Owner is knowledgeable and he is available in store. Store itself is neat and well maintained(not posh looking- the lack of premium look shouldn't discourage you from visiting the store) Staff may have to improve. When I told staff to add three female and one male platy, he did the reverse.

Good place to go if you wanna buy pets I guess they don't have cats or dogs other bird stuff and many more. Go there if you interested in birds.

This shop, along with the others in that area are very outdated and need re-development. The service was great but the conditions of the animals was quite awful. Would prefer if the shop was more cleaner with better equipment and conditions.

If you are looking for shrimps that are not so expensive, I recommend this place. I bought my blue dream and red cherry shrimps here. Shrimps are cheaper by half compared to Aqua art. They have some plants also cheaper by half compared to Qatarium. This is small store but with multiple choices for cheaper priced products.

Reasonable price, courteous staff, healthy stock fishes. 👍👍 Been there yesterday 23/7/20 too. Appreciate the excellent customer service. Very welcoming and friendly. My experience might happen elsewhere here, but anyway I purchased a budgie 2 months ago (14th of May) to add it to my previously owned budgie. I didn't notice when I bought it, but as soon as I reached home I noticed the heavy breathing and tail bobbing. It died three weeks ago. Not only that, it has infected my other two budgies, one died yesterday and the last remaining is infected and still breathing heavily. So future buyers, just be careful here or elsewhere and notice any symptoms prior to buying!

Recently visited the store and was devastated to see the condition. It was stinking terribly, there seemed to be no cleaning and hygiene. The bird cages were were extremely dirty. The birds are kept in a very unhygienic environment, which is absolutely inhumane. I think Baladiya should constantly visit pet stores to ensure cleanliness of the place.

Very badly kept, animals are living in a horrible, inhumane condition. Overpriced and bad costumer service, I bought cat food from them and it made my cat sick, overall, a very bad experience.
