I went to Malabar Gold in Garafa Lulu Hypermarket with my family on the evening of 28th April.. There was a little rush there.. Even after standing there for almost half an hour, no one looked at us.. I doubted whether we had come to Malabar Gold itself.. I even thought that I should go back from there. .But those who came with them did not agree..They bought some more gold from there and went back..The people there thought that they had just come to buy..

Good Place and Essaid Mohammed was very good in taking care of the customers.

Staff are not fulfill promises given to customer, I booked gold by paying 50% advance but when I went for buy they ask me to pay as per current gold rate also making charges as per percentage which is normally coming maximum 10or11 per gram but after percent formula it becomes 19 riyals per gram so basically they are fooling customers I don't suggest to buy from malabar gold.. 👎

Best place to purchase gold. So many collections of latest designs. Customer service is so good. Specially Mr Farhath customer service was great. He showed all the designs without any hesitation. He moved with us in a friendly manner.
