Aster Pharmacy is located at entrance of Aster Medical Center Al Rayyan Branch. They really give the affordable price in the market for medicines, vitamins, supplements, medical equipment’s like BP machine, glucometers, and wheelchair etc. The staff is also helpful in case you need some doctors consultation you can visit Aster Medical Center. Pretty good place for treatment and to get medication in same place. Doctors are very professional and good too. Doesn’t not matter if you have an insurance or don’t have center is pocket friendly. You can also book appointment on phone or even can opt to go for walking. During rush hours without appointment, it can take more time to meet a doctor. The pharmacists here can help you and advise medicine accordingly. They also do home delivery in case if you don’t wish to wait or want to record you medication and the delivery service is prompt and easy. Medical is delivered by pharmacist who will explain everything about medication and do and don’t before and after taking medication. The staff is very kind and supportive. All staff are very friendly and will help you to provide better service within the suitable time with even enhanced info and guided you the better option. I would recommend this Aster pharmacy.

Definitely the worst experience, their general Dr is just so rude and unfriendly, I visited them at 4:30pm (new al Rayan) for pain in my chest due to coughing, he won't give me any chance to speak or even explain my self, and when I got the chance to talk he suddenly switched the conversation with the nurse and they started talking in their language (Hindi) I was in so much pain and he didn't show any concerns or sympathy , I talked to their manager Mr Satish, hoping they could improve their quality of service and he was very understanding and caring much more than the doctor.

I went to take pcr test to this branch very much helpful they only collected 250 riyal where as nearby clinics asked 300 , special thanks to the person who took swab . Keep up the good work

I went yesterday and met the orthopedist Doc .. he saw me for a second and sent me stratight to the X-ray room I had to wait after for X-ray as the insurance took time to approve.. he suggested I do the X-ray as I have cut my hard with glass to check if any glass piece is there.. after a long wait of almost two hours nothing was done.. they dint even clean my hand and the X-ray remote wasn't opening in the system after and he referred me to another doctor as he felt maybe there is something... I waited 2 whole hours and they did nothin just put betadine and a bandage and not cleaning nothing.. don't go to this branch it's a waste of time.

Extremely disappointed and I will never ever come back or even recommend this place to anyone. Two days back I went to consult the doctor and was asked to give my blood test. The staff informed me that once my insurance is approved, they will start the tests and in one hour we will get the result. My insurance money was deducted the same day and till now, there is no update from their side either about the report or anything. I called them several times but they never pick the call. Even if it connects, they give fake promises to call back and never calls back. Such a pathetic experience. They pushed me to do this. I have to mention this the medical staff were nice and customer help desk is not doing their job

My experience at Aster is worst, i was denied treatment because i asked the doctor why is CBC required. To be honest i have been to this centre a lot and everytime i went there one test is common, CBC so this tome had a normal loose motion and for that they asked me get CBC to which rejected.

One of the major healthcare centre in Al Rayyan. Having a variety of Drs like GPs, Orthopedician, Gynaecologist, Paediatrician, ENT, Radiology and more. Prices are fair, 2 story building having lift and other facilities. Enough space and separate waiting area for Men and women. Well constructed, attached pharmacy. Helpful Drs and staff, systematic arrangements of all the OPD process.

Very poor service, Doctors request to take too many tests for cough and cold .and insist for covid tests.did not prescribe medicine for the requirement, instead insist on getting all the tests done .

Worse experience ever in aster ryan bad attitude of the doctor most especially doctor arvind shah of family medicine. I go there for consultation since im not feeling well but his assistant is only checking me and he just tell me to eat and drink vitamins i go there because i feel dizziness and i cant even eat he refuses also to give me med cert. I will not go there again i just pay for doctor quack quack his not also listening to me and very urgently to take another patient.

Very positive experience. We have just moved from UAE to Qatar. My wife wasn’t sure earlier but after visiting this place she is quite comfortable about her medical requirements. The staff here from reception desk to attending nurse to pharmacist are very friendly and approachable. The two Doctors that we visited on the same were very polite. I would recommend this clinic very highly to everyone.

Bad experience at Al Rayyan Aster. Kept me waiting for an hour. Doesn't recommend! Basic health check-up they didn't even check my weight. Poor quality of customer service.
