Really disappointed. Yesterday I have bought a shoes and socks that value for 500qr . I used nujoom points to buy that 300 nujoom + 200 in cash. . First they told me that u can get a voucher if bought for 500qr so im happy that and I confirmed with them im using nujoom so im eligible. They said yes . After billing they didn’t giv ne the voucher and if I cancel that i cant back my points that already redeemed. Dont trust them #cheated

I have purchased a pair of shoes on 3rd oct 2020 from this shop. The brand is skechers. The shoes has some manufacturing defect and it was hurting my leg. I have requested them to replace the shoes but the shop manager declined. I have raised this issue with their customer care service and got the same response. The reason they say is the shoes is meant for walking/running and not for playing tennis. What do you do while playing tennis? I recommend not to buy from here.

The store is absurd as there is no proof that you will get the best quality . Spend your money wisely and atleast not in this store.

They have a multi variety of sports goods in the shop. Every corner has its own equipment for such sports. This branch is much bigger compared to the City Center branch. They also have friendly and approachable staff who can happily assist you while shopping.

After buying online, I needed to change a few items. After 1 Month, they never delivered the goods to be exchange. So I came to this store. They didn’t have the goods I need (different size) and anyway the staff said that since I bought online I couldn’t change anything (or get cash back) and I Have to make a complain online as well. What’s the point in offering goods online if they don’t care about customers. ?? I wouldn’t ever recommend to buy at this brand.
