All in one shop. Very well displayed products. But few staff were rude while speaking.

I visited with my Wife and Daughter. There were lots of furnitures household items, lots if verities .We purchased some useful items. Very good commercial place for family shopping. Excellent shopping experience you never return empty handed. Reliable quality, very well organised and coperatibe staff's must visit even if you don't have to buy stuff !! Thanks 💯👍

Wonderful place, with remarkable location near to Al Ahli Hospital and Bin Imran Rawnaq. But take care, parking there is not easy. The shop has cheap prices with varieties of items such as kids toys, antiques, home decoration items, home devices and others

Very poor return and exchange policy In the event of a return to the product and a request to return the money paid by bank card An amount of money is deducted and is not returned in full until after visiting the branch Or file a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce There is a process of procrastination in returning the money and delay in responding and returning the amount

Parking is very hard. But other than that the place has a wide choice of almost everything.

Great place with a ton of options to choose from, but the lagging point is the staff . They are not of much help , felt like all the guys were hiding and even if we go and ask some1 for help they will be there for a few min and then again disappear.. I feel the main issue is that there is no camera . I think if camera was there , they might have been little more active and helpful.

I don't have good experience with Al Shaheen est there is one person who was at reception was not polite to talk with me and rude he don't know how to talk to customer I have bad experience

Customer service don't have the knowledge how to handle customer complaints. Instead of being calm and collected he did the exact opposite.

Al shaheen, Al rawnaq and Ramez, a good taste of the past, huge variety of goods with second to non prices. If you visit any of those shops, You will always end up buying something:)

ahhh one of my favourite shop here in Qatar. You can find almost everything here (except food item) with very good price.. 👍. Last time me & my wife went here for Eid Decoration but we end up with deco frame.. water kettle.. bla bla bla.. 🤣.. personally recommended 👍
