Really could not have been more unpleasant. Instead of helping me find which phone would be a best choice replacement they just wanted to tell me my phone was outside shop Samsung.

Best place to experience high end mobiles and wide range of cases, only for new models don't expect to have old models

Never buy Samsung appliances. They have very bad service. It is very difficulty to get a technician for a simple service. My experience is I had to sit and chat with their customer service everyday for 1 hour for a week and ultimately of no use. I got so bugged up , I called a local technician and repaired it . Very very bad experience

Very unprofessional people. Got me in trouble because of the installment plan. The accountant (RACHEL) even told me that she will get back to me but it took 3months already and nothing happened! And the manager (MILAD) now is ignoring me, I am paying for the stupidity that they did! Very disappointing kind of people and service!

Official Samsung distributor, and yet they NEVER have any cases for all their models. Most cases ALWAYS out of stock.

Charming when saling, horrible aftersale. There is no difference than local small shops. They are cheap at least. Do not trust big letters hanging above door if you value your money.
