Apalling
service!
My
patient
portal
showed
that
I
have
a
heart
appointment
tomorrow,
but
I
did
not
receive
an
SMS
or
call
confirming
the
same
and
I
needed
to
check
whether
it
is
a
phone
or
face-face
appointment.
I
called
16060
and
was
given
the
Heart
Hosp
numbers
by
NESMAK
but
no
one
picks
up
the
phone!
I
was
given
4
different
numbers
-
main
reception,
ladies
&
mens
reception,
main
switchboard
(44395691,
44395694,
44395695,
44398800).
The
phone
just
rings
endlessly.
I
complained
several
months
ago,
but
there
has
been
zero
improvement!
Very
frustrating!
The
Heart
Hospital
appointments
system
needs
trained
staff
with
customer
service
skills,
like
the
staff
for
Hamad
General
Hospital
appointments
system
(16060)
who
are
excellent.
]
I
have
visited
the
Heart
hospital
a
few
times
over
the
past
2-3
years
for
routine
checks.
The
doctors
and
nurses
are
good
and
some
are
even
excellent.
My
complaint
is
over
the
parking
issue.
The
parking
situation
is
extremely
difficult
and
chaotic
around
the
hospital.
Surely
they
cannot
be
expecting
elderly
heart
patients
to
be
walking
long
distance
around
the
carpark.
I
have
complained
about
this
many
times
to
Customer
Service
over
the
years
but
no
improvement.
Each
parking
space
is
allocated
to
a
doctor.
This
is
fine,
although
it
reduces
the
number
of
slots
for
patients
and
is
infuriating
when
the
staff
member
is
absent
on
leave
etc
and
still
no
one
is
allowed
to
use
the
empty
parking
space,
because
it
has
an
allocated
name
above
it!
Staff
at
Reception
have
poor
communication
skills.
Big
improvement
needed!
