Qatar National Museum has a hidden Gem. This cafe is one place that I love to be in because of many reasons. If you've not been here, let me share why you should! Location: Because it's in the vicinity of a museum, not many people actually knew about it. It's opposite the main water feature of the museum. It's quiet and not crowded, which I think its best coz you can catch up on reading or working. Staff: Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! They will share information with you on local desserts if you're not sure what to order. And I must say all of their staff are welcoming! So that's a five star right there! Food/Beverage: All time fave and you guys have to try is their Rock Salt Caramel Latte and their Coconut French Toast with Vanilla Ice Cream! OMG! Explosion in your mouth and taste buds! I have never ordered anything else whenever I'm there because it's so good. Overall: Will definitely return! A Gem so rare with good food, good ambiance and amazing staff, will definitely deserve returning customers! Now you will need to visit this place because it is highly recommended!

Museum cafe that has ably curated a menu of regional and international dishes. Go for the keema and madrouba from the latter if you’re looking for local tastes after walking through Qatar’s national history. Plates brought by a robot. Good Wi-Fi.

First of all, great service from all the staff! Had a nice rest here after the museum and some refreshing drinks. The ambience is nice and relaxing. Recommend getting the golf cart to return once finished as it’s quiet a distance from the exit.

Let's say that my first experience with Desert Rose Cafe was amazing. I discovered a wonderful place with so testy cup of cappuccino. The service with Robot makes it unique with a lovely touch of innovation 🤖 place is well organized and has a lot of its name (Desert Rose is famous stone in Qatar)

The National Museum of Qatar has a coffee shop with unique desing inspired by desert rose crystal and comfortable sofas where you can enjoy a cup of coffee after the museum tour. Well-trained staff. Lovely atmosphere.

I stopped by Desert Rose Cafe for a quick coffee and was pleased with my cappuccino. The flavor was soft and smooth, and the temperature was just right. The atmosphere of the cafe was also unusual and interesting - definitely different from your typical coffee shop. I didn't spend a lot of time there, but I enjoyed my brief visit and would be open to returning in the future.

A perfect breakfast spot just before you start the museum tour. Have tradition options as well as intl breakfast items to choose from. The food was delicious along with freshly prepared drinks. They also consider lactose intolerant people where they provide almond milk substitute. They also have robo waiters to serve you. The staff was also very polite and helpful. Prices are reasonable.

Really amazing food. We ordered chicken mushroom risotto, chicken majboos and Wild mushroom beef burger and coconut French toast. Every one of them were really well presented and tasted amazing. Each dish had its unique characteristic flavors. Even the cutlery looked interesting. Wouldn’t mind going back even just to have the French toast.

The food was amazing, very delicious and very well done. My desert rose coffee was one of the best coffee I've ever had. ♥️ Beautiful dishes, excellent food and amazing interior design at the café. Service was great, quick and friendly. On the price wise the cafe isn't perhaps the cheapest but I think it was definitely worth the money. There was more smaller desserts and cakes available at the fridge and cashier. The staff knows the menu well and they can recommend the best fit for you.

Mr. Donyor is so polite and makes sure that you are satisfied. The drinks, food and everything is amazing. When you come in Ms. Ramvie welcomes you in the best way. The manager Mr. Halil is amazing and cared for us personally and even spoke turkish with us! But the BEST thing is the Shisha here. Mr. Karan makes the BEST shisha in Qatar! I highly recommend you to ask for him if you want Shisha.

Dessert Rose is an incredible café modeled after the desert roses that are native to Doha. Its architecture is truly breathtaking, among the most stunning I've ever seen. To my amazement, the café employs robots to deliver meals and beverages. The coffee from there was fantastic, and the overall experience was wonderful. I would strongly encourage everyone to visit this café for a delightful coffee and ambiance. Located within the National Museum, the café is a must-try. It's an incredible experience with excellent food and service.

We got really hungry whilst exploring the museum, this is a lovely restaurant to sit and get a coffee snack or even a meal whilst at the museum, great service from all the staff and they have a wide variety of fresh juices and lemonade to choose from as well as delicious food.

Part of the museum, where we had breakfast. The food was delicious, as were the arabic coffee and flat white. Shakshuka, chief noof omelette and scramble eggs were great but the portions could be more generous. The service was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the extra fresh bread. For three people the bill came to 178 QAR. Lovely interior inside. Cute to have a robot server to help out.

I ordered the Lotus French toast, as it came highly recommended. I was not disappointed! This has got to be the most fluffy, most indulgent French toast on the planet. Do yourself a favor and try it with a coffee that is not too sweet for a delicious contrast.

A awesome place for refreshments after long walk in the museum.

Excellent food and great service. I would just suggest to have some smaller cutlery upon request available since their fork is too wide and crocked for a 5 year old child. We do not eat from wooden cutlery, which was offered as alternative. Very polite and helpful waitress! Thank you

The worst coffee and service in Doha I’ve ever had. Asked to serve less sweet coffee, instead they provide me syrup with coffee. When I asked to replace it within normal sweet coffee, told me that it’s impossible and I need to pay same amount instead.

Wonderful café inside the Qatar National Museum. Lovely Karak tea and amazing pistacchio Elba. To be mentioned the cordial and efficient staff (miss robot included). Highly recommended after a visit of the museum

I love this small cafe , I prefer it food rather than aljiwan restaurant which has the best view and bigger space in the same museum, the food in desert rose cafe more tasty and closer to our culture plus the prices are really good .

Amazing food after a day visiting the museum. They also have a robot that delivers the drinks/food that can be an experience for the young ones

The only thing good about this place for me was the lemon mint drink. The lentil soup was just ok with no frehs bread but wafers which weren't even crouton like on the side. The Nakheh dish us literally a bowl of chickpeas barely spiced, probably canned. The Rekek was a bowl of what tasted like Kraft cheese with the same wafers that came with the soup. My friend's chicken bugers came with wilted lettuce and cold potato wedges. The waiter was nice, polite and friendly, and they have a servuce robot, so YAY for that. Money wasted, leaving hungry. Thank God the museum is pretty.

👍👍 Cosy and peaceful restaurant to dine out. Food has texture, it's flavorful and very well presented like a piece of art. Mind-blowing service. Staff is very friendly and professional. They also have nice outside seating also. Yes it's bit pricey but it's actually worth paying. I highly recommend it.

😠 Very bad experience with the quality of food. Normal cafeteria has a better taste in some particular items. May be as it was night they prepared it soo bad. I'm completely dissatisfied with my first experience. Butter chicken was completely worst.
