Had a wonderful meal at ideal diet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place also looks wonderful with some great little touches and decor. Everything was prepared fresh with good quality ingredients. We tried the Chicken Biriyani, an egg and mushroom dish and Saj and Cheese. Everything tasted really good and healthy. The coffees were also of a very good standard and I was introduced to oat milk which I found to be very satisfying and probably more healthy than other dairy alternatives.

I tried the one day membership since Im on Keto. I went for keto meals. It was the chicken enchilada with crepe and The keto quarter pounder along with the Brownies. I had the crepe for lunch and it was oh so yum. So satisfying and rich and just amazing. The brownies just melt in your mouth and when you bite down your taste buds hit a chunk of chocolate. Are you drooling yet? The star of the show the Keto Quarter pounder. First bite and I was on the stairway to heaven. I could taste the mushrooms, the bun , the onions and the patty so distinctly it was un-believeable. If this is diet food that is so amazing . I am never getting off it. Best meal I have had in the last 3 months of being on keto. Just Brilliant . Compliments to the Chef. And a big shoutout to Noor who promptly responds to all my queries even at odd times on Instagram and helps me right away. Also the rest of the team who handles the order selection and upto delivery. So so so polite and efficient. One of the most professional teams I've seen in my 9 years in Qatar. Thank You. ' THE BEST. :)

Food lacked flavor , quality, and variety of fresh veggies. Some Salads were just a container full of lettuce and their halloumi wrap breakfast was a slice of halloumi and garlic sauce (not something i would want to be eating first thing in the morning).also, the consultations are useless, drove 30 min for the specialist to tell me how much i weigh. Did the 1 month meal plan. Wouldn’t recommend.

We visited this place accidentally one day thinking it was Tadawi Medical Center. The ambience and service was so spectacular for the short time we were there we decided to return. The best thing about this place is you can count your calories as you go. How great is that! Not only does it help you stay on track with your goals more importantly you get an idea of how much you eat and how much you should eat in your daily meals. The food was delicious. Like really, really good. You don't feel like you are eating "diet" food. The service we received from Eduardo this morning was perhaps the best customer service we have received from anyone in the year and a half we have been in Doha. Aside from the fact that the ambience is so calm and peaceful and the food itself was delicious, Ideal Diet's staff goes above and beyond. We would like to thank Eduardo for his kind words and brilliant smile and we will definitely add this cafe to our list of favorite breakfast spots in Doha.

Disappointed is an understatement considering the food wasn’t cheap at all. Tons of black pepper and no salt. The chef needs to reconsider his “spices”

I love this little hole in the wall. It's located in an usual but very convenient location for a quick lunch. I love their "to-go" fridge particularly the chocolate eclairs and healthy cookies. Hard to believe they're not "bad for you". Delicious healthy food with options for various diets e.g. keto, dairy free etc. It's so nice to be able to have access to healthy modern diets in Qatar. Definitely will remain a regular.
