Yesterday (28 dec 2022), my husband and his friend goes to one of your store at villagio mall doha, Qatar. One of your staff who was in the store treated us with bad attitude. He said with his friends that "filipino group is coming". And we are not filipino group or from filipino. They served us impolitely and when every item we would like to see, he gave it unkindly. And they said only the security can gave us a seat. Meanwhile there are local customer who come and they're served them kind and politely. This is our first time we have been mistreated at LV store. Because of this bad behaviour and attitude discouraged us to buy the item we wanted. hope this can be a concern for your management in the future to treat customer kind and not discriminate. Thank you

Lui vuitton products are in cheap price in doha I found after Milan and USA. Highly recommended to buy LV in Qatar only in villagio mall. On the top staff are highly professional and they know how to take care of theirs client's giving 7 star service.

I love Louis Vuitton so much because of their staffs khalid, jem and zhaki.. i keep coming back because the bags and slgs are very durable and the service is outstanding!

Yesterday my husband and I visited that LV store to buy a wallet initially we were helped by an Arabic guy who was nice and friendly and then he had to move to another customer as she approached him and seemed to know each other so he called another lady to assist us . That lady was rude she didn’t smile at all while talking to us unlike how other customers were treated and unlike how the other sales people were behaving even though when we bought the wallet she was still grumpy with negative facial expressions her name was (Sarkis) we didn’t get a receipt to what we bought she said I will send the receipt to your email which she did . I don’t recommend that LV shop to anyone most of the items seem to be scratched and the way that lady was handling the items explained why a lot of items are defected.

I just wanted to let you know that your team are very accommodating and patient. The horrifying feedbacks I see from other designer stores online intimidates me to even walk in these stores. How they treat people who they think can’t afford to buy. But your team surpass my expectation. They don’t mind if I will just check and look around. This is my first time purchasing a LV bag and I am still unsure if I will buy or not. But because the best customer service your team has given me. Asking me if I needed assistance and were so nice talking to me and explaining the bags to me. See this is how people decides to buy, the experience was amazing and even congratulating me for my first purchase. I will definitely come back and buy another one. Kudos to the team!
