The customer service in Ansar gallery Rayyan is extremely disappointing. The staff in the electronics section lack proper training and knowledge about the products they sell. Recently, I purchased a Skyworth washing machine and made the payment. The agreed-upon delivery date was after two days, but no one contacted me within that timeframe. I had to proactively reach out to them for an update. To my surprise, they informed me that my order had been canceled because the vendor had no stock available. It would have been acceptable if they had bothered to inform me beforehand. Eventually, I decided to buy an ALM washing machine instead. After two days, the delivery was made, but the situation turned comical when the staff had no idea how to demonstrate its operation. Moreover, they lacked the proper tools for installation. This kind of poor service is completely unacceptable from Ansar Gallery Al Rayyan store. I am thoroughly disappointed and vow to never make another purchase from this Rayyan store again.

Electronic section staff behaviour not good. specially their service, totally careless and not responsible person. This the 3rd time I'm suffering problems. Always they given wrong items and returning time too much burgeoning. Totally embracing situation

The place gas a lot of good deals but the people that are working there are not professional at all. Every time you ask for help the staff there don't want to support customers. We discover that in different branches people don't help customers. We called them today, and asked for Brazilian jersey for world cup 2022, when we reached there we didn't find and no one could help. Also we found a Tshirt, we asked for smaller size and the same thing happened they said they don't have only one size even they didn't search in their stock.
