I just visited for PCR test. Fees:400 QR (most of the hospitals in Qatar changes 500 QR) Staffs are very co operative and supportive. For this have to visit their two times - one for test and other for result. 36-48 hrs required for result. I will get it within 36 hrs. Usually, morning 9.30 starts testing.

We are very impressed by the delivery of medicine by Mr Ahmed, big hearted man. He followed up with us for our availability and delivered the medicine with a smiling face and nice words. His service is truly appreciated. Thank you Aster for having such good people.🙏

All facilities are good to utilize. Acceptable prices which is displayed at notice board. We can easily check there. Service is not only slow, I am not wrong if I say totally dead. They should speed it up. Even if you have appointment you have to wait more than a half hour to just register from reception. Not only this at the pharmacy you have to wait for 40 to 45 minutes to get even if you have only 1 medicine.

One of the best branches of Aster healthcare. It's on the main road, having 2 story building with variety of Drs and pharmacy. General Medicine, best Paediatrician, ENT, Dermatologist, Orthopedician, Dentists, Gynaecologist and Radiologist. Nice and cooperative Drs and staff. Pharmacy is also having variety of medicines prescribed by the Drs. Insurance services are also available. Overall very good clinic. Only the issue of the parking.

Although everytime I visited Aster clinic my experience was good but this time when i visited DR. VISHWANATH VASUDEVAN I had a horrible experience. He scolded my son for asking him a wary question related to his medical issue, instead of carefully dealing with him. He behaved very rudely with us too, and said it was because my son's question "made him feel bad". It appalls me when I see someone like this working as a medical professional, with no indication of professionalism at ALL. I won't really recommend this particular doctor to anyone

I want to give feedback about a staff name Prem. He is very helpful and hospitable. He gives 100% assistance and takes extra care of the patient. He is very polite and well spoken. Very hard working staff he is.

Front office staff is not very friendly in nature. Person handling insurance cases didn't call and inform us about the rejection. We spent close to 2 hours just for appealing and getting it approved, it could have been managed easily by them, rather than keeping us waiting. Staffs are not very proactive and helping in nature.

Very systematic, neat and clean, specialized doctors from most of the fields are available. Prior appointment facility, medicine delivery facility, proper token system, enough toilets, enough seating area, kids' play area, and helpful staffs, made it a clinic of choice of many citizens and residents. However, they need to bring some more specialized doctors for eye, skin, and a few others, particularly for the kids and teenagers! It seems these areas need more attention! Kids are cheered by vending machines installed there! For Adults, there are coffee machine, and pure drinking water for all!

The new medical center is awesome but I’m writing this post mainly to appreciate Mr. Abdul Kareem, the security person who waits outside the pharmacy on the Ground Floor. He is so kind and smiling and notices everyone in need of help and goes out of his way to make patients comfortable. I have never seen this happening anywhere in Qatar. The management must appreciate and honor this humble person and may God bless him!

Having visited the hospital severally, I have had a very positive interaction with the premise. My experience with doctor midilaj in the orthopedics department and Caroline kathambi in the customer service section has been very satisfactory .Keep up the amazing services ,they are commendable.

I like the fact doctors are asking for all the relevant testing rather than giving medicines. (Selling drugs) I like Indian doctors and the majority are Indian in Aster. If you don't want to kill yourself by obeying doctors who always prescribed medicines then meet an Indian and logical team of doctors in an aster. The staff is petty good! Been visiting aster since 2019 and still like it.

Everything went well from the booking of appointment, to the payment, up to the consultation. There was only a slight problem with the pharmacy where I was charged more than the medicine that they provided but they handled it well once I asked for the break down and provided the refund and the missing medicines. Tip is always ask receipt and count the medicine that they give to make sure that it matches with the presription from the Doctor.

Highly recommend Dr Jacob for Pediatric Care at Aster Hospital. His expertise, compassionate nature and ability to provide fast relief were truly commendable. We left Aster hospital with confidence and gratitude, knowing that our son received excellent care from a wonderful doctor.

I have visited Aster many times but my recent visit I felt uncomfort with one of the doctor.... He is too old and out of his mind... He doesn't know how to deal with patient..I don't blame at him... It might be because of his age..... I don't mention his name. Kindly request to the management if any doctors who is aged above 65 or 70 kindly monitor their behavior towards patients....

I generally don't write reviews but I had to write about this one because you don't go to doctor to have bad experience. I had a very bad experience with orthopedic Dr. Midilaj Eikarpalli in Aster C ring road. He did not listen to me he just imposed his opinion very rudely. If Doctors behave like this how can a patient ever be comfortable with doctors. Very disappointed with the doctor however Mr. Prem at reception is very kind and helpful and proactively provides his assistance to patients but if the Dr is not nice what's the point to visit this clinic.

Very bad experience. I visited the hospital with covid 19 symptoms. I told that to Doctor kunjahali . He sent me for some tests costs around 450 qar and said no problem you can go. He couldn't identify I'm covid positive . Good for nothing . Services only for money .

After waiting 1 hour in que for token . The person informed that token will distribute after 2 hours . The person behaving very rude . I have been associated with Aster Clinic since about 2015. I have 100% faith in the two doctors who treat me. Dr. Nisar Abdulla for my diabetes and Dr. Ilhaas for my dental care. These doctors are dedicated,gentle, kind and I trust them.

Dissatisfied as they do not give change if it is less than QAR 1 riyal. But they will charge as per the exchange rate for insurance card holder in $. What if they sacrifice that QAR 1 for customer instead they steal the balance. It is not a material amount but they argue for the exchange rate when it’s comes to them.

Very very bad reception service . What decency is there to say that everything is closed even though the Consultation was till 9:00 pm on Friday and it arrived at 8:30 pm and the doctor was there. Everything went fast and well with the treatment EXCEPT PHARMACY. This was insanely slow even if there were not many queues. Imagine when there was a peak time, it would have been disaster and I think you guys should really revise this for more future efficiency because I saw the feedbacks from other patients too.

It visited for my child's vaccine worst experience..I was looking for a painless option and was told there is a painless option which would cause less discomfort and I opted for the painless as I knew its perks. But to my astonishment the painless option has not made any difference than the regular ones. left my child in pain compared to thepreviousvacancies(painless ones).

Aster has best Doctors. It is a known fact. I would like to share my experience . Medicines delivered home. This experience was excellent. Quick and would mention Sayed Ahamed was very courteous and patient. Generally when some one comes to deliver they are in a hurry to get back to an other job but here he was patient and saw to it all medicines are delivered as per list.

I went here to seek for assistance. I didn't get the help. I couldn't understand why my results could take long to come out when I was promised assistance on time so I can go to work after. All was good until when the results came out late and the doctor who said could help me wasn't around and, no alternative... I know Aster from Dubai for a very long time. I work in hospitality too and if I promise, I deliver. Maybe Aster here is different from Aster in Dubai. I appreciate the gentleman working at second floor receiption. Perhaps I should seek assistance somewhere else when I get time. Time and money wasted since I walked out empty handed and heartbroken.

The doctor was pleasant. The nurse who attended to me during my X-Ray was exceptional. The one who gave me that painkiller injection not so much - I actually requested for someone else but she was the only one there at the time. I think a bigger reception area with more staff may be needed, the wait time was a bit much for someone experiencing pain. But I recognized it was mostly due to the number of patients present.

Mr. Hakeem who was the officer who checked Ehtheraz and gave me my token number was professional, he welcomed me and was polite in asking me what I am here for. Trust me I haven’t experienced this type of Proffesional first class service when I went into anywhere else from an officer checking Ehtheraz and giving tokens. He is a super star! The hospital is very clean. Please book your appointments online to avoid waiting time. I booked my appointment with GM Dr Joy, my waiting time was barely 6min to collect the token. Very bad customer service after taken the token they didn’t inform us to register it and we just siting there more than a 30 minutes to consult the doctor ortho,and we ask the staff nurse that sitting around the table they said they will call but again we sit like 10 minutes more some of them inform that to register the token and again we go back down floors to register it waste of time

I was assisted by nurse assistants on doing my nebulization and a great experience as they are so friendly. At reception, I didnt waited long queue and has been assisted right away. Dr. Joy has been a great doctor from my diabetic condition till an asthmatic cough /cold conditions and giving me recommendations on how to simplify the healing process.

I went to the clinic to perform ultrasound scanning process for my wife. The staff told me that only male doctor is available in the radiology department along with one female nurse for assistance. I accepted it and confirmed to proceed. But, later I was informed that I will not be allowed inside the room and only patient is allowed along with the male doctor and the lady nurse. I rejected this system and asked the reception staff to cancel the ultrasound scanning and got the money back. Is this the correct way of handling with the end customers????

Staffs are accommodating they greet each customer all the time, Doctor Joy also is very helpful and she address directly the problem of the patient. Aster medical centre is not crowded and clean.

Visited the new facility recently . It’s very nice in terms of space and seating arrangements .. But we felt there is a problem in maintaining the room temperature through centralised Air conditioner.. Literally it was too cold and my son was sick with temperature and due to this room condition he caught up with high fever within waiting period to visit Dr. Conveyed this to the reception but some one should take care of it and follow a standard how to maintain the took temperature for hospitals at different sections

Recently visited this medical center, the experience was excellent from the time I walked in. The doctors are really competent and staff is very helpful in guiding, especially MR. Prem Prasad jee a very humble, hard working and extremely professional individual who guided me and helped me from the token counter till getting the prescribed medication.

i had a Bad Experience. They are charging me very high amounts even though I have medical insurance. It is better to avoid this hospital even if you have insurance. When we asked for a bill breakdown, they were not ready to provide the bill amount details.

Received message to collect laboratory result once reach c ring waited 25 minutes to collect. Checked in laboratory they didnt print, my question is why you send me message for collection and wasting our time. Poor customer service.

The hospital is clean & treatment is good. The person working at the token developing area is really nice & sweet very helpful & even checks up on you & always remembers you very sweet , I would like to extend my thankyou to that uncle.

Good setup and the Doctor was good but very unorganized. Starting from the arrogant receptionist at the Gynaecology clinic, waited nearly 30 minutes at the lab where I needed to go physically and collect the result of a lab test done a week ago while the doctor was waiting for the results. Even the lab results are not accessible online for the Doctors. They have good infrastructure but still follow the ancient system.

Aster family treat me very well when I went there as a sick. They are such a hospitality and helpful for every single things abaout healthy life and hospital. They have a big passion, patience and profession. Thank you Aster family 🩵
