Doctors are good. But worst experience in customer care. I called 27 times today to talk to the doctor to discuss about my laboratory tests. I am also working and I called from my office too. At least they should consider that. That was wastage of my time too. At least show the courtesy to pick the line and ask to call at a later time. So disappointed

The doctors here are good ,however the rest of the staff are unprofessional especially the receptionists I visit kims frequently and most of the time there are troubles with the appointments ,unfortunately the customer service and how the staff dealing with clients needs to improve,ladies on reception always frown and tired. It would be much appreciated and recommended to use more of polite words such as please thank you, sorry..

I have to say that their services too good also very calm and caring nuses. Dr also listen to our problems and will not prescribe unnecessary medicine ... finally the pharmacy staff are very helpful and fantastic... thanks for your service 👍️

I had recently checked for a good dentist in DOH and I had come across Dr.Najma, She is a very kind person, who really cares for her patients, unlike many doctors. She took the time to explain the process and always checked back with me.Apart from being kind, her work was fantastic, I had some work done on my front teeth and it looked like brand new, and the colour matched my other teeth. She was not satisfied until it was perfect.

But some few staffs from front desk making your clinic reputation down. please teach your receptionists female to be not rude with pregnant patient's. Specially Filipino staffs. Very unprofessional. I called in to make sure I knew what time a specialist doctor would be available. Was told doctors are available from 9-1pm and 4:30-9pm. Made an appointment for 9:30am to give enough time for doctors running late - which is ridiculous! Unless doctors are in surgery, they need to be expected to maintain a schedule and adhere to work hours. Arrived at 9:25, paid for the consultation and sat down to wait only to be informed at 9:40 that the doctor has not arrived, so we must wait. I have no problem waiting to see the doctor because there are many patients waiting or because the medical center is busy, but this is a staff management issue that needs to be addressed. Hold your staff members up to a standard, or you will build a terrible reputation as a medical center.

I am very satisfied with the Laboratory service, and all staffs beginning with the admitting staff at KIMS clinic. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

I am sharing this just after my 3rd or 4th visit to the medical center. I am consulting Dr. Sobha Justus Victoria. Doctor is very friendly, caring and very very helpful. Moreover she listens to all our worries related to our health and supports us in any possible way. The positive feeling after talking to her is incredible. I have never experienced such a hopeful feeling after talking and listening to any doctors in Qatar. She took care of me and comforted me even when the doctor was taking my ultrasound. She talked to me and made me relaxed. I really love her alot... Everyday I am hoping for the best to happen in my life. Still I am writing this to let anyone out there to know about this gem of a doctor. If you are worried about not conceiving she will surely help you. Another thing I would like to mention is the friendly and supporting staffs at the medical center. The most rude, incompetent and judgmental gynecologist I have ever met in my life. This allegedly “doctor” was not even able to diagnose anything, she spend the whole time on the phone questioning another doctor.… She was more interested in giving me the prices for each test, as I was at the restaurant, than to actually provide medical advice. And they were 3 people in total in this consultation room, uncomfortableness at its peak. Her name is Dr. Shoba Justus, and she should change job.

Dr. Gissy is one of the best Pedia Doctor in Qatar.Everytime my daughter is sick, me and my husband scheduled an appointment for my daughter immediately. She is very accomodating and her interventions is really excellent. She treated my daughter very well and make sure that my daughter is okey, after a week she will really exert Her effort to call in the phone to follow up the condition of my daughter. My last ever visit to Kims Barwa. This is the 2nd time the staff provided Wrong information. At the end they just waste our time and their goal is to charge money. Last time they booked an appointment for me and when i reached there for the appointment, found out that doctor was on leave that day without any information. I wrote a review but removed it on the request of Hospital Staff who called and apologized. This time my wife visited twice and paid for the consultation both times. The doctor asked her to come back again (for the third time) to get the prescription. Upon arrival, my wife confirmed from the receptionist if we have to pay for the consultation or no. He said no. After visiting the doctor and getting the prescription, the ground floor receptionist Mr. Noman stops her for the consultation fee again. Eventually after wasting a lot of our time debating (while our kids wait in the car) we had to pay the amount for the 3rd time (out of 3 visits, which means no free followups). So in short, they dont tell you the truth before, but after visiting the doctor, they want the money. Anyhow, this was our last ever visit there.

I took my token and waited around 10 minutes for someone to call my number. The reception was free then a new patient walked in with a token after me and went directly to reception and he was served before me although I told them I came before. I even didn't here an apology.
