am
extremely
disappointed
with
Ambulatory
care
service
yesterday
I
received
a
text
message
from
hospital
stating
that
I
have
appointment
tomorrow
I
waited
alot
for
this
appointment
as
I
was
last
time
examined
2
years
ago
so
today
I
had
appointment
in
ambulatory
fourth
floor
in
gastralogy
I
went
there
and
after
checking
one
of
the
staff
informed
that
the
appointment
has
been
cancelled
after
telling
her
I
did
not
received
any
cancellation
she
took
me
to
one
of
the
nurse
whose
name
was
Amirtha
she
was
being
so
rude
and
she
said
that
appointment
has
been
cancelled
you
can
come
next
week
I
will
ask
doctor
to
see
you
she
give
me
a
number
on
paper
which
was
not
even
appropriate
and
she
was
ignoring
what
I
was
explaining
to
her
and
she
started
shouting
so
I
am
writing
this
to
government
hospitals
if
this
is
the
way
you
guys
are
going
to
trear
foreigner
than
whats
the
use
of
these
hospitals
why
there
is
partiality
why
not
all
the
patients
are
treated
equally
if
this
is
the
case
self
respect
is
very
important
and
your
staffs
dont
know
how
to
respect
patient
all
the
patient
will
start
going
to
private
hospitals
where
everyone
will
get
respect
with
good
services.
All
the
staffs
are
very
useless
they
dont
know
how
to
talk
to
patients
and
even
if
you
are
cancelling
the
appointments
you
should
send
cancellation
sms
you
guys
dont
know
that
patient
might
be
sufferings
from
something
extremely
dissatisfied
specially
with
Amirtha
she
was
in
Gastrology
department
