Very bad Experiance . My daughter Fatima (2 years old ) had appointment with Dr Mashael(ENT) on 12pm. Unfortunately the Dr was not in duty.But they didn't informed us the absence of the Dr. we waited 1.30 hr after the checking and the billing for our turn .they didn't call. All the appointment patients after us (around 25 patients )they consulted their Dr and left the hospital within 10 minutes of time. After 1 hr we asked the nurse .that time only they said our dr is on leave they will arrange another dr within 2 minutes. Then we waited for 30 minutes more. After a big hungama they call our name. And they are behaving like we are made a trouble in their duty. We did all the mistakes .. . We took 2 hr break from our work for this appoinment.its effected our work also.

I have scheduled a colonoscopy for 7 am today and I’ve been waiting for a room to be ‘vacant’ for almost 3 hours now. Keeping in mind I have been fasting since Monday night (day before yesterday). The nurses can’t give any valid reason for this delay. I heard now that there at appointments at 10 am and they are taking those patients but I came first!? This is ridiculous and very unorganized - staff doesn’t seem to know what’s going on. I’ve asked to speak to a supervisor but they have said there isn’t one on site yet (supervisors start work at 11 am). I’ve taken time out of my busy schedule to make this simple procedure work but unfortunately HMC has no respect for peoples time and commitments and this is sadly unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I hope management looks into this issue and resolves this - it’s my first time doing a colonoscopy and the experience with the delay and unprofessional staff will certainly make me reconsider coming back here.

I thought I will be respected but there was very disrespectful Egyptian nurse. Can you find somebody better than her the lack of respect is serious

Visited ophthalmology on 6th floor. Quite busy but staff are very welcoming and helpful. Parking first three hours free.

The overweightegyptian in the pharmacy department is very rude disrespectful. She acts like she owns the place. I suggest that she needs to be replaced because her behaviour is inhuman

I am extremely disappointed with Ambulatory care service yesterday I received a text message from hospital stating that I have appointment tomorrow I waited alot for this appointment as I was last time examined 2 years ago so today I had appointment in ambulatory fourth floor in gastralogy I went there and after checking one of the staff informed that the appointment has been cancelled after telling her I did not received any cancellation she took me to one of the nurse whose name was Amirtha she was being so rude and she said that appointment has been cancelled you can come next week I will ask doctor to see you she give me a number on paper which was not even appropriate and she was ignoring what I was explaining to her and she started shouting so I am writing this to government hospitals if this is the way you guys are going to trear foreigner than whats the use of these hospitals why there is partiality why not all the patients are treated equally if this is the case self respect is very important and your staffs dont know how to respect patient all the patient will start going to private hospitals where everyone will get respect with good services. All the staffs are very useless they dont know how to talk to patients and even if you are cancelling the appointments you should send cancellation sms you guys dont know that patient might be sufferings from something extremely dissatisfied specially with Amirtha she was in Gastrology department

Bad service my appointment was @8:00 Am and alert me to be there 30 minutes earlier until 9:00 the doctor didn’t came nor call 👎👎👎

All staff are very helpful and showing great hospitality especially Sister bina (Male endoscopy unit) very polite and professional. A girl from nepal very helpful who assist me to taking at endoscopy lab. Huge thanks to Dr. Mohammed Abderahim Hassan (specialist Gastroenterology) for kind take care and professionalism,The best Dr. I have ever meet.

Very good place for treatments from hmc

I've been working in ACC for a year, I've found that there's no other facility that can reach ACC's quality in it's patient care, hygiene and hospitality throughout the gulf region.

The doctor or technician in this picture was rude to my friend. She doesn’t explain it properly and she assumes that my friend knows what to do. She doesn’t have patience and it feels like she is rushing the test or my friend.

Very nice architecture, everything is new and nice. Unfortunately the staff are berrely coming to see you ..al night they are making noise..visitors with children shouting at 2 am. And besides that washroom is full of black hair...although I supposed to received a clean room operation. Hospital should be a place where to feel safe, have some rest and help...well not this place..or at least not for me

A week ago, I had my right thyroid surgery done at this hospital. I was very well taken care of, from the assessment until it was time for me to go home. I thanked everyone who took care of me especially Dr. Hussain Al Enazi (for me, he’s a great doctor/surgeon) and his team, all the nurses too. I appreciated everything, from my private room to the hospital facilities, services and all the nice doctors, nurses and staff. I thanked them all from the bottom of my heart and intestines.

Worst elevator very slow and the staff make you feel that you are not welcomed and mostly they are unfriendly

The Gastrointestinal Clinic on the 4th Floor - Ambulatory Care is the worst organized clinic. My father who is an issue with the kidney and cannot be dehydrated was brought here for an endoscopy asked to fast for 12 hours (without water). Upon arriving we learnt that 20 plus patients have come for 7am appointment. They are literally picking and choosing who to sent first! My father is 16 hours of fasting now. God knows how long he needs to stay dehydrated before he is taken in for the procedure. Very poor floor organization and arrogant staff! - this is my second time here and both time the Filipino nurses treated us so poorly! At the same time 7th floor - Urology Oncology even though there is waiting and equally busy they schedule better and are more respectful!

The Ambulatory Center of Hamad Medical Corporation is perhaps the best hospital I've ever been into, with extremely eye appealing design and somehow they managed to put a screen behind a mirror in the lifts. There is plenty of seating space on the ground floor.

Excellent facilities & architecture. Staffs are friendly and their approach is world class.

Very easy to finish your test, the staff nice and helpful . God bless you all
