My Guests and I had the misfortune of staying at AlMessila hotel yesterday 2nd August 2022 in 2-bed room villa . During our stay, we encountered a number of unsatisfactory service levels. First, i’m an asthmatic I shouldn’t be exposed to molds and AC’s in the villa is covered with molds, this is a health hazard issue and it has the potential to cause health problems to everyone in the villa because its a toxic substance. Second, since I have checked in to my villa the pool filter and lights including the fountains were not working at all. We have informed the front desk around 6:00 PM but unfortunately there was no any action from their side. The pool was not cleaned and full of flowers and dead insects. The garden floor was dirty and dusty including the tables/chairs were full of dead insects and flowers. They have sent the maintenance after a second call at 10:50 PM to fix the problem, the maintenance took long time from my stay to fix the pool issue. However, the duty manager knows about the issue and left the hotel without informing the second shift duty manager about this issue. Third, the stove in the villa is damaged and not working. Forth, there was no tissue boxes in the whole villa. I have requested the housekeeping and the housekeeping came to my villa after more than an hour. The villa was not ready to be occupied, this caused me an embarrassment in-front of my guests. I came to stay in a luxurious 5 stars AlMessila Resort to enjoy, have a relaxing and pleasant stay. My impression towards my stay in the villa for the night was disappointing and unpleasant stay, this is not acceptable and it didn’t meet my expectations. If there was below 1 to rate this stay I would rate it as zero

Large modern expensive resort. Very friendly and helpful staff. Place lacks maintenance (for the price/reputation/class). While staff are friendly and helpful, service lacks proper management resulting in guests inconvenience. Breakfast time is very busy. Food (breakfast) is great (variety and quality) but service is very chaotic and can be better managed.

Loved their ladies spa , although my brothers were surprised that the “ men “ spa can be used also by girls , if there’s ladies spa then why not giving men also the privilege and privacy to have their own spa without allowing girls inside? It doesn’t make any sense + considering our conservative culture and our country’s religion.. Other than that I enjoyed the ladies spa it was very calm and I was in love with architecture

This is an incredible luxurious resort. I felt like I was in an urban jungle oasis . The pool is large and breathtaking allowing guests to relax by the pool, take long swims , have a drink by the pool and also the pool is long enough to do swimming training. The food served is very delicious and the pool bar is very comfortable to have a drink in the pool. You can run a tab by the pool bar or pay with Apple Pay on your Apple Watch

Nice place with lots of hotel room and villas. A huge area covered by this resort specializes in women’s spa and lots of landscaping. We went for Ramadan iftar in the open garden. Spacious place with lots of seating options. Good ambiance and I would rate vegetarian food as average here.

I stayed here 3 nights, the first two were amazing that I was tempted to extend for a third one. Oh lord I wish I didn’t! The room next to me we’re having an adult party. They were three in the room and everything was 18+. I have a child in the room! And I thought this resort was family friendly. I can tell you from experience that it’s not. During night time I had to play Qura’n and increase the volume so he wouldn’t hear anything. This is how bad it was! Their noise extended to the afternoon. Those types of humans are walking plagues. How dare them stay in the same place and use the same pool as children? And the fact that this resort promises what they can’t deliver upsets me. If it wasn’t for this incident I would give them a solid 5. Yet, the things that they put us through forced me to rate them badly. I called them twice, but they couldn’t solve the issue. This shouldn’t be happening at the first place! Some resorts take family ID to make sure things like that never happen. However, the room was spacious and breathtaking. When we entered the room, we found a cake as celebration of Eid Al-Adha; it was a nice gesture. And the pool was amazing! Generally speaking the staff were friendly, but the pool staff made the experience 10x better! We swim daily and they were amazing everyday.

We stayed at the resort for 4 days in Nov two weeks before the World Cup and it was totally amazing. This is our first time in Qatar, and we originally chose to stay here primarily because it’s close to the US Embassy at which we have an appointment. It turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. The resort is beautiful, love the architecture style, the plants and the flowers, which are especially beautiful at night under the moonlight. What really impressed me is the vibe, traditional and authentic islamic, which is different from the modern side of Doha like other standard international hotel chains. The staff are so friendly, helpful, and professional. They did a great setting and decor for our room as a welcome. They gave me an amazing tour of the whole resort, and the lady at the women’s health center was so warm hearted that she showed me around the center as well. In sum, the resort is definitely a hidden gem at AI Messila. Thank you for giving us a wonderful start of the journey in the Middle East. I would love to come back the next time I’m in Doha :)

Worst experience at a 5 stars resort in Qatar, when we made the villa booking through the sales team, we asked for food to come inside the villa and we got approval, The day comes and their minds have changed, Ms. Marsa the manager was veryyyy unhelpful and rude. The Valet person a short one evening on Friday 28th, was very rude to us, they would not help us with any of our things, they refused to even take tip from us????????? We were only provided us with one golfcart. and had to go back and forth!!! They wouldnt allow our speakers inside. when we went inside other villas had music louder than the sound of our tv. Very very terrible terrible experience.

Lovely and stylish hotel, with good location and handy for sights, transport. Room was ideal for our needs and communication prior to stay with hotel was really good. Staff were great and helpful especially Ikram in the deli kitchen 👍

Really enjoyed my stay at the resort. I planned for one night but I extended eventually. The room, the breakfast, the service, the staff, the kids club and the spa were very good.

I recently went to Elixir Lounge at Al Messila Resort to have a relaxing meal and drink, and I was not disappointed. The whole experience was fantastic: the atmosphere, the food, the three cocktails that I had, which were superb (I took pictures and have uploaded them with this review), and the bartender who served me. His name was Teja, and he was amazing: friendly, polite and efficient, as well as excellent at what he does. Also, even though the bar was full of people and he was working by himself, I never felt like I was ignored; he kept coming to check on me and ask how everything was, etc. I was very impressed. He is a boon to the resort, and he will definitely keep guests and customers, including myself, coming back!

Best hotel in Doha if you are looking a quiet and family environment. The amenities are awesome. Gym and swimming pool are superb. And service from the crew is the best: they make you feel like loved. 100% recommended.

Stay was amazing! Decided to stay an extra night because of everything the hotel had to offer. From the staff to the restaurants to the pool and fitness center everything was amazing and welcoming. Definitely was able to get piece of mind here. Fatima was amazing and was a highlight for our stay as well! Will definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone!

Very nice Resort Hotel with Spa, gym, swimming pool (outdoor and indoor), kid's activities and much more... The staff is very kind and careful to guests' needs. The Cousine Chief is Italian, high food level with a super pizza! Also the Restaurant Staff is very good, polite and nice. We spent here one week and everybody here has done own best to give us special memories of our stay. I had also a massage in the Spa. A high level service, very high! Unfortunately the ladies spa isn’t the same anymore, the jacuzzi is literally dirty and not cleaned well me and my friends were able to see the dirt and dust inside the water , plus the jacuzzi is not even heated . I informed the spa but they didn’t do anything about it , the steam room isn’t open and the girls working in the spa doesn’t even know how to start the steam they laughed and said “ we don’t know how to start the steam hahaha “ very unprofessional. Even some showers inside the spa aren’t working well . It used to be one of my favorite spas in Doha to spen time with friends but not anymore.

From the moment we arrived the smile and service from the receptionist, Rue, made us comfortable. She was able to answer all the questions we had about Doha and informed us about the resort. The staff at breakfast, the kids club and the pool deserve all the credit in the world. My kids did not want to leave the hotel as they were having the times of their lives. Although guests have to pay a fee to use the kids club, it's the cleanest, biggest and most friendliest kids club we've visited. My son was gobsmacked when he saw a kids gym and climbing wall! The breakfast selection was also of a high standard. Ordering our eggs and coffee from our table was excellent so we did not have to wait around in a queue. We enjoyed different cuisines daily for breakfast, one day we were able to have an Indian, then an oriental breakfast followed by an English one! Initially, we booked a 3 night stay...once we left we realised we made a mistake and returned for a further 2 nights stay. We were welcomed back like we were the royal family. BONITA from the reception brought tears to my eyes when we came to our room and surprised my kids with cupcakes after realising we returned within 24 hours with our suitcases! Shezen from the spa gave me a massage that made me feel like I was on top of the clouds. I walked away without the aches and pains I arrived with. I was able to use the sauna, steam and jacuzzi before my treatment that was complimentary for hotel guests. The spa was kept spotlessly clean, had the same Lanvin toiletries as the hotel, equipped with a bathrobe, towel and slippers in each locker. Just to add - the spa smelt like paradise!!! We honestly felt like family and have recommended Al Messila to our family and friends already! We cannot wait to return.

What a nice hotel in the middle of nowhere 😅 Seriously, very nice hotel, i was told it was built as resort for princess then became hotel , but i can see it is awesome, smells like fascinating , even Body lotion and shampoo smells waaw , Spa and Gym is un comparable ,

I was in the SPA of Al Messila and I found peace of mind ... :-)) a magnificent place with high-level decorations and details. Livija took care of me very kind and very professional. I opted for a body massage which was just perfect and a head massage with warm oil. The spaces are elegant and spotless. Different zones with different themes make the time spent an enchantment ... definitely worth visiting.

I had a small get together with friends. It was amazing with great ambiance and arrangements. Food was really nice. Staff were very courteous and humble.

They have a wonderful Brunch option. Not only is it great value for money (and honestly, it is not expensive), but it is also a BEAUTIFUL resort. There was a good to choose from, a calm atmosphere & the staff were very helpful and friendly. The valet parking makes it very convenient to visit. If I had to go there in peak traffic, the little slip off the highway would get tricky, but other than that, it is easy to navigate & access the location. As a group, it was a great experience & will definitely be back again!

This resort is spectacular, and made my visit to Doha unforgettable. The stay was pleasant, and the amenities of the villa was complete, the swimming pool was fun to enjoy all day long, and the services were available once we requested it. The calmness & quietness was wonderful , with complete privacy, the cleanliness of the villa is amazing, and the surrounding gardens were taken care of.

In 2022 I spent an overall period of 3 months in this unique resort and, recently, a perfect day in the pool with friends and lunch in Veritas. Chef Pino cuisine is masterpiece. All the staff of this resort is excellent, helpful and kind, a perfect combination of careful, friendly and discreet service. Recalling longer stays alone, a week with family and time with friends, my special mention for: Ikram, (Deli Kitchen) with Mairam, Charline and Andrew; Giulia and Okky (Veritas and bar), Marvin (restaurants management), Sabah (laundry) and Feisal (pool). Impossible not to enjoy such a wonderful resort and its careful and kind service.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Al-Messila Hotel in February this year. Having traveled extensively and stayed in hotels all over the world, the Al-Messila Hotel has been my favorite. The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are stunning, the gym is gorgeous, the rooms are wonderful - spacious and very classy, attention to detail in everything is excellent. The staff are the best, so welcoming and helpful, too many to mention by name but Firat Dede and Teja took great care of us. We will definitely return to Al-Messila Hotel.

During the Holy month of Ramadan, their Ramadan Garden restaurant offers buffet Suhoor meals from 9:00pm to 4:00pm. Cost 150 pp. Meals are especially arabic cultures.

Me and my friend are looking to spend our off day well, and decided to go and experience the pool at Al messila, and we are amazed at the view, the place is really relaxing, and the staff are very professional and give an outstanding service. Special thanks to mahabub, he is very polite and very helpful, also to harrish, who guides us from the main entrance to the pool area. And special mention to uma the great bartender who served and made very special drinks, and always make sure everything is perfect on our stay. The food is very tasty, great job for the chef. All in are 5 star service. Definitely a stress free and a wonderful experience. And we definitely recommend it. Thank you again. And we will make sure to come back soon.

Celebrated Iftar here. Amazing, elegant and impressive set up, ample range of food and it was delicious. Excellent service from the staff. Only thing I would suggest is to lower the music volume a bit. Great experience overall and fair price, QAR250.

This is our 2nd time on the hotel and we still loved it, the people are so welcoming and helpful. The kid's club was nice. We loved ms vivi she was very accommodating to the kids.

I’m really disappointed with this resort! I book 3 days and I have photo session they don’t allowed my photographer to come inside the hotel cause they don’t allowed any professional camera ! But it’s ok with the phone funny and stupid! If u have this kind of rules why u don’t inform us clearly since the beginning?! The duty manager was very rude and unprofessional she just said us what they told u NO! I don’t know where’s the hospitality performance if u treat u r clients with this poor level she tell me I’m the manager u can’t talk to anyone else ! Anyway room services also 👎🏻 Towels they don’t change it , refill u need to call them many time . Breakfast they provide poor meal ! This is not a 5 star resort sorry u are not enough luxury! There’s many place better then this place , staff are rude with cheap attitude! Don’t west your money for this place they just have a fake review nothing true !

last Friday I had a Friday Brunch at Deli kitchen @ Al Messila, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Doha They have variety of Food station, international food , Food Quality was fantastic, Service was great. price for an adult only 250 with soft beverage package for alc. package add 140qr there was unlimited lobster, seafood, meat and grill station!!! also sushi and sashimi quality was fantastic!!! at this price it's really worth to try!

Above and beyond 5-star experience! It all starts from a warm and polite welcome by the front manager. The outdoor pools and garden are amazing and very relaxing. Breakfast is fantastic with dedicated and friendly staff. Can't wait to come back and get spoiled again.

The spa is very amazing. The staff is very welcoming, kind, and nice. I litterly have loving conversation with them every time I am there. These conversations lightened up my day because there is so much love and respect. The therapist who did for me the hydra-facial was an expert and knew what she was doing. After the treatment, my face got brightened immediately.

Simply a spectacular oasis in the middle of the desert. Serene beautiful surroundings, yummy drinks and delicious food. Sheltered from the wind so you won’t feel it when it gets windy in Doha. The entire staff team were friendly, courteous and professional. I can’t wait to go back.

Great hotel, beautiful scenic views, professional and friendly staff. Housekeeping was exceptional; particularly Gyan Prakash who tended to my room. However the dining staff seemed disinterested in us after a few days and would sometimes offer minimal assistance. Food (buffet) was quite monotonous and seems suitable for American guests staying at the hotel. Would overall still recommend.. it was an enjoyable stay .

Spent around 1200 royal here last Valentine's Day. Despite this being a day of romance, they decided it was a good idea to have a DJ playing House music in the terrace as if it was Ibiza. I didn't complain and enjoyed the evening with my partner. Fast forward a few months, and I enquire the teacher's deal with the pool. They told me they could offer me the deal but not my partner as they had no record of her school. I then asked if I could bring her as a guest which they declined. Both of these indicate, to me, poor management and poor decision making at the top.

Absolutely beautiful. This really is an oasis. Absolutely fantastic resort for total escapism. The hotel itself is amazing however the private villas take it up to another level, with their private pools. Breathtaking resort hotel. The staff are all wonderful, and make any stay amazing. The moment you enter this resort you know your in for a treat. Thank you for hosting me.

I was frequently visiting the health club for working out and swimming - honestly overall it’s good - although expensive - I was using the privilege of my corporate discount. But the standard of safety is less than that expected - one day I gave them my feedback about a training bicycle left in the swimming pool which was invisible from outside but when I started swimming it hurts my face and eyes. I was expecting an apology and improving safety standards! Their response is cancellation of my corporate discount !!! Very disappointing response!

The hotel is synonymous with luxury. Tons of food at any time of the day. And everything is insanely delicious. Gorgeous pool. Excellent gym for a hotel. The only feature that couples should take into account, in fact, as elsewhere in Qatar - from time to time in the pool, even here, one of the Arab guests can stick to you on the topic of shameless behavior.

Amazing hotel, great customer service! I would like to mention Hocine in particular, who welcomed us and went out of his way to make our stay unforgettable. The hotel is beautiful, the swimming pool as amazing as it looks in the pictures, with the added bonus of being heated to 30C. The toiletries come from Hermes and Lanvin, the room is huge and super comfortable. It’s a wonderful place this hotel, with an amazing spa and I only wish I could stay longer .

Not bad but extremely overpriced. I had a massage treatment in this spa. The room was nice (the bidet spray was broken though) and the experience was good but the massage technician was pretty average. Which does not justify the thousand riyals massage session. Thus I give it overpriced/5.

This Hotel is just amazing! If I could give 10 stars, I would have given them. The Pool area is so beautiful, the food is very good (they have special dinner events spread over the week for reasonable prices) and the rooms are big enough and have more than you need. However, and this is the main reason, why I liked it so much, is the service. They are doing everything for you and leave no wish unfulfilled. Absolutely amazing service from car service over room service till fresh breakfast and dinner. Additionally, the gym is so good equipped and just awesome. You have a lot of space and have the possibility to book personal fitness coaches/courses. Big greets to Korhan and his team! You guys doing an amazing job! Special thanks to Fatima, Merce, Hocine, as well as ShaSha, Miriam and her team at the breakfast (I will miss your service), the car service guys around Waqas Ahmed, waiter Thusal from Wa'ha restaurant, Issam from the italian restaurant (Veritas) and the guys from the persian restaurant (Parisa). This hotel is highly recommended!!!

Went to Yum Cha for buffet lunch. Superb ambience, good food, and good value for the food you will enjoy. Friendly servers though speed of service and attentiveness is just a tad less from exceptional. But that's me for it to be truly memorable. Even though, I will definitely go back....

I had my daughter’s birthday at the Messilah Kids Club, probably the most spacious and well Organized kids club in Doha,a separate facility near the pool area, and has a small pool in it as well. There are different areas with games, kids gym, etc. they have different packages for birthday parties and the organization was superb. We brought some decorations (Baloons etc ) and when I saw the arrangement they made I couldn’t believe my eyes. Everything was perfect and it was exactly what I was looking for: a beautiful and comfortable space for kids (and for adults ! As there are tables around too, where parents can sit and have coffee if they prefer to stay during the party), a wonderful 3-hours activity program that kept the kids busy and excited, the care and supervision of a lovely and attentive team. I didn’t have to do anything and the party was all taken care of and it was just perfect! All the kids and parents loved it. Thank you so much to the kids club team and all the Messilah team !!! It couldn’t be better !!

Went with my kids to see France FIFA players, we were standing by entrance security gate, saw them while they were getting in the hotel, after winning against England in Quarter Finals. All players and our favourites Mbappe and Griezmann waved back at the crowd. Choice of hotel for their stay seems to be also a good decision for their winnings. From outside it looks very palatial, opulent, calm, and such a hotel deserves hosting French Gallic Rooster.
