A Very bad experience, beyond chocking. catered to only locals, as an expat keep far far away Not:don’t fulled, look closely on does who have written a positive reviews and you will notice a común pattern, they all written by staff from the clinic!

One of the worst experience. Fooling people and seems according to nationality they treat people. I took an appointment for Dr. Maki and paid for consultation of doctor maki and nurse took me to Asuman ozer's cabin and she said she will do my surgery and after consultation when asked to meet dr. Maki. Nurse said she is assistant of Dr. Maki and she is the one who will do your surgery. Instead of explaining about surgery they started talking about money and man on cashier counter(may be indian or Pakistani ) started arguing for advance payment. It seems they care about only money. What an disappointment.

Highly recommend Dr Eman Lashin for you dermatological inquiries and cosmetic treatments. Already I went to 3 different hospitals which none of them worked and I tried my luck in this clinic as walk in and only them I walked out the hospital with happiness. Continue the great service doctor. Truly you are a blessing to all your patients.

Our consultation with Dr Ozel was great. She is clearly a very well trained doctor. She addressed all our concerns very well. However, we could not proceed with the surgery due to the cost. The same procedure can be performed in less than half price in any other Asian country. The clinic and staff was good.

I came oftenly. I found the whole staff very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended.

I’m NOT SATISFIED with the result in SURGERY. THE RESULT IS NOT BASED ON WHAT YOU AGREED. It’s a waste of money. I can’t comment anymore in this section. Maybe I was blocked or something. You asked me to provide my information for what? What’s the solution the management will be done? Refund the money that I paid? Or reconstruct the parts that has been operated to me? The way of assessing the client is totally obsolete. The doctor will make sure to you he can but the real outcome is HE CANT! It’s worst! Even they will make sure it’s the patients fault for the blame not to be put on them. We go here to be enhance or beauty and not to be mock! Update your record! This clinic is really the worst ever I don’t know why I trust this! It’s a total waste of money!

Paid alot of money. For zero result

Been a loyal client with Dr Ayten for my fillers and haven't had any issues. However, the off putting attitude of the girl over the phone is extremly offensive. As someone who religiously visits the clinic, I would expect a little more than shutting me off when looking for an appointment date. Never again.

Ripped me off. I went to take treatments for my keloid scar and they charged 6times more than the other places. And the treatment did nothing

I had my treatment with Dr. Basheer. A very knowledgeable and experienced doctor with whom I have had very positive experiences in the past. That's why I was very happy to have found him and that he could treat me. Furthermore, the staff was very polite and the service was very good. I really was being treated like family by the staff :) They were very caring and always accompanied me to my taxi on my way back. Ms. Umaima in particular is a very talented, respectful and patient contact person who helped me through every step of the treatment always making me feel at ease. I have asked a lot of her but never felt being a burden to her. A true professional at heart. If I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be the high cost of the treatment. Had the treatment costs been around 20% less, I would have rated them 5 stars.

People who work in the reception are very rude

Doctors and Nurses here are Good.... they have good coffee and juices at the cafeteria. Waiting Area is clean and comfortable for the patients.

First try of Botox.. Dr Makki. No use. Line still there and went to other clinics and they fixed what he could not do. Second try.. lip fillers with Dr. Ayten. Thank you very much for giving me a permanent new line that’s been visible for over a year at the side of my lip. Zero stars.

The “Filipino” receptionist is very bad and has no tact. Even if you are excellent, it is impossible to talk to the clinic with this treatment.
