Really love this place! Many affordable stuffs on here!

Pathetic Staff, I'll mannered and Aggressive. A day before Eid I bought Iron board. The Iron board had a crack which I found after opening the package at home. When I went to return it Cashier staff was so rude and aggressive. Did not even listen to our concern and called Manager. manager was ill-mannered and gave reply that they can not exchange or return it. Eventually I left the board with them.

Today on 29th October 2019 I visited the branch in evening around 4 pm and a perfume tester was broken from me while testing the incident happened unfortunately by mistake but the attitude and response from the staff I received was very unacceptable and unprofessional the staff is not well trained of customer service and are very unfriendly. Please look into this and try to rectify this kind of scenarios.

Very good and fair collection of cute items for crafters. Yet, very bad customer service. One employee who misbehaved, is effecting the entire system’s credibility. The supervisor were enough understanding when we complained the same.

Al shaheen est is a nice shop for purchasing all kinds of house hold items like vessels, laundry bags, lockers, hangers, glass and ceramic things, toys, vacuum cleaners, cleaning utensils, kitchen accessories, shoe racks etc., things are arranged in neat and proper manner...staffs are supportive and friendly...parking available on front side....

Big shopping place for local stuff like kitchen utilities and cosmetics etc. Good to shop for most of the time some offer or the other but how you take down to car rough steps no slope no platform very hard how ,they manage to run a shop with no place for customers to tow their trolley?
