I
guess
my
feedback's
gonna
be
quite
long.
To
start
with,
I'd
like
to
say
thank
you
to
the
owners
&
management
for
opening
this
splendid
hospital
and
running
it
at
the
highest
level.
You
are
truly
amazing.
Moving
on,
my
experience
isn't
just
based
on
a
one-time
visit,
you
know…
Life
happens,
and
sometimes
we
fall
ill
or
need
routine
check-ups
here
and
there.
So
I've
been
to
this
hospital
for
about
a
year
now,
seen
various
doctors
(I
won't
reveal
their
specialties
due
to
my
personal
medical
confidentiality),
and
I've
always
been
pleased
with
everyone
I've
seen.
Firstly,
there's
never
any
delay
in
appointments,
the
doctors
are
always
punctual,
they
listen
attentively
to
what
patients
have
to
say,
and
their
priority
is
to
make
patients
feel
comfortable
and
at
ease.
They'll
tell
you
what
they
think
and
what
the
diagnosis
is,
and
recommend
the
most
suitable
tests
and
treatments.
They
don't
operate
like
some
other
hospitals,
where
patients
are
seen
as
quickly
as
possible
and
hurriedly
ushered
out
the
door
for
next
patient.
No,
not
at
all.
The
doctors
at
Aman
have
hearts
and
empathy,
if
you
know
what
I
mean,
and
they
treat
patients
like
they're
part
of
the
family,
which
is
hard
to
find
elsewhere.
The
only
request
I
have,
and
I'd
be
most
grateful
if
you
could
consider
it,
is:
1.
Please,
relocate
the
SLP
room
to
a
different
floor,
away
from
pediatrics
and
not
next
to
ENT.
It's
not
right
to
have
a
child
coming
for
SLP
and
just
next
to
you
there
is
a
child
who's
not
wearing
a
mask
and
is
there
for
antibiotics
due
to
high
fever
and
cough.
I
don't
want
to
compromise
on
my
child's
health
and
have
to
walk
away
to
another
end
of
the
floor
just
to
avoid
breathing
in
germs.
Additionally,
please
arrange
for
a
larger
SLP
room
with
windows
for
natural
light.
The
current
room
is
far
too
small
and
dark,
there's
no
space
to
do
any
of
the
various
techniques
and
activities
involved
in
SLP.
2.
I
also
request
that
you
consider
opening
occupational
and
physiotherapy
for
kids.
You
already
have
a
great
faculty
for
adults,
and
it
would
be
wonderful
to
have
the
same
for
children.
As
a
parent,
I
can
assure
you
that
such
services
are
in
high
demand,
particularly
when
you
have
excellent
therapists
with
plenty
of
experience
and
a
fantastic
facility
to
perform
therapy.
3.
Lastly,
it
would
be
great
if
your
call
centre
had
an
option
for
WhatsApp
messages
to
receive
inquiries
about
appointments,
rescheduling,
and
so
on,
like
all
the
other
hospitals
do.
Sometimes
the
phone
line
is
busy
for
10-30
minutes,
and
it's
frustrating
not
being
able
to
reach
anyone.
Having
the
option
to
message
would
be
incredibly
convenient.
