Macdonald's lagoona Mall is a good option for quick bites

1. The orders from the electronic machine does not match their availability in the kitchen! 2. Poor Service! One lady trying to manage orders, and poor management of those orders! Not going to this branch. Keep up this service, soon quite a few customers will be left.

We called them like 20 times without any answer!! Afrer waiting an hour to get my order from talabat.. i received the order with missing items!!! I called them and no one answered!!!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Is this really the standard amount of sundae?the middle is hollow?the caramel was just on that part as seen in the photo. Really? Or it depends on the mood of the crew?

Called the manager couple of times. She kept insisting the food was out for delivery. Delivery took over one hour. From the pearl restaurant to a pearl residence…. Food was cold and the restaurant definitely lying.

Red Lion brunch is great value and good quality service. 👌

I ordered a sprite and went back home, as soon as I took my first sip, all I tasted was water. I don't know if it was a mistake or a problem with the machine. That is the only problem I've encountered so far.

Staff were great and helpful. Maybe we came off peak. A lot of seats available. There is a play area in this McD.

I requested to change ketchup with mayonnaise. Girl with Hostess hat said no and asked 1 riyal. I told her i dont have change, she directed me to kiosk for card payment. Are you serious to lose customer for 1 riyal. If yes, you did.

I ordered coffee as every time I waited more than 15min only for coffee but the machine was not working and poor guy's there doing th best trying to fix it by own self but the issue why no one of the staff told us that it's not working to wait or to not order at all we got late for our Duty I know its 5qa buy to trow it like that and not take the coffee it's not fair at all

It took a lot of time to fulfill my order

The food was cold, we gave the french fries back and they changed them with new ones. We ate the sandwiches even if they were cold because we already waited 15 min for the order and we were hungry. This is the second time we get cold food, and it is going to be the last one, not coming back. GL

Worst McDonald’s in the city. Ridiculously long wait times for food. You select table service and no one brings your food. This place should be shut down.

The only problem in this branch is the delay of preparing orders. This branch is close to many schools, nearby hotels, and offices. It’s surprised why this happened even couple of times in this branch only. Food delay and quality (served cold) to be upgraded. 3 stars 🌟 for the well maintained seating areas, convenient location, and some friendly staff only. Kids play area is available.
