I got admitted this morning for severe pain in my upper abdomen and the reception receive me very well. The emergency staff are doing a great job on attending their physician. Though it’s little bit expensive here I always go here for my medical needs because of their good service.

I had a very very smooth experience and great hospitality in here for last 3 days. My surgeon Dr.Medhat Aseem to every single individual till the girls clean my room was professional and very friendly!! I had to come to the emergency for Antigen 2 hours prior to the surgery .After receiving the results they escorted me to the room was assigned. Room is amazing. Had bathroom amenities and comfortable sofas for the second person to sleep if you have someone with you. That has the leg rest can be pulled out.Ameera was the Nurse who received me and took me to the Theater and picked me up back to my room. Overnight Nurse sorry I didn’t capture her name but both very kind and helpful. Hi 👋 Five everyone including the Outpatient department.Not wishing to be here but when required Me and my family will be here only for any medical requirements !!

The worst medical experience that I’ve ever had in my life. Admin and management don’t exist in this hospital. Nothing is organized at all. Appointments system is a mess, appointments timings are not respected, huge delay in service, doctors availability is way below standards compared to the number of patients. Today’s experience was very bad. I went to emergency because I was coughing and I had a pain in my chest. The nurse told me that there are 5 doctors available at the second building who can see you. I went to second building and I waited for 2 hours and then I found out that there is only 1 doctor and there I still more than 10 patients waiting. I went back to emergency and the nurse ran away when he saw me because he knows that he lied to me just for the sake of not doing his job properly. Management doesn’t exist and when you ask the team there for a manager they start to look at each others. What a shame..!! I will never go back there again and I won’t recommend this hospital to anyone.

This place sucks. Rude workers and doctor that I've dealt with was rude too, wrong information provided and they try their best to suck money out of pockets. To be fair I've met few nice people there.

To begin with I'd like to say, I am a doctor myself, working previously in Australia. I'm in the region on visit as my husband works here at the moment. Im terribly disappointed with the services provided at the emergency by one particular doctor who sat at the reception and pretended to be doing us a favor by just talking to us. He could clearly see I was struggling with handling my husband who was running a high fever and a 2 year old child and didn't have the basic etiquette to make us comfortable or even stand from where he was sitting behind the counter. I instantly refused to talk to him and I had a nursing staff come attend to my husband who was the patient. We were taken care of by another good doctor. I'm so sorry to be writing this review but I really wish nobody else goes through a similar situation. It is my earnest request to consider keeping better, more efficient and compassionate doctors atleast in the emergency. People don't come there for fun! Thanks.

you guys should educate your doctors how to treat visitors. especially one of your doctors, Natalia Klimenko. She is expressing her madness to visitors and she is kind of famous for being so rude and crazy. if you want to keep your reputation and if you want to use 'Doha' in your name, you really need to educate her. Worst hospital experience, my wife spent more than 6 hours in the hospital, for a simple ultrasound & mammogram. Urgency is only shown by the doctor to get rid of the patient fast, rest of the hospital have no regard for the patients’ time. Example: they asked us to come the following day for the diagnosis report. Simply because the radiologist didn’t feel like doing it the same day. We had to argue and then they gave the report.

Terrible staff. The lady in MRI who assisted me talked to me like Im a child just cause I came right on time and not 30 mins. early. She told me that the MRI is closing at 10pm and why am I late when in truth I arrived at the right time and my appointment is 10 pm. How could you tell me that the MRI will close at 10 when I was scheduled at 10? Yes I am asian and yes i am young but I am not a child. Ive worked for years here in doha, I pay for the services and I behave nicely. I deserve to be treated professionally. You are at your workplace and you should act appropriately. There was also a man who talked to me in the scrubs who looked at me up and down as if I did something wrong. All just because I came just right on time. How disappointing. Let alone that i am not feeling well my visit in the clinic should have felt therapheutic but it didnt. Horrible.

I cam 10 days ago and the doctor gave me a medicine course for 9 days, yet I didn’t get any better so i came back to the hospital for a follow up and surprisingly they didn’t allow for a follow up as it can be only within 7 days! Why would a doctor give me a medicine course for 9 days if the follow up only allowed within 7 days. For sure i will never come back.

Very slow and poor organization for COVID-19 swab test. For the 15-minute task, I need 1 hour, two receptions, sitting in a crowd with all positive or negative patients. Everything is very irresponsible and disorganized for a clinic like this.

I have been visiting Doha Clinic for my travel PCR Tests. The service is well organized and prompt. The entire experience is smooth and comforting. Their what’s app support for any queries is excellent. The response is prompt and the people handling communication are empathetic. Keep doing the excellent work!

Exceptionally poor and disappointing service. First visit and nobody was able to provide simple information, a forty five minute wait for a GP appointment when I was told it would be quick and when I queried this was told 'ah just go through', patients casually walking in whilst nurse was checking my blood pressure, doctor was having a phone conversation during appointment and computer wasn't working to provide prescriptions and sick note so this slowed the entire process down even more. Overall, I was surprised by the poor service at every avenue and would not expect this from a key provider. I usually visit the Turkish Hospital and can honestly say there's a stark contract between the two; definitely my first and last visit.

I usually don't write reviews but today I decided to do so. There are many negative reviews here so we should also highlight positive things. I visited the hospital today for the first time. I found everything in order, professional and friendly staff. There was a bit of waiting here and there but it's usual when you go to any clinic or hospital. I also appreciate the time pharmacy took in getting approval from insurance. So overall my experience is good.

Actually i dont wanna give any star suppose to be minus service mind for doctor and nurse. Never done check propery and attitude of doctor is un acceptable. That' s keep thinking people are come here only asking for sick leave. I'm the one who realy need proper healing bcuz i stuck here i can travel back to my country. I delivered my son naturally in year 2016 with Dr Maha. She is brilliant, appreciate very much for her motherly care! I recovered well and able to discharge the next day. The nurses working at labor room is superb! They are professional and friendly. The communication between doctor and the nurses inside the labor is great! The birth plan handed to Dr Maha was followed exactly by the nurses. They fully respect our needs! No forcing. The labor room is big and husband is allowed to accompany side by side. The room after delivery is big enough to accommodate two adults and at least one small child. Also, ethe waiting time to consult Dr Maha is very long (this is because of her professional knowledge and excellent service), must plan smart to avoid waiting in front her room for half day. Only downside of this hospital is the poor management of front counter & insurance counter. The staffs are rude, don’t expect them to smile to you. Hope the management able to do something to change the their system.

I have been visiting Doha Clinic for almost 4 years now and my first impression of the clinic was a great one, now when you come even if you have an appointment you still have to wait and most patients are standing infront of the doctors office complaining about waiting. The receptionist are not all helpful and some speak to you with an attitude. The doctors are amazing all however it is a shame its alway only to doctors per shift. To end on a better note the hospital is very clean and the cleaners are so friendly always smiling.

3 hours just to get checked by the gynecologist and to have an ultrasound image. I booked an appointment at 3 pm the doctor checked me at 4!, apparently the ‘appointment system’ is not very respected in that department, to the point that the receptionist told me you can go walk in the mall till the doc comes!! I then waited more than one hour to get the image done, I left the hospital at 6 o’clock when I got everything done. The nurse was not very respectful either. She kept commanding me, instead of saying please so please, she commanded me saying go out, wait, sit here! The way they listen to my complaints in the image room was not professional as well, they kept putting words in my mouth however it is my body and I am the best to describe what I am feeling. Very bad experience. The gynecologist was okay. There was zero sorry for the delay and zero apology for this treatment. Not recommend at all.

I visited a couple of times Doha Clinic Hospital , I was diagnosis with DVT a few months ago and I am glad to find a place where they can look after you with a smile. I would like sincerely thanks to Dr. Imen and Hanin ( ultrasound department) who were looking after me during this difficult time. I strongly recommend Doha Clinic Hospital and hands up to their personnel!

I always make an appointment by whatsapp. Fast response and can make an appointment with my preferenced doctor. If the doctor is not available, Doha clinic staff let you know when it’s available. Plus, no need to wait for long at the hospital as a walk-in.

Overall for Medical Service like Nurse and Doctor we have good experiences for almost 7 years here so far, all the doctors are professional. The one that need to be improved is about manual request of insurance approval. The highlight why I gave this hospital only 2 stars because A VERY BAD ATTITUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL the Lab Receptionist Lady who sat on the right side counter on 1st October 2023 around 8-10 PM (Night Shift), her attitude and unprofessional service was the worst compare any service worker on hospital or other public services company in Qatar. Service excellency is The Essence on Service Company, no excuses are to be tolerated.

I visited the emergency services here. They were very quick, very professional and took care very well. And they are available 24/7 which is another advantage.

My experience yesterday Aug. 29 was catastrophic! Briefly and simply: (( 7 weeks pregnant, bleeding and in pain, filled with water for an Ultrasound had to wait for 5 hours - shouted at, ignored, misinformed in several occasions..)) The personnel made me feel like I was requesting for an additional 30min full body massage free of charge!!! In Gynicology section, stuff are way too much; they shouldn't be in such position of admin- care .. They do not smile, they do not even explain what's next, they simply do not care!!!! Honestly, i felt bad to go back for any explanation, or detail.. This section "Gynicology " is supposed to be one of the well caring sections, we learn news which are supposed to be a life changing news "pregnancy" memorable days of our life; but in fact, it is very unfortunate that we have to deal with some people that lack basics of customer service!!! What you need to know is that, whomever is stepping inside this clinic, is in need of care. We respect/ adhere to the code, we pay our fees, we sign your strange disclaimers, we do it all.. and still, the minimum expectations are not fulfilled!!! What a waste!? In any hospital, we patients expect to: - Get traited well, - Have the stuff listen to us before "bombarding" us with explanation and details that we do not need, acting like they already know!!!! - Have the crew to care for our pain, - Have the nurses to hand us a tissue, or open the door for us seeing us struggling with our pain and discomfort, It does not take any effort if you wish people well.. it doesn't burn your energy if you smile to people that they smile to you.. instead, it is rude if you don't! Really bad service. Went to see a dr. he sent a nurse to come ask me what I want cause he is not going to give me days of. Felt really disrespected so I just left in shock.

The waiting time is insanely long.i visited the clinic to see a general practitioner in the afternoon when it was very empty.was told there are 2 patients before me and it still took more than one hour for me to see the doctor .would suggest to use Turkish hospital and Astor hospital instead of this clinic.

We were waiting almost 2 hours outside and they let us in, once we enter they don't want to accept without appointment, it is the worst experience I've ever had. If they had informed early we wouldn't have waited for 2 hours.

A true comedy here today trying to get the required PCR test on arrival to Qatar within 36 hours of touchdown. No organisation, no system, no clue. Waiting here the last 5 hours and there are still 50 in front of me in the queue. Too little staff to deal with the numbers appearing and there is nobody taking charge of the situation to ensure people respect their number of allocation in the queue and to carefully socially distance. Beyond a joke if this is how they deal with the covid testing in the middle of a pandemic. We are shunted into a small room for both the antigen rapid and pcr tests, the ticket system has not worked in hours ( a lady is calling the numbers out manually), the room is hot and sticky, and alot of the people are crowding around the reception area trying to influence the workers even when thier ticket numbers are well out of reach of their allocated places. Little wonder the numbers are rising again. My flight back to Qatar was shorter than getting a pcr test here. Tempers are flaring as frustration with this "system" grows.

The Dr I consulted was not available for follow up (out of town), and I was told to come the week after, although the follow up period for the hospital is one week as per their policy .. after the week lapsed and the Dr came back, they asked for a full consultation fee again.. What a way to deal with patients and their insurance.. Used to be a good place once upon a time. I updated my review from 1 to 3 stars as Harrison from Doha clinic called to follow up with the complain trying to solve issues and gave his word to act on this.. Thank you Harrison and we hope to see results!

I believe that it's the patients right to get any medication report for personal reasons or further medical follow up elsewhere. Though you have provided me with the report l requested, l had to wait for about a month, and l had to send at least 3 emails to remind you. Please take into consideration serving your patients as soon and early as you can.

I’ve been going there seeing Dr. jamal for over than 7 years . My experiences there have always been excellent. You cannot ask for a better team of eye care providers that this. I’m always amazed how the team continues to raise the bar in patient care and satisfaction . I recommend Dr. Jamal Barhoma .

5 stars just for an amazing doctor i met ,Dr. Troy Bruno’s is apprently a new doctor and i had a lucky opportunity to get him for my internal medicine on one of my regular visit , honetly speaking in my life time of being diabetic never have i come accros a doctor like him , he was knowledable humble and asked me the right questions for me to understand properly the status of my health , definitely recommending him for any diabetic ,

One of the worst experiences in Doha. Our appointment time was 7.40pm and we waited more than 1 hour, after which the nurse informed us we are next and can enter directly. But the doctor allowed another patient to enter in between, before us. When we went to talk to the doctor she spoke in a very rude way and closed the door in our face Small update We made a complaint in the hospital and they made us fill a form and they promised they will contact us within 24 hours. So we were called and a very polite gentleman apologized on behalf of the doctor in question and the hospital itself.

I have been to many clinics and also worked in the same field but haven’t felt like I felt today. We go to a clinic with different tension and stress in the mind but seeing rude people in a place we are getting treated is more stressful. Very very rude people sitting in the reception and especially in the lab. Never going to there again. It was easy as it is near to our house but not going again as this is the way they treat us! Extremely disappointed

This review goes to Mr. Coleman of the Doha Clinic and Hospital. Mr. Coleman took time out of his schedule to provide details with regards to medical screening services provided by the Doha Clinic; a screening that is required by the U.S Embassy; the information provided were more than helpful as my fiancée was able to make an appointment. I joined her from Houston TX and together we came to the clinic for her screening. I will be remiss if I don’t say Thank you to every staff member we encountered during our visit to the Clinic, everyone from the reception, the nurse, the doctor, the techs and the help staff… everyone was professional , quick to action, courteous, kind and respectful. As if everyone attitude was an extension to Mr. Coleman's demonstrated is his communications with me prior to our visit. Everything went perfect, I couldn’t hope for anything better than this. I had an accident last 27th July and went to Doha Clinic to see an Orthopedic. Gladly, Dr. Yasser was there to check on me and found out that I had a fracture of navicular scaphoid bone of hand and a fracture of shaft of radius. I undergo a surgery last 3rd of August, and the surgery was successful because of Dr. Yasser and other doctors/nurses. I was in a difficult situation but because of Dr. Yasser, Nurse Joyce, and other nurses and doctors who looked after me, it became a lot easier. They’ve given all their best effort and care to ensure the health of their patients. Dr. Yasser has been very hands-on on me. He’s been checking me from time to time even I have been discharged from the hospital. I can fully recommend Doha Clinic Hospital for their great services in healthcare. Me and my fiancé are thankful to all the staffs, nurses, and especially to Dr. Yasser and nurse Joyce.

During my first visit the front liners were very accommodating, until the day i had my surgery, all the staffs were friendly giving me positive vibes and most of all Doctor Osman, my surgeon, who was very kind and very professional.. Once again THANK YOU

They are not good and yet they are expensive. I pay 250 riyal for eye check-up because I experiencing red eyes then the doctor give these list of eye-drops that costs me total of 100+ riyal and told me to use for a week. After that my red eyes still there I came for a free check-up within 7 days after initial check-up and only advice me to use the eye-drops for another week. And still my red-eyes is still there. I have no more free check-up after that. Is that mean I need to pay another 250 riyal for another eye check-up? Isn’t unfair? Seems like they don’t care for their patient they only care for their pockets.

Doha clinic is having a good facilities as well the staff and doctors are good and helpful. I appreciate that all my concerns has been adressed and i appreciate that their customer service manager and supervisor approached me and listned to my concerns. I definately recommend this hotel facilities for all the out patients. Looking forward to have good hospitality in near future. Only thing to mention that please have a proper que system while you get your token no from reception. Its quite difficult to know how many patients are in waiting .....which patient no. Is doc seeing at the moment. Just to know xact how long it will be taking For eg: yesterday i came at 3 pm....my token no. Was 2 and it took for me 1 hour to just see the doc. For me its quite a long time. Thanks and regards

I rarely go apart from seeing the eye doctor but the one I used the last 2 times had 0 people skills which is a bit of problem when your job involves dealing with people all the time and I didn't see him clean his hands before touching my eyes. Other times I've found Doha Clinic fine.

Doha Clinic and Emadi hospital are by far the 2 worst hospitals in Qatar. Doha Clinic ultrasonography will give you WRONG diagnosis (cross checked with 3 other professionals including the doctor of Doha Clinic himself), doctors are on long prayer breaks, and their rigid 7 day free follow up policy is a ridiculous scam. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Coming from Canada where we have free and premium healthcare, I was thoroughly impressed with Doha clinic. I am so impressed you can walk in at any given time to see a specialized doctor. If you do not have a QID, make sure to bring your passport and either cash or a local debit/credit card (They don't take Amex) On my first visit I was able to get in with an OB-GYN right away. No appointment or referral needed (ummm hello! There is not such thing in Western Canada unless you are high risk and have a referral from a GP, which would take months to get into!) I was seen right away and ordered to get blood work and ultrasound done. Everything is done at the same hospital. The longest I waited was for my insurance papers to be approved by our extended benefits. Blood work was done at the lab with a minimal wait, next day results. Ultrasound was done in the ER (although not an emergency) with a radiologist. Results given ON THE SPOT. Again- SO impressed. I followed up 2 more times that week and had quick happy service as well. Recently have gone to see a GP and again, was taken in RIGHT AWAY. Less then 5 minute waiting. In and out! This will be my clinic of choice. Although I have nothing else to compare it to, I've been a total of 5 times and its all been amazing. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. People really seem to be miserable. Count your blessings and be thankful for the amazing health care offered here!

By far the worst medical care of Qatar. We consulted dermatologist Dr. Ahmad Galal in November 2020... WHO REFUSED TO WEAR A FACE MASK..!! If for any reason whatsoever practitioners cannot wear masks or respect any other of the Covid safety rules, they should stay home and not expose... their own patients... How can one feel safe and trust DOHA CLINIC when the doctors themselves plainly and disrespectfully refuse to follow basic hygiene and health rules... QATAR DESERVES BETTER.

If you guys are working, and you were in pain and left work for some medical consultation, to look into your health issues and make sure that there is nothing to worry about, this is not the right place to go. I had some serious pain, I could not even walk or stand properly, as I had hemorrhoids pain, so I asked my employer to leave to chack on that, I went to Doha clinic, I did not really wait for too long, the doctor I met was not really comprehensive I guess as after the consultation, no sick leave was given to me although I explained to him that I left work, for this, rudly responded that no sick leave would be given to me! All I was asking is justan official document as a back up for me to my employer. This was really weird to me. So this just a heads up for you guys to think twice before you go to this clinic, or probably wait wait till your day off and go for your medical consultation!!!!

Today was our first and last visit, We had an appointment of Dr Maha of 11;20 till 1:15 PM we had no chance of meeting her indeed anyone coming after us was taken inside for consultation ours was second appointment of the day, Reception had no explanation, not sure if customer service exists. There os no token system or queue system for meeting the doctor, its all about how you influence.

If you are a non arab, non white.... From counter staff to the doctors and nurses will be rude and arrogant to you. Went for Anamoly scan. Had a chance to interact with gynac bojjama setti and radiologist pamela. They were extremely cooperative, helpful and our entire visit was so satisfactory. It is really clean hospital..with such a helpful nurses and staff..if in Al khor please visit it over aster which is definitely more crowded and over priced wen compared to Raha.

Came for PCR test, Philippine receptionist was unhelpful but I was patient. It was only conscious of the Indian nurse who advised different hospital to get the result on time. This was the difference it all made. When I asked receptionist that she could have informed me, she said blantly- No. Very rude and disrespectful. Two stars go to nice and decent nurse at PCR unit. I have waited 2 hours for a doctor who was not available thinking she is in the clinic. I believe they do not respect their customer time as their is no system to show you if physician is inside or not . Furthermore, no numbers given to patients to know how much they have to wait and how many patient before them.

It is very hard to get at lease one proper reply for the clininc representative. In Whatsapp they do not reply since December 12th, although, I wrote on December 12th, 15th, 16th and January 9th. All my messages were ignored, over the phone I do not recieve any reply as well. I asked them yesterday as well on Facebook regarding the time when it is possible to do the rapid antigen test and do we need to do the booking for the rapid test, if yes, I would like to know how I can do it. The repy was "Sorry, to inform you but we will no longer be accepting appointments for this due to unavoidable circumstances. Thanks" - which did not answer my questions at all, after that no reply. It would make life easier for everyone if the stuff replys directly to the questions they are asked, for people to get the proper replies and not to reach them via other messengers. Just provide the proper reply one time, instead of sending thousands of shortcuts. I did rapid test on January 3rd and waited for the result for 1 hours, my friend waited for the result of the rapid test even longer than 1.5 hours, in this case, the test is not that "rapid" afterall. My experience with doctors is also not good. The ENT doctor without doing any examinations of my ear told my that I have liquid in my ear and I require surgical operation in order to put a tube in my ear for the rest of my life. I went to other specialists who did a lot of tests and confirmed that there is no liquid in the ear and with proper medication my problem was solved. Then Orthopaedist checked my feet and x-ray and informed me everything is completely fine and I do not have any issue, although I can see even just visualy the changes of my bones. I went to other doctors who reconfirmed that there is an acctual problem and doctors were surprised by the reply of Doha clininc spesialist. When I was sick in 2020, the general specialist has prescribed me 4 types of pain killer and nothing for my severe cough. There was only one single good thing. When I did the blood test, the nurse made it completely painless, I did not feel anything. She is a reall profesional. Therefore, my 2 years experience: -impossible to get the proper reply, you need to contact them through all the possible communication channels, - as a rule, after the visit to the doctor, I need to go to other clinics, because they give me wrong diagnosis and advise surgical operation or do not see the problem at all. I am surprised that Doha Clinic has high rank in hospitals in Doha, the only logical explanation for me is that maybe other clinics even worse in comparison to this one.

The clinic by its self is good but I believe the staff needs to be more customer friendly as I can feel while I asked twice the lady at the entrance for assistance she was bit in angry mood. But compare to her upstairs Ms. Khuwala I believe her nane was very nice and polite. And even she did the best and went extra mile to do the things. But I would suggest that at the entrance should be someone presentable with smile and happy to help. No someone if you asked and she is busy with her mobile and chatting and you are disturbing her what you will expect from her.

We happened to visit the hospital for the PCR test for travel and they were super kind over the telephone and that's being one of the reason to choose over the clinics nearby..and when we visited right from the receiption everyone was helpful and the testing center was kept so clean and organized and the billing staff and the nurse were so helpful and patient. The nurse was so good and had so much patience in taking the sample for my daughter who was nervous she eased her and was so gentle.highly recommend

Brought my son to the ER with a high fever of 40.3C and he got refused as they don’t have a pediatric doctor at the ER, so we were sent to the main building in order to a doctor and we were waiting for more the 30 min to register and no one showed any sign of concerns to my son and told me to wait for my turn to get his vitals. Apparently no one has any idea on how dangers it is for a kid to hit 40.2C without an immediate care, so I toke my son to Alahli hospital and was admitted immediately with an increasing fever of 40.7C. Be very careful on your choices when it comes to immediate care.

The strangest clinic I have dealt with in my life, my sister was complaining of abdominal pain, and the doctor said that an ultrasound should be done for her before taking any medicine, then the nurse came and gave me many papers to pay for them, all of which are for painkillers and a needle for pain, and she told me that the ultrasound will not be done until after the medicines and I told her The doctor refused, so she went and came back and told me that he did not refuse, and they gave her a painkiller needle and her hand swelled and they did not apologize, but they said that my sister is the reason for that because she moves her hand (although she did not move her hand) and when it was time for the ultrasound, the nurse went to get a wheelchair even though the chair is behind the door and then disappeared for about ten minutes. I had surgery last week on Wednesday 30th August 2023 I must say I was scared and nervous but Alihamudulira I was being taken care of the best doctors and nurses, so caring and professional. It didn't matter about my race or colour they treated me so well I was in pain but I got a good experience from them. One of the worse and unorganized hospital ever. Reception staff (emergency department) was unpleasant. They’ve been asking me to go up and down to different floors/building although I was in pain and knowing that I can barely walk. Wasted my time and I’ve been told that the doctor was not available because it was Friday. I’ll never return to this hospital ever.

Had a very bad experience with a receptionist named MADONNA. An extremely rude, arrogant, ignored me when I asked her simple questions, charged me for a follow up and was very rude when I was asking her how the refund works. She was telling me to wait ( when I was told by a doctor to go to the emergency) but when I asked what exactly I need to wait for, she ignored couple of times, I could not understand what is going on and asked her again and she said “I don’t know” and became very rude. I told her that she should not talk to me this way and she started to YELL AT ME and became even more rude. She made me go and come many times confusing me and nurse with her rudeness and unprofessionalism, she herself didn’t know what she actually has to do. In the end she confused everyone and forgot to return my ID card so it was left in the clinic . I had to come all the way back to the clinic and she roughly threw it on the reception desk for me. Such a good clinic with a very poor educated receptionist.This is not the way people have to be treated especially at the healthcare where people come for help to fight their diseases.

It's so hard to see a doctor here, the staff there told me to go to another buildings (overall 3 times that I walked from a place to another) then to different floor, no one cares about me so I went to talk to people in random counters then a lady brought me to wait in a room full of patients without saying anything. So I left. So hard to see a doctor, can't imagine going through the whole process with this broken system

Dr Rafah Makki did my ultrasound and showed me an image of my ovary and claimed it was a fetus without a heart beat! This doctor is now apparently on their final warning but this is not good enough. Luckily, I opted for a second opinion and went to another clinic 30 minutes later who confirmed I had a baby with a very strong heart beat! Doha Clinic Hospital is an absolute joke. Mr Harrison and the rest of the useless management team refused to return our money back. Pregnant women: please avoid this clinic unless you want to receive false information. The doctors are negligent and are not accountable for their negligence. The management team also does very little to reprimand them. I’ve been trying to get my money back for the pointless appointment for the past month but to no avail. Mr Harrison just explains in his over the top exaggerated fake American accent that he tried his very best and only offered a free follow up appointment. The clinic needs to be ashamed of itself for stealing peoples hard earned money. I guarantee you that the team will respond with their automated default message that feedback is taken seriously blah blah and to call them to resolve when in fact they’ve done nothing to help resolve the problem! If you’re a non Qatari, you’re deemed as low priority. Money talks and this is corruption at its finest. Avoid avoid avoid!

my experiences for treating my 3kids for seasoning flu and normal care is very good in.this hospital. specially has a good doctor,she is doctor Huda,she is in emergency department,and gives very good medication with good treatment. she is very responsable and very patient,and has a good experience of pediatricia. happy and lucky to meet a such good doctor in Saudi.arabia.

THE WORST CLINIC TO EVER GO TO. The doctors and nurses there are rude, treated my colleagues with minimal sympathy and made them feel guilty for being sick. DO NOT GO THERE GUYS.

You know what I actually like this hospital I came to the hospital really struggling and was helped really quickly , after doing some tests. The doctor was kind and said contact me in a few days . We will check your results which he did, But I’m lucky that I have Family in the medical field.. I got a 2nd opinion which I always suggest you do .. After speaking to a family member I informed my doctor about my concerns with the prescribed medications. ( which I have the right to do so ) Now The doctor will not speak to me or inform me about a blood test I did .. which I had to pay for !!!! I had to give blood twice .. and the doctor will not answer my questions.. he will not even bother to reply to me . I sent him 2 questions with a few days space between each one ( as I didn’t want to be annoying about my health ) Now I have to go to a different hospital and doctors just to get the answers I asked I find it so ridiculous that I have to do this Imagine someone really messing you around keep your life just hanging in the air for what ???? Ego??? I’m sorry but when it comes my health and wellbeing of course I’ll get a 2nd or 3rd opinion I’m glad I did . He gave me the wrong medicine on top of it and I was willing to forget this but now it’s been over a week and still I’m just waiting for answers I feel like I’m being ignored and treated so unfairly for no reason!!!! I did the tests the doctor said I need willing paid out my own pocket for it no matter the cost I was happy to do it Im really disappointed with this treatment I can’t believe someone who is a doctor would just flat out ignore a patient On top of it all I’m still not taking medication for the condition I was made aware of.

Good day to you I'm honestly satisfied with the clinical service we always recieved when we attend the hospital but I have a negative observation which I didn't want to share but I'm forced to. The valet guy (Asian) who normally works in the morning time is very very rude and arrogant to the patients/visitors especially those who appear not to be the local nationality. I've been a regular patient for the past 4years and I've never encountered such a person all of this time. He scratched my car and I didn't talk or complain about it some time ago then 2weeks ago again he intentionally ignored me with my baby and started calling other patients who came after me all because they had laxurious car and they offered him something so I had to look for a security to help me park my car in a safe place. Try and advice him
