non professional reception stuff. they made me wait for a long 30 min and i thought the dr had patient but no. and then the other receptionist asked me if i had an appointment. are you serious?? not to recomend

Unfortunately I can not recommend RMC In regards to the upper management as well as the services being offered at this location. They do not pay their employees on time regularly, delayed salaries, multiple complaints reoccurring from many staff, not following Qatar Labor laws and a financially based system, not an ethical standard of care. This place has taken advantage of many people from cleaners, receptionists, technicians, biomedical engineers, nurses and doctors. I hope they will have respect for the human beings working to help protect people’s health, and have respect for basic human rights.

I visited this place to see an orthopedic doctor. I ended up seeing Dr. Khalil. While the parking was slightly inconvenient, I can’t express how great I felt with the treatment of this place. The blonde receptionist was attentive, kind, informative and communicative. When I went to see Dr. Khalil, it was right on time — he was also informative, attentive and understanding, and he sat down next to me casually and made me feel comfortable. He was also a bit of a conversationalist and that made me comfortable as well when we did the procedure for my problem. I can’t commend this place enough for the staff. The experience left me on a high and positive note. Visiting this place made my day, and I am definitely coming back here for other facilities when I need to.

I visited Rayhan Medical Complex several times with varied level of satisfaction, but what happened recently made me realised it's such a commercial place that doesn't have the welfare of patients at heart! I came to hear about food intolerance test which is offered by Rayhan on promotion at the time. When I was taking the test, I was extremely surprised that Rayhan used a rapid test kit which is sold in other countries as a home kit which gives a quick results. When I raised questions about test reliability, I was assured it's very reliable. After receiving the food intolerance report, I did more search into this specific test and found that results cannot be taken seriously at all! I expect Rayhan to be transparent with patients/clients when marketing such tests. This makes me also wonder about licensing of such services in Qatar and what kind of scrutiny they use before such tests/practices are licensed to the general public!

Two-year experience summarized. Good: 1- Overall good for internal medicine and routine check-ups. Dr Tawheed is such a good listener and tries to get you there. I like him. 2- The phlebotomists are sweet and courteous. 3- Their app is helpful for blood result reference. 4- Pharmacists & pharmacy clerks are patient & helpful especially with insurance companies. Bad: 1- Long waiting time despite booking. 2- My experience with their female Lebanese dermatologist (can’t remember her name) is terrible. I had two separate consultations at two different times, all useless. She prescribes those “mixtures” of derma creams with high volumes of cortisone and you’ll have no clue. She added salt to my injury. Be careful! 3- Park your car on the street. They don’t have parking. 4- Final tip: don’t believe nurses and patient access clerks when they tell you they’re/the doctor is gonna call back for further instructions & dose changes. They/the doctor never called me back even though I tried 5 times at 5 different days. Go there yourself to be served.

Good clinic, with reasonable cost, low waiting time and good insurance acceptance policy. I had Dr.Amine take care of my second singleton pregnancy. Good doctor with commendable attention to detail, studious in his approach, and gentle in communication, with excellent bedside manners. He had always made me feel very comfortable, with a sense that all has been taken care of. Highly recommended.

They gave us a urine test covered by insurance for our kid 3gears ..they couldn’t provide us with the urine plastic bag they told us buy it rom their pharmacy and the pharmacy didn’t have we are struggling finding the urine bag that they MUST have it as part of the test ….this is ridiculous they took the full payment without providing the support no one listing !!!

My Personal experience is very good doctors and good staff

I've come here a few times now because it is close to me. I've had my antigen tests done here but recent I came in for a skin rash/hives/allergic reaction. I tried to treat at home myself but when it wasn't getting better I made an appointment and saw dermatology the same day. Dr Alfred was very good, gave me an intermuscular dosage of antihistamines as well as a prescription. It's been a few hours now and already a massive improvement. I will continue to visit in the future as I've had nothing but good service.

I had a great experience with Allen Hadid at Rayhan Medical Complex. His expertise and professionalism are top-notch. After my session, I felt significantly better, and I highly recommend Allen for chiropractic care.

Called them to ask if they have rapid antigen test just few minutes ago. Whoever is the Indian receptionist there is talking to her colleagues about ordering in talabat while talking to me. Very professional of you. It will not even take 15 minutes for you to talk to me over the phone why don’t do it properly.

I had an excellent experience here. The staff and doctor were professional and did a great job in explaining what was causing my pain. It’s been two days since my visit and my pain is completely gone.

They have professional doctors actually. However, I faced some of the worest treatment from the helping staff For two consecutive visits they let me wait inside the clinic without telling and informing me with updates when I will see the doctor. The first time, the doctor wasn't in the clinic for unknown reason, and though there was a previous booking and I was on time, for half an hour I was not informed about that. And they brought another specialist without my permission or discussion with me and because of pain I did not have objections. The second time, they told me to wait as well for the doctor, and again I faced troubles. They need to rehabilitate their staff and reteaching them about professional ethics

Worst clinic I ever visited in my life time, toilets are too dirty, I had to ask them to fill the soap and tissues to use the washroom and then waited for 15 minutes, and when finally gone for ct scan again waited for 30 minutes to see the technician, I mean if u can’t follow the time then why u need to give Appoinment to the patients. The nurse who was doctor assistant didn’t even explain me that after test I need to get the medicines. I mean it’s a joke. You guys need to take ur job seriously.

Hated my experience at the dentist here. Sat through people just arguing while I got my teeth done. Really rude and disrespectful. Not to mention them trying to sell me extra treatments at a crazy price. Awful.

Very bad experience and not at all professional when dealing with patients. My appointment was confirmed in two days and I have received the confirmation message for that. Next day was called to reschedule my appointment as the date and time I have scheduled was already given to another patient and when I asked how can that happen when I get the confirmation there was no reply as they didn't know. It was suppose to be my first time at thier center but I will never go there ever. Very bad and not professional

Great experience. Personal is very welcoming and professional. I tried the hydrafacial as well as carbon laser. It boosted my skin! Definitely going back!

I have visited the clinic about 5 times now and every time it’s been spotlessly clean, the doctors are very knowledgeable and the services are always evolving and world class. I personally recommend the hydrafacial, as I love the fresh feeling after. Love dealing with the new team they have now as everything’s very organized and welcoming.

Bad reception and customer service, eventhough i had my appointment they let me wait 1:30 min, and made other people enter ahead of me who just came. Nurse was even rude when I addressed her the matter. And this is not the first time.

Great experience. I visited their dental clinic and Dr. Nachat was amazing. He took his time analyzing the issue. He was very patient and explained what’s going on in my teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Nachat for any dental consultation.

1st and last visit... i just went there for a simple antigen test for my daughter and those 3 female nurses insisted for the swabbing even I asked for blood instead just because they have already opened the kit without even asking me. They saw that my daughter is crying too loud and doesn't want her nose to be swab they still insisted.

Radiology department is under staffed and it is taking more than 6 days to provide a CT scan report. Typically it's 1 or 2 day at other hospitals. I wouldn't recommend CT scan at this center. Rest everything is good from reception to the nurses.

System error for appointment, I did not pay attention when they called to confirm it with different timing, because why would i change my appointment time. I Wasted 1 hour travelling time. And there is nothing they can do about it .Lousy Otherwise physio & ortho is good there.

May God reward her with goodness. I did not neglect my father. He has improved more than before. Thank God for the blessing and health. I advise you to try it.
