Overpriced when compared to other jewelry stores and customer service is borderline rude. No willingness to work with the customer to meet their needs. I contacted them wanting to order a couple of standard items (a plain bangle, a plain pendant preferably circular that could be engraved). Either they could not budge on the price (which was consistently and considerably higher than other jewelers) or they could not accelerate the work by one day or they simply said they didn’t have what I was looking for or anything similar without even taking the time to look around the shop. Disappointing experience.

Diana Jewelry branch near in kabayan souq is the most horrible jewelry shop I encounter , the Indian saleslady there is very rude , we bought 3 items worth 3,700 riyals before Christmas . We thought all the items are in good condition . So we didn’t open it until Christmas Eve . On Christmas Eve we decided to open the gift . And to my surprise the necklace was fell off only to find out that it’s not properly attach . The next day we bring it back to the shop and asking to change or do something or even refund but we were told that 7 days is already done . That’s acceptable , but what is not acceptable is the behaviour of the Indian Lady that instead of showing humility she’s very rude . I don’t know if she had a costumer training . But her behavior is really horrible. We will not buy again in that store . This kind of necklace should have a proper review also the attitude of the Indian lady
