I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant last night. Despite being at a 24-hour restaurant, I was asked to pay before finishing my meal, which felt rushed and disrupted the dining experience. The service fell short of expectations, and this policy contradicted the relaxed atmosphere one would expect at such a venue. Improvement in customer service is essential for a more enjoyable dining environment.

Karaki was our favorite spot in the pearl during the winter. This new drink Hasso is very good. Prices are not making sense for 40% of the menu while some other items does. Music is so so loud that you can’t talk with others.

First experience always matters, had a great experience today. -Chocolate ice cream with crispy ball was amazing. It was heavy yet tasted yummy. -Luqimat with kinder was delicious, with good taste and chocolate cyrup.

Not reallt very good. Average at best. Helpful and convenient location. That's the highlight. Average staff experience. Average karak. Low quality, expensive cakes. So much single use plastic it's so poor. A place like this should have nice cups and plates/cutlery. Disposables need to be outlawed and taxed in Doha. These places need to change. They MUST do better. Chapati and Karak on katara well worth the trip and half the price or cheaper and doubly good.

Tried an early breakfast on a quiet morning. Enjoyed the food. Bit pricey compared to quantity but the Shaksuka was quite nice. What I have enjoyed the most at Karaki is the Saffron cake.

It would better if karak had regular sugar/little sugar/no sugar Adding sugar to a karak with no sugar is not a good idea because the karak doesn’t have the same tase as karak boiled with sugar. As well, karak is not very hot, need serve it HOT not semi hot. Also, Music is too high. Service is very good. Thank you!

I grabbed a karak but it was overpriced (12 qr) and it was a bit cold when i drank it

Nice view But too expensive for chapati and karak Not worth it at all but it opens 24 hour You can enjoy it in another place with a reasonable price Paid for 3 chapati and 2 karak 95 riyal While I’m another place u can pay 30 maximum

In Doha and you have late night craving for traditional dessert and chai

The food was really good along with the atmosphere with the paintings , tea pots looks very cozy. They also have outdoor seating and wide variety of sweets

Everything was amazing and perfect starting with hospitality, delicious goodlooking food, treatment and fast good service

Tried the Arabic Gava and the traditional luqimat and really enjoyed both.🤩 Arabic Gava came with good quality dates, and the luqimat was fresh. This place is always bustling with people and definitely worth a try.

Atmosphere was good luqimat mixed was average but high price and dip was very small

Super expensive menu, but they can't even give you decent cutlery. All disposable. We even saw 1 cockroach roaming around near we were eating.

I had the saffron karak to go. Just when i needed it while having a walk and enjoying the cool weather. This is a restaurant and cafe with plenty of seating and open all day.

I had the best umm ali there, will go back there if I go to qatar again🤩

(Almaha island branch ) This was my worst experience in the region, I waited patiently for an entire hour just to have my order taken, barely cleaned table, not even set up. Only to be approached half an hour later that my order was lost and I need to wait another 40min to receive it?! I saw other tables arrived after me and already received their food before I even got to order, some waited longer than I have. Again, worst experience in the region.

I was looking forward to chillax and have a drink Friday morning. The place wasnt full. 3 tables outside all orders arrived already. So we are the new table. However I think they were short of staff. There was also a takeway order. We waited about 15 mins for our orders to be taken, eventhough i went inside to order he ask to go back and he will come. Then at the corner of my eyes i see the other table kept also going inside to get their second order taken. I love their karak saffron and my son loves the capati. But need to do something about wait times. And after paying i realised they punched the order wrongly, but i couldnt be bothered to return and ask for the refund.

Its in good location food was good reason of I gave 3 stars.. stuff was short hands place was full at 9 in the morning wait for very long 45 minutes to have my first order

We ate at the Mall of Qatar branch, which I think is very new, so they don't have their own page. Food was really good and service was nice at MoQ. Karak was lovely, of course. 🙂

Wonderful and it’s really worth it

Your service is one of the worst in the country and your staff is rude with a bad attitude! It takes you 45mins to serve the coffee. Where is the management? The only thing that keeps people coming to your cafe is the location. I hope some kind of action to be taken towards your horrible service bcz its a nice place that u are ruining with the in-polite and unprofessional staff.

This the worst place because of the awful service and treatment... I would not recommend this place even for My enemy.

Awesome experience. These guys habe some ofnthe best luqmat (appetizers) in that area specifically. Their karak is amazing, especially the saffron one. Ambience is good, nice music. Great place to chill out and is always busy here. Prices are exceptionally good. Service is slow but it's understandable since the kitchen is usually full of orders.

Most expensive tea in whole of Qatar. A karak tea starts at 12 QR. Not worth it at all.
