I Went to Tadawi Medical Center for the first time. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The service I received was very professional, communication to a high standard and my treatment was beyond expectation. Definitely booking another treatment and would highly recommend.

The clinic environment is very clean. ⭐️ But the dermatologist Mai didn’t help my skin problems. All I got is more and more acne , irritations and products I cant use. When She just give up, she recommended Accutan without any analysis or test. This drug is kind of risky for someone who has no idea of its effects. Anyways my greetings goes only to the pharmacist down stairs, she is so kind and respectful. Very educated lady!🤗

The Staff and the Nurses were great but I went to see a Dermatologist there- Dr. Mai and Not happy with the Service and the results. I did botox on my face and only after 2 months The Wrinkles were visible again . I would think that with paying a higher amount at least the results should be great and lasting at least 4-6 months . She didn’t even bother to explain how many units she used on my face, she was more interested in charging me first and finishing the appointment quick. I will not recommend her personally.

I Nov 2020, my husband and I was put on a wait list for flu vaccination. I called again on 17 Nov 2020, & was told I should be next on the list. It is now 2 Dec 2020, still no calls nor update from Tadawi on my flu shot. I have given up waiting for more than a month, NO thanks to them, I had to make other calls & manage to do a walk in at a PHCC, which took almost 1 hour drive but was relieved that within 30 minutes, we got our flu shot and given vaccination card. As at today, my family & I will never again consult at Tadawi, our business are more appreciated at other medical center. Furthermore, the appointment staff need to be trained to return calls as promised & be pro active to follow up. I’m so disappointed with this medical center & hope others will not have to go through my bad experience here.

OBGYN review: Incompetence of Dr Ahed Alabedrahman I inquired with reception over the phone and in whatsapp over 3D/4D ultrasound at week 32 of pregnancy and they informed me it can be done. I already did it it another clinic one week before but wanted to see if there is better machine with resolution elsewhere. Dr Ahed informed me that it can be done only at week 20 and upon trying to examine the pregnancy with 2D ultrasound after 2 minutes informed my husband and me that “she cannot see head of the baby and that is not normal”. Imagine saying something like that to expectant parents! Of course she could not see the head as was not even looking at the place where the baby’s head was. Afterwards I did an ultrasound elsewhere without any issue of identifying the baby position, 3D and 4D capturing the baby’s smile, and I would NEVER EVER recommend any woman to put her pregnancy care into the hands of a doctor that doesnt know how to read a scan. No competence, no communication skills. Cherry on the top: she informed reception to charge 250 qar for 2D ultrasound that I never asked for as a client.

Had my pre travel PCR test here. Quick process, easy check-in got my results in less than 24 hours. Highly recommended.

I was referred to Tadawi Clinic by colleagues at work. They were very happy with the treatment received from the dermatologist being Dr Mai. My colleagues were Stephanie and Bruno who had consulted with Dr Mai for specialized skin treatments. Dr Mai was highly recommended. Based on this recommendation, I decided to set up an appointment with Dr Mai for treatment on my face, under eyes and legs. Dr Mai was highly professional and explained all the pros and cons of the treatment I wanted. She went on to explain the time and patience required for my treatment and the aftercare needed to get better results. She explained what products were needed after the treatment and also checked in with me on WhatsApp. Dr Mai is always very polite and direct and never promises results that cannot be achieved. Dr Mai works with our current concerns and ensures she does her best to help. What’s important is that clients should always be honest with themselves. If you have unrealistic expectations no doctor will be able to fulfill that. Therefore, it’s very important to be honest in your own assessment before going to any doctor or dermatologist. I’m still in treatment with Dr Mai and I would highly recommend her to anyone that wants to hear honest feedback and truly has the patience to give the treatment time to work. She is a caring, kind and professional DOCTOR. Thank you.

I personally do not recommend this health center as their services lack in providing detailed information. There is a lack of clarity from the doctor's side, especially if you are going to the dermatologist. I visited a dermatologist for scalp check-up and I believe her approach can be improved. Although clean and polite customer service, you can tell that the priority is the price. Before the dermatologist checked with me properly, she began recommending high price services (which I do not usually question if needed) and procedures that I am not aware of. She barely said 2 sentences of what might be the issue and immediately asked me "would you like to start the procedure now?" Sounds like a monetary purpose more than a care for the patient to me. I paid 250 Qar for a 10 minute consultation which concluded with "it will be a 6000 Qar procedure moving forward." In retrospect, there are other health centers that provide more informative and productive consultations.

Came on the 11th May to have a laser my first time at this clinic. It was very welcoming. The place was clean. My nurse was called Eunice she was amazing, very thorough, and she never missed any hair. A very nice lady look forward to seeing you next time

Had one of the best hydrafacial treatments from here when my skin was going through dryness…. The nurse who did the treatment was well trained on how to take care of my skin and the procedure was so relaxing…Absolutely worth it!!

I get hydrafacials every month! I've had hydrafacials all over the world and this was probably the absolute best one! I got a booster too which was refreshing. The nurse was considerate enough to make sure I was comfortable throughout it even with the blackhead extraction. I'll be back!

I had a botox treatment with Dr Mai and she managed to completely distort my face. I looked like the devil for weeks and was told this was normal, which it is not. Then one of my eyebrows drooped so my one eyelid closed and was difficult to open for weeks. I would advise to stay clear from this Dr!

I’m extremely impressed with the efficient and professional manner in which Tadawi customer service support and guide patients and customers. I was first in touch with a representative via instagram DM and was guided on what to expect and best time to arrive for testing. The current protocol in place for Covid-19 testing is easy and well run. No rush, very professional behaviour from nurses and staff. They have a separate outdoor area set up to make it easy for testing with a customer service representative assisting with numbers and wait time. He is very polite and makes sure everyone is moving along in the correct order to achieve better testing time. Very impressed.

I was referred by someone to this clinic for a PCR test which I give swab for on 4 Jan 2022 @7 pm, I was asked clearly when is my flight and was confirmed report availability within 48 hrs… as of this moment it’s 72 hrs completed and I have no results and my tickets lost !!! Instead the team advised me to send email to DLMP - HMC which I did three times without any clue !! And now no response at all !!! My experience was really bad!!

I took PCR on February 04th and still don't get the result until now. It's been 4 x 24 hrs and not yet received. I just compare the result with my friend in another lab which was same day test with me but the result was 3 x 24 hrs. Mechanism is same, a whole country sent a test in one centralized lab, but why the result speed different.

Everytime that i visit clinic in this rush time of covid everything have been fast Staff have been so polite And i have get fast answers for my questions from clinic insatgram account

The worst Hydrafaicial experience i ever had in my live , Paid QR 950 for 1 hour facial and I arrived to the clinic on time at 2:00 PM. I waited 20 min in the waiting area, then I started at 2:20 PM.. By 2:42 PM, she was done with the faicial! I am really disappointed this is the fastest facial and when I asked the receptionist why she finished in 20 min she said you properly don't need much!!! Don't go their; waste of money and time!!!!
