If you want to pay to be lectured by the doctor for saying something he doesn't agree with, then he's the perfect doctor for you. If you don't mind waiting half an hour to see him even though you're on time for your appointment, then again, he is the doctor for you. He will ask you to do unnecessary expensive blood work at his clinic, which to me means more money for him. He already charges an arm and a leg for his consultation. I have been to many psychiatrists And he is by far the most unprofessional doctor I've seen. I suggested you see someone else.

I wouldn't share my name. My son was brilliant in academics and joined university. After first year of college he started having problems and almost failed. I took him to psychiatrist in government hospital and also to Dr. Aju. The doctors in government hospital are like aunties interested only in gossips. We were very stressed because of my son's attitude towards everything. I have no clue what Dr. Ajju said to my son during one to one consultation but it has changed our lives. I will be forever grreatful to him. Myy son is performing v well now. If Dr Aju reads my message I would humbly request him to not charge so high because I feel more people would visit him if consultation was not so high.Never the less he is great!

I arrived at Dr. Aju’s clinic very much in need of psychiatric help, and soon after I started consultations and treatment, my health and state of mind improved. Dr. Aju was sensitive to my needs and adapted medical prescriptions and other treatments according to my progress. The support staff were also attentive to the patients’ time availability and scheduled appointments accordingly. The staff were always diligent to remind patients of their appointments and dealt with all administrative matters competently and courteously.

Very professional consultations The thought about visiting Dr. Aju in the first instance was very difficult considering the stigma in the back of my mind of visiting a Doctor in this discipline. The ice breaker was him explaining the difference between a Psychologist and a Psychiatrist. The journey from there was only towards improvement. Covid19, the constant news updates about its related chaos, being stuck at home had all got me to a tipping point and into an insomniac. Thanks to Dr. Aju this was all well explained and cured.

I am going to give an honest review. The doctor dosent really listen or wants to understand.he will just prescribe medications. Based on just 1 session where I spoke 2 sentences, he diagnosed me. And I was given medication which ruined many years of life and I still regret it. Private medical institutions in qatar especially psychiatric ones, are just money grabbers. It’s a business. And then he broke confidentiality by sharing what I share with him to my family members. It was really hard for me because I Didn’t want what I said to go outside of the session. Then he tried to insult them.

Honestly look somewhere else he will take advantage with his arrogance Go for a session he’ll drag make it 3 gives you anti depressants and says “it’s okay it’s not that problematic ones”(without confirming that it’s anti depressants even though I specifically asked if it was) I did my research on the prescription felt lied to plus those blood test everyone complains about, yeah his reasoning to those reviews was to “analyze if he can prescribe the medicine” no joke he prescribes medication before the blood tests and when I asked if i could do the test outside his staffs were very annoying saying you need letter from doctor plus we have our approved labs that we trust and I kid you not you’re not getting that results until you take next appointment. Maybe times are tough but mental health is no joke I’ve thought several times before posting this review as I understand how hard it is to run a business but I do not think a doctor with such fancy degrees shouldn’t be doing like this , Yes his prices are approved by ministry and yes he might have education but it takes more to be a noble doctor and truly help the community.

Dr. Aju exhibits a vast working knowledge of psychiatric, emotional, and mental disorders and the issues and symptoms that stem from these disorders.
