I went to KIMS for blood group certificate. It took me 45 minutes or less. You have to first to go first floor at the reception and present QID or passport followed by payment of QR 15 for blood group test. Once this process is finished, proceed to 2nd floor to the laboratory. The process to obtain blood sample is simple and painless. A tiny needle is used to draw few drops of blood from the finger and result is ready in less than 10 minutes.

I went for a check up using my insurance card; however, it is newly paid insurance, I was asked to wait for two more months to utilise it and get the requested test and procedures done. Thanks to Dr. Radhika and her nurse on duty today. They explained with regret that I could not make use of the insurance yet. However, I was charged a higher consultation fee than usual. When I realised it, I tried calling the centre; but not a single time, someone has picked the call. I strongly suggest to have someone dedicated to attend incoming calls. Furthermore, I also suggest to get more pharmacy assistants; you only have two accommodating tens of patients needing the prescribed meds.

very bad reception staff the don't know anything and were chatting and ignoring the customers and laughing and they just tell you to wait also I asked for a general doctor and I payed to see her then she referred me to another doctor and I had to pay to see him too? even though I paid the first time and the in pharmacy I had to wait for one hour just to get my medication :(

Hospitality is good and doctor also good, but pharmacy which they are maintaining is very poor and there is noo man power in pharmacy and we have to wait hours an hours to get your chance, once you reached the desk again we have to wait insurance approval, today i faced the same issue I was waiting an hour to reach the desk and reaching the desk, they said to wait for approval it's take one more hour. Note: My suggestion to improve there manpower to serve better,
