see the beautiful light from the skylight and their central water fountain. Let’s not forget the chandeliers! I would definitely consider them for catering small parties and events.

Very chic and Nice place to be. All waiters are very friendly and attentive. High tea is recomended. We went for afternoon tea, and I wanted something not on the menu and they accommodate me to my request. The croissants are very well done and the quality if the food it's excellent.

Delicious international foods and accomodating staffs. Good place to have talk or meeting with friends. Nice ambiance.
