I visited Lulu Mall yesterday to purchase some beauty products and an iron box. However, my experience was marred by the rude behavior of some of the staff members. As someone who stammers, I faced humiliation when I struggled to ask about the iron box. Three staff members were present, and instead of helping me, they laughed at me and didn't care about answering my enquiry. This kind of misbehavior is unacceptable, and it's particularly disappointing coming from the Lulu Group. I hope that the management takes this issue seriously and trains their staff to be more respectful and helpful towards all customers, regardless of their disabilities or challenges

Not soo huge, but you get everything needed. Lot of parking space in front and back side. All staffs are customer attentive, they treat customers well. Hypermarket is well cleaned and there is no smell of food anywhere in the mall. It's very accessible from all sides of the road. Well managed by the management, cleaned and neat.

Lulu has been one of the best places to get groceries. Prices are reasonable and you can get almost everything here. Always crowded. If you buy fresh fish, cleaning is with a fee (QR 5) if I'm not mistaken but they do a good job at cleaning the fishes. Items displayed on shelves are neatly arranged, making looking for things easier. If only they have more vegetable variety from Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore would be great eg. Kailan, Basil (not only sweet basil), Morning Glory. They do check temperature and Ehteraz. And mask has to be on at all times while you're shopping. Announcements or social distancing and the staff holding placard is everywhere but people don't actually follow. Not sure if it's the hearing or vision problem of shoppers... Overall, good place to shop for your needs!

They have a good offer until 25th January 2021 buy 2 get 1... During my visit I like collection of man jeans and polo T Shirts. Offer is available on so many things like garments, footwears, decorations, sport's item, stationery, comforter's etc. Love this place for all kind is shopping!!!! Better to pay a visit 👍

Visited after quite a long time. It looked more spacious especially the vegetable section. The usual variety of choices was available. One thing that disappointed me was non availability of vegetarian snacks like puffs while variety of non veg dishes were available. The parking area has been shaded now, well done.

I have visited enormous malls, and this mall is one among my favourites, for it has vast place for shopping, offering almost everything you want including home appliances, apparels, electronics. Prices are affordable for middle class and high class. The beauty and nicely ordered items makes it an visiting hub.

It has a wide variety of items. I bought a coloring book and a doll. Both from high quality! In the ground floor it sells groceries. In the first floor, it sells toys and some other necessities.

You will get everything from day to day life to special occasions. Family store. Wide range of mobiles and home appliances also available. Hypermarket was really good to shop. I purchased dry fruits and premium quality dates with white fig. Chocolate lovers finds many varieties here.

Lulu Hypermarket is one of the biggest retail chains in Qatar. They have everything under one roof. And also they have the best running offers for most of their products. It's highly recommended for monthly shopping as well as spontaneous shopping.

One of the biggest, if not the biggest Lulu store in Qatar. It has a wide selection of clothes, some jewelry shops, food stalls and restaurants. Grocery shopping is easy with wide aisles and ample choices, parking can be be full during busy hours. The price is pretty good compared to other supermarkets.

A great supermarket with everything you need in groceries. Also the range of cooked food for people who don't have time or want to try something new. They have Indian, Filipino and other great food already prepared. The staff are helpful and polite. It seems to be extremely busy most times of the day with lots of different people shopping.

Has a extensive section for computer, tablets and mobile phones. They just started a new section for iot devices, while it very small now, it has potential to grow into top iot destination in Qatar. There is also a section for ethnic Indian wear and sarees. The ground floor has all kinds of food stuff, cosmetics, haircare and household items. Has one one of the largest ready to eat cooked food section catering to many different nationalities. The bakery section has many different kinds of breads baked in-house, you can order a sourdough bread while shopping and will be ready in 15 minutes. Baked just for you. The dry fruit and spices section is bigger than most hypermarkets and most stuff that you may need.

Found out a lot more collections than other hypermarkets for dresses. It is of 2 floors where you can find different things arranged perfectly so that we can find what we are looking for. The staff are very helpful and can easily find anything we need.

It has got a lot of space so walking between the shelves is easy. Nice ventilation so no suffocation. Clean and well organized place. The staff is very helpful. Overall a great shopping experience.

Purchased a camera and when I couldn’t turn it on they are blaming me for mishandling but the fact is the device itself is bad in quality as if I am dumb enough not to know how to use it properly..No refund no repair even with warranty, I don’t understand how that someone can be a supervisor when he couldn’t solve a customer problem! Please invest in something better or else your money(1.4k) will burn just like that!

Availability of both staff manned billing counter and self check out kiosk. Of all the lulu in Doha the D ring one is the most busiest due to being surrounded with lot of residential area.

the d-ring road LuLu has a wide range of electronic products on display; I notice this branch has a larger product range than other branches and online; if you're looking to buy electronics at a good price and want to see the product before purchasing, I recommend visiting this branch.

My most favourite place for grocery. All things we need under a roof. Good place with reasonable prices.

Very good Lulu store. Huge one with a lot of parking space. Well designed and huge variety of items available. The quality of vegetables / produce is good and fresh most of the time. At times there are really good offers too. The only issue is, it's customer care is not very efficient. They also need to keep self checkout counters open. It will help increasing the speed of checkout .

A great mall with everything you want! You can go in here for a quick bite or you can spend here looking at their great collection in various sections. Their Parking space is huge and also a thing to note, this is a very busy mall and you will find a lot of crowd here esp in the evenings. So better to go in early.

It's the biggest lulu mall in qatar. Have some good options and items to buy and you get many items on offer. If you are traveling to another country from doha i won't recommend to buy electronic items from there as there is no global warranty for those
