    The souq waqef shop, amazing customer service! I had my wedding ring customised there and even though i always bring it back because it is so fragile and i didnt take care of it, they took it back and fixed it for free with a smile on their face! Ask for Ramesh there, he is amazing and he knows everything! I had another diamond ring customised, my size was tricky but he did everything to get the best design I asked for in just 3 days only! Ramesh is so lovely and very professional, the other girl and guy as well are amazing and they do their job in the most passionate way! I really recommend that shop, i love them they re amazing! The owner is lucky to have such employees! Great job everyone!
