** 2023 Update** Still awful service Them: No appointments available as it's Ramadan .... Me: but Ramadan doesn't start for another 3 days.... 2022 Clinic starts at 7pm. Reception staff arrive late then chat ignoring the queue of 8 people. LATE, RUDE, UNHELPFUL. Never start on time or even close to the published opening times. They ignore waiting patients and instead play on their phones and chat. Shockingly unprofessional. In any other country they would be sacked. Still truly the worst service from admin / reception staff. Every time I have to come here the admin is beyond awful. Truly rubbish. I phoned up today to check they are open. Arrive - they forgot to say that some parts are open but most of it isn't open till hours later. DREADFUL CUSTOMER CARE. Non medical staff do not care about any patients. We are just an irritation that keeps them from playing on their phones. Staffed by receptionist / security unable to answer the simplest of questions. Who don't care that they are professionally inadequate and shrug disdainfully to just about any enquiry. Nothing is their responsibility. Every enquiry is down to anyone else. They just do not care Awful awful awful awful awful Building is beautiful. Medical staff are great. But you have to navigate through seventy trillion layers of unfriendly, unhelpful staff before you get to the good guys.

To be honest the doctors and health provided should take 5 stars. On the other side, ZERO points to receptionists who firstly comes late (dental emergency receptionist on January 6, 2022 morning came 30 minutes late and first number she gave was on 7:42.) 2- will bever ever gives you an appropriate appointment, and they might change the appointment before a day without giving appropriate reason! Literally the WORST reception staff you’ll meet in your life. I attached a photo that shows the time registering first patient.

5 star to all the doctors and nurses. They are best in their job. ZERO star for all the receptionist who does not know their job. They always give wrong information. I wasted 1 and half hour of my time JUST BECAUSE OF THE WRONG INFORMATION THAT THE RECEPTIONIST GAVE ME. WRONG INFORMATION!!!!! THEIR ATTITUDE ARE ALSO WORST!!! MOST OF THE GROUND FLOOR RECEPTIONIST GAVE BAD ATTITUDE .

I dealt with three receptionists over two visits on the same day, and none of them were knowledgeable enough to do their job effectively. It was due to this reason I had to return a second time. And it wasn’t because of a language barrier, as I speak Arabic. The management should’ve spent more time training them adequately for diverse situations. Also, should a patient need to bring documents, the nurses should present a clear, written list—in order to avoid misunderstandings. This health center isn’t quite ready to operate, in my opinion. I suggest waiting a few months before transferring.

They don't want to work properly. Even for the Rt PCR, antigen test, and vaccination and all, they don't work according to the time they gives. They opens late and closes early. Never hear the patients and their customers.

The doctors, nurses, pharmacist and the health center itself deserves a 5 stars. Doctors and nurses are very kind to the patients, even in the pharmacy, they are communicating good with the patients. But except for the receptionist, she deserve 1 star. She is very rude with the patients. I experience today morning the rudest receptionist ever. I go to her cause i just need to get an sticker for my maintenance medication, she told me to go to the other receptionist (even no one in her line), so i move to the other one. But the other receptionist went out because she assist the 2 boys to go to some room for treatment,so i waited until she came back, when she came, she told me to go to the first one that i went before, i told her in a polite way, "you told me to go to her, then she told me to go to you." And then she reacted in a shouting way, "you have to wait!, i am busy and she is busy, you have to wait!". (she don't have anyone in the line) I told her,i just need a sticker to get the medication. That is how she treated me because I'm not a qatari. Sometimes, even the doctors and nurses are good, but the first station that you have to go is the reception. Im not saying it in general, cause there are other receptionist that are dealing good with patients, but i am referring to this lady about her attitude,it is so upsetting.

While we we're falling in line for Antigen test of my wife on a drive thru, one guy was discriminated us, he didn't take the name and details of us, instead he went to the other cars (SUV) behind us, because our car is just Toyota Yaris. And when I called him, and asked him why he didn't take our name, and unexpected response from him, his the one who had angry response, instead of us. He doesn't want to give his name. But that guy shouldn't work on that place, he's arrogant, disrespectful and discriminating small people. A lot of staff are more deserved to work there more than him.

I'm changing my Review after 3rd Visit. It was horrible on my first visit, No proper guidance of staff to direct patients to counters. Now I got to know how to use this facility. Compulsory - You must hold a valid Hamad Health Card to avail the facilities here. Registered area should be Al Waab. Otherwise you'll be directed to Emergency Unit in Medical City. 1. Call 107 2. Pick appointment option 3. Go by the guideline - Choose Dr. Based on illness 4. Reach 15 minutes prior to appointment 5. Get your Sticker Token from any counter (3 Copies of Stickers) 6. Go inside the Token No Screening Area to do Pre-visit check up to basic health condition inside a room escorted by Nurses, come out again once it's done and Be seated near by the screen where you Token No order is lined. 7. Enter Dr. Room on your turn (If ladies please about men in that are, not allowed) 8. Get your second copy of Sticker to Pharmacy nearby main door and get a token to wait on the line. 9. On your turn present token, they'll ask you to wait in pharmacy waiting area 10. When Token no come on the screen present at pharmacy counter with Debit / Credit Card. No Cash accepted. (Very low Charges) * If the patient is severely ill then He/She will be taken to treatment area. So the bearer can go to pharmacy with Token on behalf of them to buy medicine but they'll clarify with patient's Name and D.O.B. Super tidy and clean Not crowded Friendly Doctors Staff at Counters will not communicate with MEN if it's mentioned as for FEMALE. Find enough parking at underground. Electronic Gates will open when your Car reaches nearby the gate. Stay healthy !!!

Worst experience I have ever had. Went for a covid appointment change today and was confronted with an attitude driven receptionist on the 1st floor. They say something in Arabic so we cannot understand. Covid appointment, which she said was after 3 days, was changed to 1 month after with an unprofessional response "too many patients". Contacting someone of higher level was not helpful due to their inability to speak English. Such unprofessional attitude towards customers with no care about the wellbeing of the patients, my mom who's 40, who are eligible for the vaccine. Would recommend to know Arabic if you want to deal such situations.

    3. Seeing a doctor with an appointment at 8.30am This was a good nearly 5* experience unlike my previous 2. I arrived went to the female desk with my HC they gave me a queue number for the nurse and a nurse and a number for the doctor. I went immediately to the nurse, no queue. She was helpful, friendly and spoke good English. I waited 15 minutes for the doctor, meanwhile a friendly local gentleman explained they had a problem with their number system. The doctor was British and very efficient. I liked her. In all a quick efficient and easy process.. I will come back! 2. changing HC Location 3* I arrived at 8.30 to change my health centre location. I knew I needed my HC, and a bill with my address on it... I took and electricity bill. It took a while to find the tiny room where this is done, staff tend to point and say "it's over there" which is hopeless as there were a number of doors and aisles over there... And of course no sign on the door. , On arriving no one was there serving and 6 people were sat waiting, so it's impossible to know if you have come to the correct place. So I asked some patients whether they had been served and the response was yes he has been spoken to them and gone off again to process paperwork, he would be back again at some point once this is done. How long... Who knows!! About 20mins later he came back and sorted out the people he had served then served me. He was efficient and knowledgeable and promptly went off to process my paperwork. 20 mins later he came back, with it done. I think they need to have two people on this desk. One to process information and one to speak and inform customers waiting. 1. seeing a doctor with no appointment 2* 9.30am I went to the desk and asked to see a doctor. They asked if I had an appointment, I said no. The lady said go to A&E. My problem was not that serious I said, but she sent me there. So I went to A&E, the receptionist gave me a ticket and said wait. I waited 10mins then was called to see the nurse who asked me what was wrong and did my vital measurements as always. She sent me back to the receptionist who said OK I will make you an appointment, OK I thought that's why I'm here. She told me I now need to go and register for the appointment the other side of the hospital, very confusing. So went across and they then made an appointment for 10.30 so I had to WAIT 45mins..when 10.30 arrived she then gave me a number and I had to WAIT ANOTHER 20mins for it to come up on the screen. In that time covered lady approached me with a picture of the dress code for the doctors. She said MY LONG CAPPED SHOULDER DRESS WAS NOT ALLOWED and I need to make sure I cover my shoulders completely if I want to come in next time....... Finally nearly 11, I saw my doctor. He was pleasant and helpful but did inform me he only had 10mins per patient… I would need to come back… (I had more than one issue) I had to wait a further hour for urine tests and the results… which isn't too bad in comparison to other places… I'd just been there too long already.. Overall its a lovely looking place, staff were helpful but the process was very painful and time consuming and considering it was empty it should have been a lot smoother. I don't want to go through the process again..

Very good care. Everything is perfect. Peaceful atmosphere. Good staff. No rush. Quick appointments. Nice Need to think about this point. When someone goes to pharmacy to take medicines they ask about petient sticker, then you have to go to reception to take sticker, receptionist will print the sticker for you, some times they are bussy so you have to wait for sticker, take your sticker and come back to pharmacy now you will get here a line of petients so you have to wait for your turn here also. Why stickers cant be printed at pharmacy counters? Sticker is the need of pharmacist not the patient or receptionist. Pharmacist wants to stick the sticker on medicine so why petient suffers for that?

To be honest, the doctors and health care provided should receive five stars. Locals on the other hand, get ZERO points. They were all rude and obnoxious except one or two who respect. When the government is serving the expatriates, they act as if they are paying for our services. INSANE!

One of the worst experience during Covid. I had to take covid test for my daughter and son and they told us to wait for sometime and they will deliver us medicine. I waited for more than one hour with my 6 month baby and 3 year old boy and no response from them. And finally i told them that i will drop my family and come back to collect. This shouldnt have been worse if they gave an impression that it would take one or two hour for medicines which they are never bothered in their actions and attitude.

Worst health center ever. I have called them and they don’t pick up the phone. The services there wasn’t good to be honest especially, the general Doctor he is not professional at all!!! Keep yourself cautious around the female doctor who extracts blood for blood test. She is very bad and tried extracting my blood 4 times removing the needle and at the end she called her higher assistant to do it, it was extremely painful and not to mention the fear. When it comes to blood tests I would say save a bit more money and do it in a private hospital or a public one other than Al Waab. However, they are extremely efficient they do not keep you waiting so that’s good, they are also clean. It’s just that their services they have to improve!!!

Waaay far above average. This hospital is still new though and I hope they will keep the services running well even after people know about it. It's hard getting there for someone who is new to Qatar but then again the services are fantastic. It is very clean and no queues. Basement parking is good. Maybe they should add the three green hexagons we see in government hospitals. I have not seen those ones. They help to identify a hospital fast.
