There is one sales guy here called Shuhaib, he is so welcoming and warm with best smile, he does not get frustrated even if you dont buy he will still send you off with smile unlike other agents who show frustration when you dont buy, he makes 200% effort but unfortunately we could not buy from thsde as necklace models were not what we are looking for.. but he is a real Gem there… all the best man..

Nice collection. All staff are not good, many of them prefer only attend Malayalam speaking customer.. but definitely some are good and friendly to do their work depends on your luck Need to wait for Parking a lot .

Don't trust them! They will promise anything just to make you buy. I bought a bigger ring than wanted as I didn't have enough time to wait for the proper size. They told me I'd be able to resize it free of charge in any of their stores. Now when I want to do it in the USA their support is non-existent! Update: Not sure if that was the result of this review but they got back to me and I am ready to send the ring for resizing.

5 STARS especially to the salesman Shamail (sri lankan)he was the best salesman i have ever seen with heart of gold. We went to the store 3 days in a row and tortured the poor man to buy gold in doha. Bought nearly 14 pawn of gold and left the store extremely happy. He was very polite, kind and was such a joy to speak to. He never once sighed or looked fed up when we asked him millions of questions. He was very understanding and was really considerate towards our needs and played a big role in helping us choose the right jewellery for us. I would say Malabar gold has more valuable assets than gold and diamond because staffs like shamail are blessings to have. It's indian Gold and Diamonds shop. If you compare with any other branch this area is having some what more variety. I found this shop is most crowded, but they will treat you nicely. If your going to buy anything you can negotiated with making charges or get some concessions with diamonds. Side by side if you don't like items you can check neighbours indian shop like Kalyan jewellers or Joyalukkas. This place is very much near to Talwar signal or walkable distance from Al Jadeda metro station. Also in up stairs its having electronic markets.

The place is at prime location but would not recommend to go on Friday because it's too crowded and staff do not pay attention that much.... Wanted to buy few things but unfortunately we couldn't buy from there..

It is one of the best places to shop if you are looking for beautiful gold designs. I do visit other shops like Damas, Kalyan, and Sky Jewellers, and I end up buying my gold from here. The price is competitive, but the designs are good, which is personally like; your mileage may vary. Parking is an or else service, design space inside the shop, price all are good.
