It
is
very
hard
to
get
at
lease
one
proper
reply
for
the
clininc
representative.
In
Whatsapp
they
do
not
reply
since
December
12th,
although,
I
wrote
on
December
12th,
15th,
16th
and
January
9th.
All
my
messages
were
ignored,
over
the
phone
I
do
not
recieve
any
reply
as
well.
I
asked
them
yesterday
as
well
on
Facebook
regarding
the
time
when
it
is
possible
to
do
the
rapid
antigen
test
and
do
we
need
to
do
the
booking
for
the
rapid
test,
if
yes,
I
would
like
to
know
how
I
can
do
it.
The
repy
was
"Sorry,
to
inform
you
but
we
will
no
longer
be
accepting
appointments
for
this
due
to
unavoidable
circumstances.
Thanks"

did
not
answer
my
questions
at
all,
after
that
no
reply.
It
would
make
life
easier
for
everyone
if
the
stuff
replys
directly
to
the
questions
they
are
asked,
for
people
to
get
the
proper
replies
and
not
to
reach
them
via
other
messengers.
Just
provide
the
proper
reply
one
time,
instead
of
sending
thousands
of
shortcuts.
I
did
rapid
test
on
January
3rd
and
waited
for
the
result
for
1
hours,
my
friend
waited
for
the
result
of
the
rapid
test
even
longer
than
1.5
hours,
in
this
case,
the
test
is
not
that
"rapid"
afterall.
My
experience
with
doctors
is
also
not
good.
The
ENT
doctor
without
doing
any
examinations
of
my
ear
told
my
that
I
have
liquid
in
my
ear
and
I
require
surgical
operation
in
order
to
put
a
tube
in
my
ear
for
the
rest
of
my
life.
I
went
to
other
specialists
who
did
a
lot
of
tests
and
confirmed
that
there
is
no
liquid
in
the
ear
and
with
proper
medication
my
problem
was
solved.
Then
Orthopaedist
checked
my
feet
and
x-ray
and
informed
me
everything
is
completely
fine
and
I
do
not
have
any
issue,
although
I
can
see
even
just
visualy
the
changes
of
my
bones.
I
went
to
other
doctors
who
reconfirmed
that
there
is
an
acctual
problem
and
doctors
were
surprised
by
the
reply
of
Doha
clininc
spesialist.
When
I
was
sick
in
2020,
the
general
specialist
has
prescribed
me
4
types
of
pain
killer
and
nothing
for
my
severe
cough.
There
was
only
one
single
good
thing.
When
I
did
the
blood
test,
the
nurse
made
it
completely
painless,
I
did
not
feel
anything.
She
is
a
reall
profesional.
Therefore,
my
2
years
experience:
-impossible
to
get
the
proper
reply,
you
need
to
contact
them
through
all
the
possible
communication
channels,
-
as
a
rule,
after
the
visit
to
the
doctor,
I
need
to
go
to
other
clinics,
because
they
give
me
wrong
diagnosis
and
advise
surgical
operation
or
do
not
see
the
problem
at
all.
I
am
surprised
that
Doha
Clinic
has
high
rank
in
hospitals
in
Doha,
the
only
logical
explanation
for
me
is
that
maybe
other
clinics
even
worse
in
comparison
to
this
one.
