This particular station is unique due to the paintings and photographs of traditional old doha embedded on the walls leading In-out of the station. The station is located strategically as it lead to the center of the souq making it extremely easy to locate and accessable. Staff are very helpful and make your commuting experience much easier.

First time trying Doha Metro!!! Very busy station, but also very kind staff, they helped us find our way to the nearest metro stop to the pearl. You got different rooms in the train, we first used the standard one (it was super noisy and busy) and then the family one (this one was way better, peaceful). It's very cheap (tho you can't use the same card for two people). Everything is so clean and well organised.

Very beautiful structure. Souq Waqif Metro Station is close to Doha Bus Station. This station is connecting Gold Line of Doha Metro from Ras Bu Abboud to Aziziyah. This line is very helpful to reach Villaggio Mall and Aspire Zone. Well maintained station and nice staffs.

Netter Ort, um sich mehrere Stunden durch die Gassen treiben zu lassen. Eigentlich alles da, was sich ein Touristenherz wünschen kann : Über Kunst und Krempel, Parfum und Gewürzen, vielen Essensmöglichkeiten. Einige Boutique Hotels direkt im Souq. Es gibt auch ruhige Ecken, wo man sich mit einem Kaffee/Tee oder einem anderen Getränk wunderbar entspannen und ausruhen kann. Pony oder Dromedar Reiten für Kinder. Sehr gut erreichbar mit der MetroTram ( Gold-Linie ) oder Taxi.

This railway system is fantastic. It takes a short while to get the hang of it but we found other passengers were helpful and guided is to the correct place. Once we figured out out, it was easy to use. A day pass for all lines was only QAR6 per passenger
