I purchased my weddings bands here. I really liked the tiny diamond on my ring, however was scared that it might fall anytime. The seller assured me that that never happens as they are securely placed on the ring. After I started using the ring (I didn't used it all the time, just when going out) for about 2 months, the diamond was gone. To get it fixed I need to pay another diamond, or pay gold to filled the hole that remained. Why would I paid for another diamond if, even if the assured me it will not fall, it did on the first time and might happen again. I would not recommend this place.

Shipping is Not SECURED! Shine jewelry qatar offer us shipping and handling so my cousin asked the sales lady name Fatima if the shipping and handling is insured them they told him everything is insured, then we bought necklace and my cousin gave them all of the information they need for the shipping and handling we paid everything August 2 2022 and they shipped they package August 9 2022, 9-14 days is the wait then I called my cousin august 22 2022 to follow up then they said it’s already delivered August 15 2022 and they told me to talk to fedex. I told then how can it be delivered if no one receive it or sign it. Then after chatting for a week the told me to call fedex USA then fedex said they just send the package regularly no security or anything. Then after a week they said the package is back to Qatar fedex now my cousin go there to pick it back then they said they don’t have it. Until now I don’t have the jewelry that I bought. I don’t even know if they send the package or they just send it to somewhere else! I hope the management can fix this issue!

It was complex. He was the only person who got the job with confidence. He did exactly what I wanted. The output was more than what I expected. 5 stars won't be enough to rate this great work.❤️

Please don’t go to this place (gold souq) and buy your jewelry. Me and my husband went to buy male platinum ring for our wedding, within 3 months, there was a YELLOW SPOT ON HIS PLATINUM RING!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP BECAUSE THEY ARE DISHONEST JEWELRY SHOP. Don’t trust what you bought from there. Don’t go there to waste your money and energy to buy something fake in the end.

I bought 2 items and the salesman upstair is not accommodating.Im buying items but it need to say please to show the items it seems he think i will not buy. pretty decent gold store. lots of design to choose from, approachable staff and friendly environment. they do offer decent discounts on a variety of jewellery. also need to compliment the complimentary coffee machine that serves variety of coffee mixes and hot chocolate. this is great while waiting and looking at the variety of jewellery. great location as well near souq waqif and can easily accessible via metro.

SCAMMER! I got scam by this jewelry shop in Souq Gold Qatar Shine jewelry shop. I purchased a 18K gold bracelet and when i send it to pawn they told me its only 14K. I send it to different jewelry shop to check and confirmed its only 14K. Be careful.
