The salesman is very professional and takes time to educate the customer on what they are buying for instance what type of gem, where it comes from and how good a quality it is. For my purchase I was buying my niece a custom made 18th birthday present. We made a sapphire ring and they made it really well. The craftsmanship is excellent.
