3.
Seeing
a
doctor
with
an
appointment
at
8.30am
This
was
a
good
nearly
5*
experience
unlike
my
previous
2.
I
arrived
went
to
the
female
desk
with
my
HC
they
gave
me
a
queue
number
for
the
nurse
and
a
nurse
and
a
number
for
the
doctor.
I
went
immediately
to
the
nurse,
no
queue.
She
was
helpful,
friendly
and
spoke
good
English.
I
waited
15
minutes
for
the
doctor,
meanwhile
a
friendly
local
gentleman
explained
they
had
a
problem
with
their
number
system.
The
doctor
was
British
and
very
efficient.
I
liked
her.
In
all
a
quick
efficient
and
easy
process..
I
will
come
back!

changing
HC
Location
3*
I
arrived
at
8.30
to
change
my
health
centre
location.
I
knew
I
needed
my
HC,
and
a
bill
with
my
address
on
it...
I
took
and
electricity
bill.
It
took
a
while
to
find
the
tiny
room
where
this
is
done,
staff
tend
to
point
and
say
"it's
over
there"
which
is
hopeless
as
there
were
a
number
of
doors
and
aisles
over
there...
And
of
course
no
sign
on
the
door.
,
On
arriving
no
one
was
there
serving
and
6
people
were
sat
waiting,
so
it's
impossible
to
know
if
you
have
come
to
the
correct
place.
So
I
asked
some
patients
whether
they
had
been
served
and
the
response
was
yes
he
has
been
spoken
to
them
and
gone
off
again
to
process
paperwork,
he
would
be
back
again
at
some
point
once
this
is
done.
How
long...
Who
knows!!
About
20mins
later
he
came
back
and
sorted
out
the
people
he
had
served
then
served
me.
He
was
efficient
and
knowledgeable
and
promptly
went
off
to
process
my
paperwork.
20
mins
later
he
came
back,
with
it
done.
I
think
they
need
to
have
two
people
on
this
desk.
One
to
process
information
and
one
to
speak
and
inform
customers
waiting.
1.
seeing
a
doctor
with
no
appointment
2*
9.30am
I
went
to
the
desk
and
asked
to
see
a
doctor.
They
asked
if
I
had
an
appointment,
I
said
no.
The
lady
said
go
to
A&E.
My
problem
was
not
that
serious
I
said,
but
she
sent
me
there.
So
I
went
to
A&E,
the
receptionist
gave
me
a
ticket
and
said
wait.
I
waited
10mins
then
was
called
to
see
the
nurse
who
asked
me
what
was
wrong
and
did
my
vital
measurements
as
always.
She
sent
me
back
to
the
receptionist
who
said
OK
I
will
make
you
an
appointment,
OK
I
thought
that's
why
I'm
here.
She
told
me
I
now
need
to
go
and
register
for
the
appointment
the
other
side
of
the
hospital,
very
confusing.
So
went
across
and
they
then
made
an
appointment
for
10.30
so
I
had
to
WAIT
45mins..when
10.30
arrived
she
then
gave
me
a
number
and
I
had
to
WAIT
ANOTHER
20mins
for
it
to
come
up
on
the
screen.
In
that
time
covered
lady
approached
me
with
a
picture
of
the
dress
code
for
the
doctors.
She
said
MY
LONG
CAPPED
SHOULDER
DRESS
WAS
NOT
ALLOWED
and
I
need
to
make
sure
I
cover
my
shoulders
completely
if
I
want
to
come
in
next
time.......
Finally
nearly
11,
I
saw
my
doctor.
He
was
pleasant
and
helpful
but
did
inform
me
he
only
had
10mins
per
patient…
I
would
need
to
come
back…
(I
had
more
than
one
issue)
I
had
to
wait
a
further
hour
for
urine
tests
and
the
results…
which
isn't
too
bad
in
comparison
to
other
places…
I'd
just
been
there
too
long
already..
Overall
its
a
lovely
looking
place,
staff
were
helpful
but
the
process
was
very
painful
and
time
consuming
and
considering
it
was
empty
it
should
have
been
a
lot
smoother.
I
don't
want
to
go
through
the
process
again..
