Tried this place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is a buffet where they can make your eggs to order, along with waffles and pancakes and such. Definitely one of the better hotel breakfast buffets. For lunch I had the weinerschnitzel veal cutlet, which was so perfectly crispy, along with a very tasty mac and cheese. For dinner I had a wagyu ribeye, which was cooked to perfection, along with a velvety, smooth and creamy mashed potatoes. Perfect companion to the steak. Their service was great as well.

I left this restaurant still hungry after eating there. The food is really pricey but but not wort the price when compared to other steakhouses in Doha. You can go elsewhere and spend half and have a better dinner. The restaurant itself looks nice and is located in a nice area but I was disappointed is the amount of food you receive for the price.

What a beautiful resturant in a beautiful trendy hotel. If you are looking for USDA Prime meat you must try this place. My Medium cooked rib eye steak was juicy and tender. The chef come over and we had good chat about the meat. Beef tartar was delicious. Happy to have such a place in Doha. Will definitely go back. Their Friday brunch is waste of money and low class. Service slow slow. This place I will never go again

Very nice lunch experience. I went there with 2 coworkers and we tried the lunch menu. The price is great if you compare it with the a la carte menu. Just with the salad, which I asked as a starter, I think would have been enough as a meal plus some protein. In my case I went for the kale and quinoa salad and the taste was nice. We had the NY steak and also didn't disappoint us, some people would like bigger portions though. Desserts were just great. Would recommend the cheesecake that we all agreed was the jewl of the set.

I like this place al lot I celebrated my birthday there, the hospitality was great i asked for special menu for my birthday and they did it, they let me decorate the place little bit. Highly recommend it

Very nice business lunch , with a good choice. Super customer service, and music to add a relaxed atmosphere, the only thing I would say is it's too cold , the air con is set way too low , my advice is to take extra clothing , my feet were freezing , and I wish I had worn long sleeves.

Can not say enough about the lovely servers and staff at this restaurant. They were attentive and downright sweet, and really made sure we had a lovely time. Good selection of drinks and small bites during happy hour. We chose to sit back in two of those high-backed wing chairs which gave us a lovely view of the rest of the restaurant (and there's quite a lot of lovely things to look at - the decor is outlandish and I quite liked it). We unfortunately did not stay for dinner so I can't comment on that, but will definitely be back for it.

We had an excellent evening last night at Cut and were blown away by the attention to detail of the manager, Fabien. They created amazing cocktails for all of the girls and even made a special menu for our friend's special day. I would highly recommend booking events here and I'm so thankful for Fabien's help in making our night, and the bride-to-be's night, so much better!

We had a Friday outdoor brunch. Place is very nice yet it was almost empty which takes away from the whole brunch experience. Service is very good and staff extremely friendly, like the best in Doha; The food presentation is top notch and I enjoyed the starters the most. I was expecting a good steak for the main course especially this is the highlight of The Cut by Wolfgang; we got a variety of sea bream, Turkey and a small slow cooked roast-beef which were okay. I didn’t see the menu before booking which is my fault.

During my stay in Doha I was lucky enough to have Lunch and Dinner at CUT by Wolfgang Puck at Mondrian Doha as it was situated within the hotel we stayed in. It's simple yet elegant in its decor. The staff were all amazing, both times I had Wayne attending to our tables. He gave us exceptional service. My Lunch meal was a Crispy Chicken Breast Sandwich with Garlic Aioli and served on a Brioche bun. I ordered a side of Tempura Onion Rings too, served with Ketchup (it seems to be a thing in Doha) as you know I can't resist that combo. The sandwhich and the onion rings were scrumptious, I enjoyed every single bite of it. Everyone else enjoyed their lunch too. On my second visit for dinner, it happened to be Thanksgiving, so they were serving a special dinner. We however, had our eyes set on the prawns. Grilled Jumbo Prawns with toasted Chilli Soy, Garlic, Ginger and Jasmine Rice. I washed this down with a Tequila Cocktail called "Pepino's way". It was a mix of Silver Patron, Basil, Japanese cucumber and lime. It was enjoyable wish it came in a tall glass. Would have loved to go back again but didn't have time. Can’t agree with five stars. We came because we rated Cut the best steak, from Singapore. But here it was a very different experience from the start. The setting feels like a hotel breakfast buffet spillover rather than the mood lighting and intimate atmosphere we had in singapore. The meat looked good but my daughter had the trio with a distinctly “iffy” smelling US cut. The waiter checked with chef and said it was ok but my stomach said otherwise. Then the entertainment. A girl with piano, a girl with a violin strapped to her chest, and a magician. What did that have to do with quality food ? The magician was the highlight of the night but unfortunately interrupted the main course which had cooled whe. We got back to it. So altogether wee they designed to distract us fro the food ? So what’s the point ? Not a great experience and not comparable to the other Cut restaurant in Singapore. However, the staff were really nice. Not their fault but something seriously amiss.

This has recently been our favourite spot in Doha! The food is absolutely outstanding and most importantly it is consistently good. The staff are so professional and honestly personally care about delivering high level of service. I highly recommend the Happy Hour at The Cut, which is great value. The Cut has a lovely terrace overlooking Lusail.

I've eaten here a number of times and the food and service is wonderful and consistent. The waiters are attentive and try their best to cater to your dietary needs. The only thing is they ask for your number each time and though I've asked them not to call and they say they won't, they do. The lady at the front was offended though I said it kindly. Its overwhelming after eating there a few times, they always ensure things are OK which is great and ask if you're fine, open to what you have to say but to then call the next day... Save your calling credits.

The Cut just doesn’t make it. Although the interiors of this new restaurant in Doha at the Mondrian are unique and offer something different, the whole dining experience is let down by a number of factors. The food is fine but not as one would be expecting, the service needs huge improvements, from the moment you walk in till you sit down for dinner. The Cut wants to be perceived as fine dining, but eventually once you are able to eat and complete your meal, the only fine thing is the bill. It doesn’t come cheap, so head to other places in town.
