The best place if you are planning to get RT PCR test done I gave my sample at 10.30 am and same day I got it at 12.30 pm . Within 2 hours That’s too quick Very well maintained They took 300 QR But it’s the fastest in Doha Kudos to team Sidra Only thing is you won’t get Soft copy if you don’t have QID

Nothing good to say…..they were the only hospital (out of 3) that couldn’t see the issues in our son’s kidney……their shiny equipment is useless if they don’t know how to use or interpret it. They were too arrogant to take into consideration the diagnosis of other hospitals. Thanks to their incompetence we need to travel twice per year to Europe for checkups…. For special cases make sure to get a second opinion

It was difficult to find the right location for the appointment as there are so many parking spaces and different departments so it was a long walk to the department. As of the service it was great very friendly staff and doctor, but while going to the lab no one explained what to do it was quite confusing as we waited for no reason!! I entered my appointment on time , others were complaining that they waited for 1 hour !! Overall it was good.. Building and interior was amazing and clean with cafes inside and I spotted 51east gift shop..

It's horrible because they mix up the clothes with other paitent its terrible and yet they say we don't mix the clothes. Their is no hose for the bathroom. They don't let you put your belongings in your room . Keeps on saying it's part of the protocol. They can't even treat anyone . it's a horrible experience I faced. Hamad psychiatry place is way worse than this. The staff is amazing well some of them. Sidra only cares about the scenic.

there is no good communication with international patient after leaving the hospital.. no follow up or calling back on serious situation.. disappointing level of ethical duty towards the patient.. maybe because there is no more money for a follow up .. DO BETTER

I did not have an appointment, they were very gracious and accompanying, I needed a PCR test in a short time, results were in much quicker than they said they would be, very professional service with exceptional staff.

Lovely building. It has a bank (QNB) and retail outlets. The building is clean and nice looking. The escalators were being repaired but the lift was working. I didn't need either. I went in for a PCR test because I was travelling. It was a very fast process (10mins). I got my results 5-6 hours later which was what I needed because I was travelling in 36hours. The certificate was emailed to me which was great! The staff were friendly. The test centre was not to busy and there was a big car park which was also not busy.

Superb service and extremely fast service. Only word of caution ⚠️ please register your appointments online with a Credit Card, or else u have to wait a bit longer. Open from 7.30am to 11pm, tests done before 5pm results will be given the same day, and tests taken after 5pm you will get the results the next day. I did my test at 1pm and got my results on my mail at 3pm, that was like super quick service.

Best place to go for treatment 👌 and work .... infact in sidra they have three types of healing garden in 3rd floor..they are womens, children's & adults garden...each garden have different trees 🌳 and plants 🪴 which are too costly and medical purpose plants ....if u have chance to visit sidra don't forget to visit this gardens...

Hospital for children and woman It is five star facility hospital. neat, and clean. Visited isolation ward it wonderful. They care the patient very much. Visitor time up to 08.00PM

This facility is ranked to be not only the best women & children hospital in Qatar. But also in the middle east. The Emergency Room side was crowded yet under control with a peace of mind. I was not worried about getting anything contagious from current patients there. An average cost of $160 per patient just for a consultation. Yet it saved me so much time & I received the best service. Thank you Sidra Hospital.

Highest Paid hospital for nurses in Qatar. Current trend is getting a foreign passport and work in Sidra. The hospital is very big and beauty to see.

Atrocious Complaints and NICU Departments. I had a great OBGYN and staff in the Outpatients department and General hospital are great but God forbid if you your child ever needs the NICU 🤦🤦

Good buildings, facilities are so clean and elegant, but the prices of services are very expensive and it is unbearable that the case was not urgent or admission to the hospital was not by ambulance

My daughter was seen by neurology for severe headaches with vomiting. She had an MRI over 2 weeks ago and still no results. I’ve even called “guest relations” who simply sent an email. That’s all anyone does there is send emails. Still no reply. I’m waiting for the results to get a second opinion, as my daughter needs urgent treatment. Even her neurologist sent an email because he could not read the images. No one knows where to direct complaints or problems, just goes in circles.
