Not bad but I think more detailed explanation is needed for most part. It’s free. Learning child camel jokeys being replaced by robots was interesting.

If you want to see slavery in Qatar you can go to any industrial area there. Shanaya, Old industrial area, labour camps, Alathiya etc. You will get the live experience.

One of the most courageous and touching exhibits I’ve ever seen anywhere in the world. A direct and brave confrontation of parts of our collective human history that we don’t like to think about. Must go ❗️❕

Excellent curation on a taboo yet still current subject of slavery and human trafficking. This is the site of a Qatari slave trader's home. The museum makes use of artifacts, digital media and text documenting slavery from the ancient world to today.

The place was well organised, clean and the exhibits were informative. They had a library and a quiet reading place too for more information. The staff were friendly and so far the entrance is free. Parking was easy and not far from the museum

👍👍 The metro station at souq waqif is located on the golden line.
