I've been shopping here for years, lately the price on the aisle is different from the price at the checkout. The thing that has a sticker price of 50 QR is 65 QR when it comes to the casher.They apologized and refunded 15 Qr same thing happened today but i went to complain to customer service they don't even talk to you. and maybe it happens all the time but we don't check the bill.

I was at Almeera Airport Road today and I noticed that a Manager name Javed was shouting at an employee In front of all the customers. That manager needs to be more professional where he could have taken the employee in his office or place where he can speak to him discreetly. If someone's performance is low, you empower him instead of bullying that person. I hope that manager shows more respect to employee's as they are the one who are working hard and making the brand. Otherwise the place is amazing.

When you visit the shop(al meera)you will find a wide variety of items at amazing prices. But don't buy any mobile / mobile repair from outside grocery stores especially "SKYNET" mobile shop in ground floor,because they don't know how to repair and most of the products are duplicates so don't buy or repair any products under any reason.

Clean and Well-Presented, but Cashier Lines Need Improvement Al Meera Hypermarket on Airport Road in Qatar consistently impresses with its clean and well-organized presentation. However, there's one aspect that can be incredibly frustrating, especially during rush hours. The issue that drives me crazy is the long lines at the cashiers, especially when you've filled up your shopping basket. It's disheartening to see that out of the six cashiers available, only two are operational most of the time. This results in unnecessarily long waiting times for customers. I would strongly recommend the management at Almira to consider improving this aspect of their service. Ensuring that more cashiers are available during peak hours would significantly enhance the overall shopping experience. With the six cashiers they have, they could easily have three or four in operation, reducing wait times and increasing customer satisfaction. Despite this drawback, Al meera Hypermarket remains a clean and well-maintained shopping destination, and with some improvements in cashier availability, it could be even more enjoyable for customers.

iPad 10th generation was available on promotion at Al Meera. Me along with my friend went to the billing counter to pay for the item, on the counter I asked the staff if they had another piece available as I wanted 2 iPads, spoke to another gentleman working around there who was very helpful and asked him if he could arrange for another one around, to which I received an answer that's the last piece. On the way to the billing counter again this gentlemen named Mr. Omar (in the photo) took the iPad away from me saying there is an issue with the iPad. Spoke to the in charge Mr. Narayan who along with Mr. Omar denied letting me buy the iPad from the store. This staff Omar and Narayan were very rude and I would request Al Meera to take strict action against them, cause I had wasted an hour cause they had asked me to way and returning with no iPad but rude attitude/ horrible behavior and pathetic experience by these two gentlemen Omar and Narayan from Al Meera. They spoke to my friend very rudely and all the staff (near the billing counter) at Al Meera, Najma branch are aware of this incident.

Overall good...economic and good Quality products. but customer service very poor...the cashier peoples doesn't have respect to the customer.i had a very rude and arrogant experience from the service section .Not everyone.but because of one whole store will gets bad image.so please take this in care.please teach them little customer service.

Good place for the groceries however I wouldn't recommend to buy Mobile phones or any other accessories because they don't even exchange the product for any reason and forget about refund. Lulu is much better option.

Bought a 1399qr Brother Printer two days ago, printed 12 pages, full black. Stopped. Return to the shop to buy cartridges and was informed that they are out of stock all over Doha and that they do not know when they will have them. Asked to return the equipment and buy a laser one, DENIED! Retail manager absolutely useless, does not know how to handle the situation and dint not even took my number to help me with follow up! A VERY NO NO to this managing! Because they absolutely don’t care about costumers! NEVER THERE AGAIN! Carrefour waaayyyyy better
