One of the oldest parks in Doha. I’ve been to this park since 2007 and it remains the same. Located beautifully next to Old Doha Airport with a mosque behind. Excellent spot for jogging, walking, playing with kids. It’s accessible through Matar Qadeem metro station. Lust green play area in the middle is highlight of this park. Car parking is limited to 30 cars. During winter months it’s heavily crowded with families. Barbecue not allowed. Though it’s small it’s emotionally connected with many living for years in Doha.

An easy access from anywhere Doha to relax and walk. Safe for family. Do remember to take all the healthy precautions and follow govt rules during your visit.

The park has an easy access to metro station, opposite to grocery store name Family Food Centre, restaurants and Starbucks. It's colorful during colder season like from November because of the flowers bloom, grass and trees looks greener. You'll notice many birds chirping and goes down to ground when the weather is colder.

Very Beautiful and Calming place for all age of people. Many of people are here are coming for excercise purposes. The park is well maintained, the grasses are well cutted to maintain same level, tress are also maintained and watered well. Authorities are concerned about the birds also, they have kept water drinking facilities for birds also(not cleaned as well). It's best place for spend time on evenings as well as on mornings, there are benches to sit, metro is very near to the park.

I'm going here everyday these days. I like the atmosphere here even in this hot climate. Only drawback I felt was there is no fence. I'm going there with my 1.8yr old baby and he always go to the road which is too full of vehicles always. There are many children and kids are playing. The authorities should have protect with a fence around the park. Otherwise good place to go and spend your evening time.

This is situated near the old airport. Its a huge ground full of green grass. There are wooden chairs around the park. Also, has a jogging track, and a beautiful mosque. Very clean and mostly the seatings are under the trees. Not a crowded place. Very calm to just sit and relax or to walk. One of the Matar Qadeem Metro station exits are straight away going to the park.

Grand park at the heart of Doha. It's filled with kids and people who use it for spending a good time on green grass. Many many people come here for exercise. It is adjacent to a big beautiful mosque and walkable distance to Al Matar Al Qadeem metro station as well.

Matar qadeem metro station located at one corner, Family food palace is also on walking distance can do grocery shopping there. Update on 30th March :- One fitness box has been installed at one corner with a huge screen, trainer will show by videos what & how to do exercises, great thing it's visible from any corner of the park and nice job done to initiate a step to make peoples healthy.

Walk until you feel fresh. Still flowers are around. Nicely maintained. Qatar government you are awesome with gardening in town planning. Running and exercising individual and families with children are around.

It was good place to jog with friends and family but now a days Qatar Rail construction is going on. A mosque and Family food center is in vicinity.

The parks is great for jog, walk & for children. But these days the security guards don't give to sit. Even one is tired of jog or exercise even if lady is pregnant they have to get up. You can't sit. They be just back of you.
