unsatisfied with the service and I dropped to buy earrings on 30.04.2022 .Even the manager was not serious . I had a bad experience with them .I will never and ever suggest to any my friends and relatives.

I wish to complain about joy alukkas service, that I wish to purchas a golden earring on 23.11.21 at safari mall was collapsed by the sale person’s actions I am complaining because the reason the sales person are not politely expressing the concern that made me dissatisfied with the service and finally dropped my plan of making a purchase here and finally found another jewelry shop nxt .that this response from the sales person disturb personally this is unfair because the reason you feel the company has an obligation . I would like a written statement and what you will do about my complaint.
