If you want to see a doctor be there as early as 3am. Later during the day you will be met by long ques of foreign workers trying to all get medical attention. Apart from that have your valid QID and health card with you. Finally be prepared to spend the whole day at the hospital. Sometimes there are no doctors to attend to your case

Dental - Great service. Clean, friendly and efficient. Dental treatment was free and pharmacy prescription was only 1QAR. Note that you need a valid health card (health centre number 21) and payment at pharmacy only by card.

Today (27-07-2022) i went to this hospital. Red line metro was very useful to reach there. You may come to Free zone Metro station via Red line charge of QR2 and change to Metro link bus #M140, it would be reach hospital with in 30 mts. You have to come there early morning to complete consultation fastly. And need to wait for your chance(it may be take 1or 2 hours), need patient to get second token from Registration counter. Treatment was good but you can't take treatment for multiple disease on same day.

Health care facilities are good. Max. 4 QAR for Medical Expenses. Having more departments for each health problems. General, Dental, ENT, Derma, Eye, Cardio, ENDO, etc... Speciality doctors not available on Friday and Saturday. Token System is followed. The only Problem is.. Even you come at the early Morning, Still You have to Wait "Minimum 4 hours" to attend the doctor. Be prepared for that. Really Need One more Workers Health Centre in some other Area to avoid Waiting Hours. / Nearby Metro station - Free Zone , Bus Route Number - M140

Need more Doctors chambers. Can understand the workload of Hospital personnel. But really sad to say we are coming with a weakening body and an anxious down mind... We are waiting too much with a body of sickness.. I reached today took Token at10.30 AM and I got the appointment on 5.40 PM! after all formalities i returned on 6.30 pm after 8 hours! I was suffering by fever, full body pain and barely to sit. I feel like faint when I stand each time. Security persons are too much strict even they not allowed to take a phone call in the waiting area. They saying go outside and call! How you can go outside and talk in the scorching heat with a weak body? Cannot take you legs to your seat even..We are not sitting in an annual business development meeting with CEO. We are tired and and cannot sit as same long 7 hours.

I registered my name and this Nurse asked for my QID and he's very rude. He seems irritated. I watched on how he treated patients who are mostly WORKERS as you can see on how they dress, But if you dress well, the RESPECT will be changed. And when it's my turn, I asked him on how much do we need to wait on an average basis as it is my first time there, he replied in an irritated manner, "YOU SHOULD WAIT, YOURE NOT THE ONLY PATIENT HERE". Then I replied, "IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT AND ASSIST ALL THE PATIENTS HERE? ANSWERING THEM IN AN UNPROFESSIONAL WAY?, IF YOU CAN DO THAT TO A REGULAR WORKER, WELL NOT FOR ME!!!", he apologized but I did not accepted his apology. Who knows, how many poor workers experienced his bad behavior. VERY DISGUSTING Then I met the Doctor, arabic speaking. My goodness, he doesn't explained the treatment very well, and his hygiene made me want to puke. He smells like he did not changed his clothes for 2 weeks, considering he's a Doctor that PROMOTES HEALTH, WELL-BEING AND CLEANLINESS.

This Health Center and their staffs are very passionate and devoted in serving residents of Qatar. Large volume of people seeking medical attention served everyday. Based on my experience: Dental Dept. = 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This department is a team of fast moving action oriented. Dr.Subin Jacob & all their staffs were excellent. They were respecting everybody's time & doesn't want to waste any time. Average 45 mins to get served. Chronic / GP Dept. = 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This department is very good as well but longer queue & waiting time. Average 2 hours to get served. We are "patients" so we need to be patient & understanding that it is also a public health center so many people in line waiting to be served. Key is to be early as possible. Phlebotomist / Lab Dept. = 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This department is a team of excellent fast moving action oriented team as well. Understood that lab test results takes longer waiting time. Overall this health center is very good.

I have been experiencing significant delays at the Red Crescent Mesaimeer location. The waiting times in the reception area are unusually long, often exceeding 3 hours. It seems that they don't prioritize urgent cases. On a previous visit, I faced a similar issue in the fever section where only around 10 patients were waiting for a consultation. The doctor took over 3 hours to see the patient's, and I observed him using his mobile and engaging with other staff members during that time.

They need to hire more manpower. Not enough doctors, pharmacists are there to cater to the patients' needs. I had to wait more than four hours just for a physician consultation because they were using the emergency room for this ! More than 40 people were lined up for the consult, and we had to wait even more as emergency patients were coming in. So many people just gave up waiting, and left. They should have used a separate room and staff for the general consultation, and more doctors for it. The queue needs to be managed better; people nearest the room entrance were going in, when it was not their turn according to their queue ticket They should have a system where they monitor the time between queue ticket issue, consult start, end, and when the pharmacy has filled the prescription, and patient exit. This is not to pressure any employee, but to know very clearly the quality of service at the hospital. But maybe they already know.

For the cleanliness of your health center outside and inside the building, you deserve a 5-star rating. Utmost cleanliness and sanitation should always be maintained especially during this time of pandemic. COVID-19 protocol is being practiced. I am THANKFUL that there are health centers here in Qatar that give free services and subsidized medicines to all its residents. All is good, but it's too much crowded. You need to reach atleast 2 to 3 hours before the appointment time to leave in time. The entrance gate is on the south wall, you will not be allowed if you have reached the exit (west) gate, even by mistake or even if you have problem in walking. So make sure you reach at the south gate to enter and for exit it's west gate. On the exit gate there will be crowd taxi drivers waiting, leaving a small gap to walk out. They will come to you aggressively asking for taxi. The services are awesome inside the health centre. The staffs are really doing a superb job serving this big crowd every day. They are so humble. Overall good experience, except the waiting time.

It's a very good hospital for bachelors and those who are with Health Card number 21. First of all it will be busier during the day and slightly less in the night. General physicians are available 24*7. Dental is not available on weekends. As all of the treatments are free of cost (QR. 1 for medicine), it will be crowded most of the time, and you may need to spend 2 - 5 hours to see the doctor. There are a few parking slots available, security will let your car in if parking is available, otherwise you have to park nearby roadside parking slots or in the ground. Treatments are very good and staff are excellent.
