I’m sorry to post this ratings. We went to this shop today and waited for more than 20 Minutes. Every staff is busy and not serving us telling that they are busy with another customer. We waited for sometime and came back without buying anything. Either they should have enough staff to serve during weekends or show some good respect to the customers.

I am frequently visiting here to buy the gifts on behalf of my office colleges and my person use. I found the designs better then other branded jewelries who sale on the basis of making charges and gold rates. I found few staff too friendly that I use to call and get some photo samples or web reference so that we can make a choice before visiting there. Wide range of choice and good space of parking rather then shops in Najma.

Mr Sabir was good in sales but I think the making charges is ridiculously high. They play around with discount and then keep high making charges to recover the discount made. Disappointed very much.. Designs and collections are excellent compared to Malabar gold. Gold exchange rate is also good but everything is played around making charges. A simple solid bangle making charges was 13% of gold rate...this is the only drawback of Joyallukas 27 qar per gram making charge.. reason given- it's imported from dubai. Never again shopping here nor recommending anyone.
