We noticed the quality of breakfast has fallen during our last couple of visits and had to revise the review and deduct 4 stars for various reasons. The staff feel laboured and the portion sizes of some egg choices have gotten smaller. Its a horrible feeling when you have to ask the server to add food items on your plate and they are clueless.about what is the right portions to give. Items are not labelled where they keep the cheeses and olives and various meze style dips. They had no tomatoes and cucumbers duing our last visit. The severs serving the hot food felt a bit clueless in their service. We used to like coming here but now will go to other hotels that serve a better quality breakfast. Photos are old and from previous experiences. It will be better if this place becomes full self service. We will avoid it for now.

We loved our stay here in Hilton Doha The Pearl. Everything awesome starting from the facility itself, the Kitchen Breakfast, upto the crew members. My family chose to spend Women's Day at this Breakfast Buffet, and it was a good decision. I was recommended this place by a friend, and was looking forward to visiting. Our server Rose was very helpful and friendly, she explained us the way their buffet system works. Then was patient enough till we got our orders straight, and also gave us good recommendations too. My favorite dishes - Eggs Benedict with Short Rib, French Toast with Whipped Cream & maple syrup, Coconut Rice with fried chicken and egg, spicy hummus, cheese platter, cheese croissants, cold cuts, suleimani tea with mint leaves Did not like dishes - Pancakes (these were not good, i suggest you don't order them). I recommend you to book in advance to avoid any waiting time on the weekends.

We had breakfast buffet on Thursday. It was a great time, I really liked which sit back,relaxed when having my breakfast. We enjoyed that morning.Foods,fresh juices,coffee,tea were really good.Got the quality food.Staffs were gave excellent service too(Rose,Marj,a boy,a food runner girl).One thing was not completed that not available cigarette even they have smoking area at terrace.I wish they include it in menu. We will definitely come back again.Thanks you guys.

Best brunch ever! Had such a good meal/service. I’d definitely return. Everything is included in the set price you pay and you can order unlimited of everything on the menu during the brunch hours 1130-1500. The service was phenomenal by Shakila! She’s the best server ever. The brunch also comes with the pool pass which is connected to the establishment. The brunch then going to the pool combination was brilliant. I enjoyed my visit very much.

Great bar in West bay Doha. I loved the outdoor area. Great vibes, the staff were very helpful. They also have nice offers on bottles. It's located on the 5th floor of Hilton's hotel the pearl. And they have a nice pool view while drinking. If you are into that then it's the place to go to relax after a busy day

Our server name was Meme. I have to say she is exceptional! Quick service. Orders were all right with our specific dietary requirement followed. And most of all she is cheerful and polite. We asked her many times for small things and she was more than happy to serve us. Thank you for welcoming us and making us always want to be served by you.

We went to the Kitchen for the Saturday Brunch. Nice menu, the short rib benedict stole the show. I had the steak which was OK and my wife had the sea bass which was very nice . Seems this place is largely forgotten about, but I have no idea why. The picture is of the crab salad, which was also very tasty.

Brother in law was in town and my wife’s pregnant so we were looking to demonstrate the possibilities of Doha Brunches. While a bit more tame the others, the food was delicious and the complimentary use of the pool was a great bonus!

First time trying the Hotels in Doha and Hilton The Pearl didn't dissapoint. From the room, view, and ofcourse their service! The Breakfast was soooo nice specially when we knew that they are serving some Filipino Dish. Best regards to Rea who is so accommodating and really explained what is included on the breakfast menu as we do not have an idea for the other dishes except from what is included on the buffet. I would like to say also my thanks to the people during our dinner at The Kitchen, (Hostess, Manager, SV-sorry forgot to ask their names) as they suprised us with a birthday greeting and cake for my cousins. I had breakfast included as part of my room package. You are provided with a egg menu which can be ordered at the table and continental style buffet is help yourself. The breakfast is different to what I’ve experienced in Dubai in terms of choice but this maybe only here at the Hilton as it does state continental breakfast when booking. Served from 6am to 11am but avoid the last period of this as many items are not replaced once finished due to closing time approaching. Thank you Rose and the team for the great hospitality and we will return again in the near future

We did a countless visit to this place already, and everytime we dine is exceptional. The breakfast is always the best, there are a lot of choice from egg selection which you can order from the server. This time we were serve by Ms. MAVIC and Ms. VINA, and they are the best in taking care of our needs. There is also a continental buffet. Overall experience was amazing.

The breakfast is amazing!! For 110 QAR you can eat unlimited. I would suggest more options at the buffet because is a bit simple. But their eggs Benedict are probably the best i have tried in Doha.

My family and I went for breakfast for the first time at the Kitchen . Everyone was super sweet and nice to us and especially to my 2 years old boy. The chef came personally twice wit snacks for my boy.and also Mr. Afif was super helpful and made sure the order was here on time. We will be back again for sure :)

The food and view is amazing. We had a family lunch here after getting our massages and it was great. I had the short ribs and my sister had a whole fish. We are definitely coming back for more.

The ambience, service and food is amazing. Tried their short ribs on the breakfast menu and was in love with the flavour. They even check how runny you like your eggs. I will definitely be back maybe for brunch next time.

It was a good choice to have dinner and chill after a stressful day in the The Kitchen @Hilton Pearl Residences, plus every wednesday its ladies night...ambience is good, the indoor dining is captivating, but we prefer outdoor (beside the pool area) as the weather is still good to dine outside. The food was superb (reasonable price), serving is ok, staff are very accommodating from the reception, server and manager, specifically our server Marivic, the one who serve us, we appreciate her for patiently explaining the menus and drink as it is our first time to visit the Kitchen restaurant...plus Covid protocol is implemented for safe dine in...will visit again after the lockdown🙂

The food was really bland and the cocktail was subpar. Maybe I would try them to breakfast and change my mind. 3 star for the great ambience, I like that it’s quiet and nice that’s the only upside and the complimentary cheese cake.
