I asked if they could contact me to set up a site appointment, the person told me they were too busy and would chat soon when they have time.. I said Really, wow! Normally a person contacts you, asks what u would like and then explains they r busy but can they contact u example next week.. but instead the man went off at me, telling me I have no right how to tell him to run his business, I told him he was being rude and I asked a simple question and he told me I owe him an apology for asking him for a quote, when I told him I’m going to report him, he sent me the company details and said Good Luck and then deleted his messages and went on to delete me and block me.. If this is how you deal with clients who are going to spend more than QR40k then I’m shocked! He was rude, disrespectful and should not be working with clients at all! Very upset!
