DON’T BUY OR ADOPT CATS OR DOGS from this PETSHOP! I always had a dream to have a Toy Poodle. And since I moved to Qatar I have found out they have toy poodle. My husband buy for me ( he spent 17.000 Riyals) , after 5 days that he is home , I noticed that he was really sick he didn’t want to eat, he was shivering, his poo was watery!!! I have messaged the petshop since Im new in Qatar asking them what to do. They never even replied my message. I was desperate and found a Veterinary to take him. It came out he was diagnosed with Parvo Virus! He spent 1 week at the hospital. He almost died. I spent 4.000 riyals with medicines and doctors to make him survive. I never felt so much pain to see a puppy go through this. The vet told me for sure he came with the virus from Petshop and I called them , they took 0 responsibility and they are so so so so rude. They just care about money, once they have it on their hands , they have 0 responsibility! I feel bad for all the pets that are there because I know mine will not be the first neither last to go through this! God is watching and I hope they have a heart to take care properly of the animals they have there. I am taking my providences regarding this, but please be careful with this kind of Pet Shops! I have asked to meet the owner but he was running away from it, and refused to meet me! “Surprisingly” I see that I was not the only one to go through this. I just saw the comment from another person regarding his cat dying!!!

PLEASE DONT BUY OR ADOPT A CAT FROM HERE! I adopted a cat a week ago, petstation told me the cat was fully vaccinated and healthy. I took the cat home and 3 days later he was not feeling well and the vet told me he has FPV virus. A week later my cat passed away. There was another cat at the vets who also was from Petstation had the FPV. This disease has spread to other cats at Petstation. Please don't trust them! Also I would just like to mention I didn't appreciate the owners aggressive messages to me via Instagram and threatened me with 'the legal way' if I was to speak on this issue. Not once did he ask me anything about the cat who died or have any remorse for the cat.

The one star is for the owner’s unprofessional and rude response to the customers who brings business! Was looking for a pet shop to adopt a pet … thank God I read the reviews! Never going for this one!

When I wanted to buy a box for the beautiful cats Susie, I decided to go to Pet Station and the employee greeted me. There is decently, and he gave me this beautiful box and gave me a discount. Thank shop management and staff. This place deserves, thanks. I recommend visiting it very much.

Im pretty sure these 5 star reviews are fake especially the ones who praise the owner. From my experience with him, one star is more than what he deserves. If you are wanting to adopt a pet, please keep in mind that you will be spending lots more on medical bills from the situation in that shop.

One star is more than what they deserve. I brought my poor 9 months cat for grooming and I was the whole time on cams. the man was treating him was so bad he literally pulled his tail, my heart broke apart. My cat was already too shy and too scared, there excuse was that the cat was so aggressive and I don’t think this was a good excuse and I don’t think there is any excuse for treating a pet this way; the guy who treated him wasn’t treating him right since the beginning even before my cat started being aggressive. I only brought him here because the vet that I usually take him to was busy but I won’t put my cat in this situation ever again. I don’t think the staff have mercy towards animals and I wonder what would they feel like if they were in his situation. It was a really bad experience and I don’t recommend you guys if you ever thought about bringing your pet for grooming here.

This pet shop is good bt customer service is very bad. One day I ask about budgies price, they said 2 bird 80 qrl, after I went agin to buy birds that time the service guy said 2 birds 120 qrl, anyway I told them before i ask price and they tald me 80 so give me that price. Bt i got 1 bird for 50 qrl. After one month ago,today I went again because my 1 bird is died so i wanted to buy new bird. Now the service guy said 2 birds 150 qrl and he continue his mobile call and do not care about customer. After i argue with him because before i buy birds for 50 qrl. Finally i got this price. Anyway who ever seen this review he have to care about customer service and improve the service. Kindly i request do not robber the customer money. 😒

If I could I would rate them zero. I bought 2 pygmy goats 3 months apart and both died, the last one within a week. I spent thousands on vet bills only to find out that the kid had a parasite which was already present before I bought him. I informed the owner and left a medical report from the vet who treated him. He was very insulting to tell me I don't know how to take care of goats. The way he responded to me was very rude and not customer friendly at all.

The best pet shop in qatar, all the animals in the shop are treated with respect by the staff and staff are very kind and helpful and give you good information about the pet that you want. Prices are good but can be better. Pet shop is very clean and the animals have a clean cage or room. 100% reccomend this place if you want to get a healthy pet.

Prices are higher than anywhere else. Initially, prices were not displayed at Royal Canin foods and other items. What I got is Royal Canin Kitten 2-12 month 2 kg for 130 QAR. Normally it’s 115 QAR. Wet food 12x85 g for 85 QAR. I’m buying in Carrefour Purina Friskies for 36 QAR 12 pieces. Without second thoughts that prices are higherp I proceeded to the cashier. I paid and WAS NOT even given a receipt. So I had to ask for it. Really?? After getting receipt from the cashier girl, I realized my mistake for coming. Also, I wasn’t offered a bag for my shopping items, which are 2 kg dry food, box of wet food and behavior spray. 275 QAR total. Conclusion: bad service, high prices. Disappointing. Not coming anymore.

I took my cat for basic grooming. I am very disappointed with them. I saw there was lack of animal heart and caring from pet station staffs. How they hold and flip my cat was like my cat he is a thing. I have been to other clinic for basic grooming. The guy at other vet was really more animal-heart, like he put some cotton in the ear or headband to block the sound. He was talking and ease my cat ti be calm. He touched my cat like my cat is a living animal. They put my cat in the chamber with damp fur after shower for a long time. I had informed them that I could not come back to pick up my cat around 2 hours. But I would not expect them to put my cat in that condition. I would not complain because I know they cannot change. I should be the on who change where to give my cat basic grooming. Here in pet station, I will never go back again and also considering not to buy any product from them. Grooming staffs are unprofessional and have a gut to show how they treat your pet. It was heart breaking moment to me because my cat was a strayed for years and he was so scared of men and I just want to give my cat a good life. Not to be harmed or feel harmful from people again. But to see this don’t-care treat from pet shops. It’s so sad.

I recently visited Pet Station and was thoroughly impressed by both the pets Accessories collection and the impeccable service. They showcased a variety of pet food, Accessories, and some beautiful animals. The attentive and knowledgeable staff ensured that our shopping was a memorable one, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our satisfaction. I can’t recommend Pet Station enough for a fantastic Pet shopping experience.

I rate it as 2, but would've been better if it was 1 or 0 because of the cleanliness they do inside the shop. Reasons why I rate it as 2 because they did well with my dogs in clipping their nails and all that. But aside from that, it was quite disgusting to see that none of the staffs were being active in cleaning the shop just because they were on the other side of the room or like they would've at least give proper food or water to the dogs. Its summer and they should really pay attention and give extra care to all animals they're taking care of. I've also noticed that only 1 or 2 staffs are only working in taking care of the dogs. If there were like 3 or 4 more staffs who are actually taking care of the shop, won't they actually try to work together and give at least a clean shop. And not trying to pass on a flea or tick after the customer leaves.

Worst experience ever, Unprofessional staff. I brought my cat for grooming, the guy who cut her nails hurt her in a bad way and cut more and start to bleed. Than he start cutting her hair, the cat was in hurt so she start to be a bit agressive from pain, suddenly he decided that he will not continue the grooming and my cat already half shaved. The staff have no mercy towards animal.

Today I met Mr. Jaber, he is a very respectable person and has excellent experience and knowledge in most types of animals, and the store is very organized and managed; it is rare to find a store that has controls in sterilization and organization in this way like his own, I hope it will be one of the best places for animal lovers. I wish him success in adding the animal hotel and I suggest that dog barking collars be provide , keep up the good work.

when going in the only thing i was looking for in a cat was that it was a female. i had stated this numerous times to the shop and bought a cat for an outrageous price only to find out it’s a male after vaccination. i’m extremely dissatisfied and don’t recommend the experience to anyone.

Adopt don't buy pets, also birds are not supposed to be in cages. Probably some birds u got from black market which is very bad

Employees does not tell the trougth and keep changing their words whenever confronted. Cats available for adoption are treated in a bad way, no health checkups and not taking care of even at the minmim requiremenst. They are not truthfull about the health status of the cat when someone comes to adopt a cat.

We purchased a puppy couple of month ago, and ended up paying couple of thousands of riyals just two days after, as the pup turned out to be infected with Parvo virus, and another parasite that puppies can catch in unhealthy breeding facilities so that’s flag number one. Flag number 2: When we bought the dog they told us it’s pure bred golden retriever and that it was brought from Ukraine, so recently we ran a DNA test for the dog and it turned out to be 68% Golden retriever and 32 % Labrador, adding that it was bred in Doha not Ukraine as it has many 1st cousins that are rescue dogs adopted by other people who also ran DNA tests on them, that’s how we knew! I have another rescue dog who is 10 years old, and we love our new puppy no matter what breed it is, but be careful as we got lucky she survived the parvo virus, you may not be as lucky especially that we talking about 10 , 15 k of expenses between the dog price+ medical treatment + meds. So in general nope we do not recommend this pet store.
